While the name and perhaps the management has changed, nothing much has changed with respect to the good service provided by this place.The staff were trained and followed Covid appropriate practices. In fact, there is a car disinfectant provided as well. The biggest challenge though was to see customers who were not masked. Im not sure how they were allowed to enter in the first place.They have a sufficiently large menu / cuisine to choose from. Few of the items were good, some really just passable.Very easy approach and located in a prime location of E-City.

The perfect weekend spot for the family or friends. The Tandoori and Continental food here is A-m-a-z-i-n-g! Try out their weekend (Sunday) buffet which comes with cocktails. Love the place!

Nice hotel. Tried for the first time. Best thing is the spacious rooms. Its been long since I came across rooms of this size. Loved it.Aloka spa is brilliant too.Gym is a self sufficient unit and can keep you busy.Breakfast spread is nice...do enjoy.Room service is tad costly. Feels heavy on yhe pockets but the food is tasty.

The food was really good. The soups took AGES to be served. Even after it got served it was filled with pepper so we had to exchange... So I give a 4 star for the food and 2 star for the service.Overall 3 stars.. I came here only for Dinner so no reviews on the Hotel

You feel good about your decision to stay at this hotel. They are excellent for all the services they provide and very generous for their hospitality. Gym is also fantastic. Staying right now. It is a good choice.

We had a great experience at this hotel... Though stayed for 1 day only but they have a lot of things to make your day..... Breakfast was also great...

Ok place. Chose The Ottera for its proximity. Food was on the average side. Service was definitely slow despite the fact that there was less crowd. I would stick to more tried and tested places next time onwards. And then considering the premium The Ottera charges, it feels very overpriced. There are many options available even though you have to travel a bit towards the CBD

Great place for a quiet team outing. It is spacious and so feels safe even in the covid times. Buffet spread is good and healthy. Staff are warm and courteous.

Terrible valet service and rude staff. Had to wait for 20 minutes in hot sun for the car and they bring the wrong car.

We hosted a ceremony at this hotel and there was nothing 5 star about it. We got attacked by swarm of honey bees and it was clear the hive had been there on the hotel wall for a few months. We had a silver spoon service and some the items were not served to many of guests from the predecided menu. Waiters were busy chit chatting instead of serving cold drinks and snacks during the ceremony.

Well I was planning my babys first birthday to be organised in this place...alas due to covid spike I need to cancel but never the less the hotel and staff is very well organised...We visited to have a look into the place and decide venue as well as safety measures... And to be honest I was impressed that in entrance for car as well they have kept auto spraying sanitizer when you drive through...our host Dipanita was very courteous and energetic...we almost finalised the place but could not have the event due to spike of covid...yet to taste the food but I am sure it will be upto mark..

Rooms were spacious. Food served was delicious. Varieties of veg and non veg items were been displayed. Special shout out to Ms. Poornima Rai who assisted us with buffet orientation and also with the high quality service.

We went to the ground floor restaurant for dinner. The food could have been better. Not impressed either with spread or quality/taste of food although the people are nice and very helpful.

Rooms are at affordable prices for a 5-star hotel.

My 4th stay at this property post the opening of Lockdown. Hospitality is exceptional and the property is very beautiful to enjoy the stay here. I would highly recommend this 5 Star property for leisure stay and business meets as well.

Recently Ive visited to The Oterra - Aloka Spa. I was really stressed up with the Pandemic situation and wanted a relief, which is what exactly i could experience from the entire team. I must start with the great hospitality shown by Ms. khushbu, with her warm welcome. Then comes the ambiance of the spa. Which was so peaceful. Then the treatment provided by the therapist Ms. Punam, it was outstanding and was never experienced else where. Great kudos to the management to have them onboard. Keep up the spirit and well done once again. Will defenetly suggest to my friends and will certainly visit again. 🤘🏻

The overall ambience of the hotel is very welcoming. Every staff member of the hotel whom you come across, right from the security team at the entrance to the lobby hosts and hostesses, receptionists, serving staff in the restaurants, etc. greet you warmly and make you feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and cosy, well furnished and well maintained. Food options across the three restaurants in the hotel are noteworthy and to suit all palates. I also got a pleasant surprise during check-out. They knew it was my birthday and celebrated it in the lobby, as I had already checked out. It was a really pleasant and cherishing moment for me.

Very well located, very welcoming staff. Room is spacious, well lit, colour coordinated and mindfully furnished. Luckily, my room came with a great view. Bathroom is clean, fixtures are modern. I would like to come back to this kind of hotel.And all of this at a fair price.One small thing that took away a tiny fraction of the charm was the cable service. A hotel of this stature must upgrade to Airtel or Tata Sky.

Please provide some basic training courtesy & etiquettes to your front office duty manager.Worst experience - Duty manager calling in middle of the night to explain about the billing charges.

The property is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. We checked in on 30th Dec 2020. The staff, amenities, food and everything was extraordinarily good. We enjoyed a lot. There was this guy Bishwaraj, I am out of words to describe the hospitality he gave to us. During the night time, 1 rooms AC wasnt working. Even at 1 am, the receptionist was co-operative. I dont remember her name. They gave us a new room at 1 am. Just a teeny tiny bit problem, the hotel is far from theBengaluru city and the airport. Overall, way too good.

Awesome place n good food

This is the old Crowne Plaza just beside the DXC / HPE campus in Electronic City. Super convenient for visiting here as although you could stay in town, you will spend hours commuting each day. Nice hotel, with a lovely Italian restaurant, a pool area to relax and a small gym with just enough to get a workout in. Rooms are very Crown Plaza, and probably need a bit of a spruce up soon (this was 2020). Service is excellent, rates are good. The hotel kindly sent my laundry back to the UK FedEx, with no quibble or fuss, which is an example of how much they go out of their way to please their customers.

Splendid business hotel! I stayed there a few months ago and enjoyed my stay. I also attended Bangalore Fashion Week recently at The Oterra and really liked how they managed the event. Giving special shout out to Mr. Ayub, head of security for managing the entire show!

The mini ball room was a pleasant place plus the extravagant lightings makes it look like a party hall!! We enjoyed the food at Oterra and I would say it was quite authentic and properly seasoned. However we lost the lighting and mic system quite often. Would appreciate abetter maintenance. Overall it was a decent experience in the Electronic city vicinity

I love this place. One the best 5 star hotel I ever been to. As soon as you enter to the triple height entrance which is beautifully designed with nice Huge chandelier and a brass plated oval sculpture welcomes you to the Waiting area, which is connected to the other parts of hotel. They have banquet halls, party halls, shows areas, and luxury rooms for guest. The restaurant is pity good which serves you buffet in dinner as well as you can order what else you wanna try. Service is amazing as it is obvious in any 5 star hotel.

We went here for New Year party. Hotel is great as far as ambience is concerned. They had kids zone inside DJ and outside too.Inside kid area there were snacks for them(variety) but the snacks were so tasteless that none of my kids (3 yrs and 6years old) had them.The only exciting thing in kids area for kids was a dirty inflatable slide and that too was very small. Only 4-5 children at a time can be there.Then they had inside arrangements of DJ starters and drinks. There were 7 varieties of veg, of which they had veg nuggets potato nuggets which are easily available in Mc Cain packets. Most of them were cold.Now the dinner was is open, with no sitting arrangements. Whole lawn was full with variety of food but none of them was good enough to eat. But sweet dishes were delicious..including gulab jamun Jalebi rabri gazar Halwa. Crowd was very good. The next thing that I enjoyed the most was DJ Gaurav who played awesome tracks to make the evening wonderful 👍

I stay at the Oterra every time I visit Bengaluru. They cannot get anything wrong! The customer service, the immaculately prepped rooms, attention to detail, room service, location and pretty much every aspect of the hotel experience is perfect.Their breakfast and happy hour(s) are both worth including when you are booking your stay here.My stay when I am next in Bengaluru is definitely going to be here for sure.

I purchased the Club Room upgrade. I was very disappointed to find out if I wanted breakfast, they’d have to order from the dining room and send to the Club Level. One morning I went to get coffee and waited 20 minutes without anyone to assist me. They were out of milk for coffee, no sodas and only a cookie snack. I ended up leaving and going to dining room. It was a very disappointing experience and the cost was way too much for such a limited service. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized at checkout but no discount for that day unfortunately. I’d not choose that package again. The room itself was well kept and extremely clean. The staff were friendly and cordial.

Its tge only 5 star property in Electronic city, lounge and other areas are very good. Resturant is of awesome taste. Good collection in the bar as well. Tgey have a spa and a pool area both are very good. If u wqnt to stay in electronic city area this is then place to be.

Its a 5 star hotel in Electronic City in Bangalore. Ambiance is very good and staff are truly cordial. Since it is at the hub of city business centres, it’s always bustling with various business conferences. The complimentary breakfast is very good and you can taste a variety of food from continental to local dishes. I enjoyed different kinds of cakes and fruit salads. It’s worth staying if we have no problems with our pockets.

One of the finest five star hotels in Electronic city. The location is close to almost all it companies. The interior is decorated with the finest of designs and artifacts. The housekeeping team have done an excellent work in maintaining the interior and exterior. Without a doubt this is an amazing hotel to live in.

Great place for small gathering, the only problem is centralized music, you cant change the theme of music i.e only thing that might disappoint.

We went for a team lunch. The place is large and the variety in buffet is also great. But mostly the food tastes very blunt. Many foreigners who visit Infy book a room here so this kind of taste caters to their needs. For regular indians there is a lack of spiciness.

Proper 5 star service. Pricey for the area. Excellent facilities. Nearby 46 Ounces which is co-owned is a 2 minute walk and a superb micro-brewery with lower cost but high quality food.
