UL is a non profit organization which focuses on certifying products for safety. They can provide wide range of products testing and certifying for safety standards for any country specifics. They are the best in compliance field. They are quite expensive though. But quality comes with price.

Great place where testing is done for different product and certification is done. We were visiting for the first time and were amazed by all the work being done. Different areas have been segregated for different domains. Engineers were providing details of the work and what needs to be done.Eye opener
