My interior was done recently by Bella modular. I have connected to Bella modular by Truww. Here is my detailed feedback-Pre Sales - Pre sales service was not very good. Their manager showed us their huge factory and the process of interior designing which was impressive. I have got lots of promises of freebies by their sales manager. Few of them were proven false though like free 3d design (later got to know that we need to pay 10k extra for the same), free specific internal lamination(Later got to know that it will be chargeable), Complete kitchen with BWP ply (Though latter we got to know that the initial quote contains BWP ply only for lower part of kitchen and we need to pay extra for complete BWP ply.) etc . The project handover was promised in 60 days but it originally took 90 days to handover that to with lots of followups.Designing - Designer was good and professional. He has worked extra on one weekend for us. Most of the design we have to do our self as we didnt like initial designs much.Implementation and after sales service - Only because of this part I have given 4 star as this was very good. I was almost frustrated with their sales manger. She promised lots of false things and unable to handle our project because of lake of knowledge. Then I requested their delivery manager Sandeep to help us and form then onward thighs started improving really well. Sandeep is a very knowledgeable person and took personal interest in my project work. He tried to provide each and every minute requirement/demand given by us. Our project work completed 4 months back and recently small maintenance work had done which is handled very professionally by Sandeep.Overall Their quality and after sale services is really good which makes then one of the best interior designer in the city.

Bella Modular did woodwork on my 2BHK apartment.Manoj, was professional in his approach, and explained the pros and cons of different material options , across price points. Since Bella has its own large factory in Bangalore, they delivered on the timelines they promised. 45 days from the date of freezing the design. The woodwork factory finish and installation was good.I am happy with their execution.

My friend referred me to Bella Modular , and I took their services recently. Installation is in progress now. I will share pics once interior is completely done.On the first visit, We checked their factory and got initial quote according to the requirement. The price they quote is the best in the market. Nisha from sales is very cooperative in terms of listening to your requirement and suggestions.Designer was also good and professional.Sandeep helped us during the installation on any last minute changes or ask. He tried to provide valuable inputs wherever he can.Our project work is in last phase of installation.Hope the after sales service will also be good as the experience now.

Bella modular did a great job in the interiors of our home. They also provide 10 years warranty after the handover. They are also quite prompt in attending to any issues related to their interior work.

Had a bad experience with Bella Modular. The team decided to incorporate policy change without prior notice, refused to take on the order and then refused to take calls when asked for refund on advance money taken! They gave a small amount as refund citing expenses for design services (which again was questionable as they provided unexperienced designers; struggled with them for ideas...they did change the designers on request but in the end no deliverables were provided to customer, leaving an incomplete design service). Extremely disappointed with unprofessional behaviour exhibited and indifference shown by the top guys. They were very prompt in responding initially. Once they cancelled the order, they refused to respond to msgs and answer phone calls. This kind of behaviour is in addition to the long production delays that they have now become famous for.Interestingly, if you see below, the owner himself is leaving reviews on google using personal id and then responding to the review with generic company id. Thats real nice!Response to the owners response dated 27th Feb 2020:Please do check the facts before trying to come out nice in public. We had asked you whether there is any min order clause before coming onboard - to which you guys had said No. Our issue is the unethical implementation of policy change after we decided to engage with you guys and then using that policy to refuse to take the order. You can do that for new clients going forward but not who came onboard prior to your policy change. And to correct you - you informed over calls about policy change at the time of refusing the order, not before....not before we decided on the final work order! It was more like coming up with a reason for cancelling the order..Also, about -And moreover the company owner is not the one whom u contacted, better u know about the company and the owner before u post ur feedback next timeLast I checked, the person who handled all clients was one of the owners, its not my job to keep track of the company and if there has been a change in ownership, the review is for professionalism shown by YOUR team - owner or no owner doesnt matter....I wish you guys get the jist of such reviews - customer gets put off with the indifferent attitude. Things could have been handled better , but your team decided to do otherwise. Its not about the loss of order, its the experience that customer will always remember...Also, thank you for encouraging me to call, I hope the calls will atleast get answered...

Very pleasant experience with bella modular, they are on time when it comes to project handover, will recommend to my friends and family.

I hired Bella modular for my 3 BHK Apartment in Whitefield and it is my experience that they are not an interior company. They are carpenters.They outsource everything. People get attracted to them with there factory price offer.. yes it is comparatively 100/- 150/- less but what comes with it is extreme delay in your project. My project was started in nov 2018 and it is still not finished. I regret my decision signing them up. So if you think you saved 100/- or 150/- per sft then it will be rubbish because you will pay more than that as rent if you are in rented accommodation. They have extremely bad management of work. Because of mouth publicity and of course factory price offer they fooled so many people in my apartment complex and got many project. Now almost everyone is regretting there decision due to extreme delay in completing projects. There is saying in Hindi “ sasta roye baar baar, mahanga roye ek baar”, I think I would have paid someone little more and would have got my work done in time.They have done average quality of work.. messed up couple of things.The only good thing is that they may fix the issue but it may take forever.So, guys my suggestion is that hire them if you have no urgency to get your work done.. like if you want to wait to move in to your interior completed house in 10 to 11 months, then they are good to hire. I appreciate the after work service and turn around time (Specially Sandeep). There was some alternation required, which had been taken up and resolved with in a week time.
