I gone for port my number they charged me 206 rupees, they are not working properly and not meet the customers need.

I taken broadband connection from Peenya bsnl office, every month there are issues so finally disconnected the connection, even after disconnected getting bill. Very poor response from this office, if I call customer care they suggested to contact bsnl office. Horrible not sure who can solve this problem.

This place is located at Jalahalli Cross, besides the petrol pump. Nowadays it remains empty because people are surrendering BSNL land line phone connections as well as mobile SIM s. I too went there to surrender my land line. The staff there were very helpful.

This is the worst telecom provider in the whole world ,If by any chance your planning to take a ftth connection please do not take it ,in a week you will have a minimum of 12 to 16 hours of server down issue where you wont get internet , and when you contact the customer care they will simply cut your call , so please dont take this connection you will end up wasting all your money , and even during the time of cancellation they will ask you to pay the next months bill in advance , the worst I repeat the worst service providers

I called to about bsnl customer care number but one lady picked call and she list bothered about to give solution even not having minimum knowledge about bsnl .. told to call 1507 but ntg usefull...

I purchased new sim in the BSNL office , jalahalli cross.. For new sim activation took 6 hours after continuously fallowing their customer service agent ... But he was not responding properly. He took total 190 rs for 1 sim (36 rs )and activation plan (153 rs)...But he didnt recharged for 153 rs plan which was including 53 rs talk time , on net calls 15 paise per minute and 180 days validity... He told lie tat he recharged for 153 rs plan... and later he switched off the his mobile... we couldnt get any response from him after tat..

Typical BSNL office where ther is no one to solve your issues. People take their own sweet time to come and work. No wonder BSNL is done. Seen customers who are struggling for their ftth speed issues. Private players are charging very less for good service.

Very good service. Most of the employees are very helpful and polite. They will try to solve the coustomers problem. They will explain and finish our doughts. No language problem. It is situated straight infront of the metro station. But the only problem is, it is very hard to cross this road. Very crowded highway is passing infront of this office. Except this every thing is alright and very good manners.

They are asking us to pay Rs.12 per meter for cable When I ask for BSNL fibernet connection. Around 220 meter cable required. I should pay 3300 to only for cable. Why we should bare cable charges very bad.

First of all company is under loss and these people here if you lose your sim card theyll just take some amount and give new sim without any complaints

Person in mobile payment desk was arrogant. This is one of the reasons why citizen dont like to go with BSNL. Another customer after us also faced rude behaviour from BSNL employee.

I have replaced SIM card from BSNL office they said it will activate very next day but it was not activated I have tried multiple times to speak to the office as well as customer care number both numbers are not working and office number always engage and very poor response from the staff

Still similar to other government office, tad behind airtel and jio center. Fill the form for simple sim replacement and same poor service. Hope they quickly change and adapt to the latest 4G volte ASAP.

BSNL Peenya customer Service center. Place for BSNL mobile land line connections and queries. Dusty environment because of the heavy traffic of Jalahalli cross junction and also the center is in a lower location to the road. Vehicle users can reach by joining service road from Peenya police station junction. Only road side parking is available.

That was BSNL. Very friendly staff, helped me on the spot with replacement of my SIM card as well as pending issues related to a land line I had surrendered. But about the poor network (mobile) at home that I complained about, they couldnt do anything! Of course I know the problem is bigger than what they can handle by themselves! This is for the top management to take action, as they know the problem for a long time, but action not forthcoming!

Worst experience. I came on a vacation from US. We lost internet connection and filed a complaint. Received a message that the case will be resolved by a technician named Thipperudriah. No response from him for half a day. When I called him he said he is on leave for few days since he is sick. Really?? My case was allocated to someone who is on leave???I then call the office and a lady named Kalavathi replies that nothing can be done since the line man is on leave and I have to wait for someone else to get free. Wow. Another lady in the office said I can call the AGM if necessary. When I tried calling the AGM ,the PA said he is on field work and I never get to talk to the AGM inspite of multiple calls.Its now 3 days and we are still without the internet. Horrible experience.
