Worst service provider. We have never came across of pathetic service provider. I ordered a cot 3 months back and they are not able to deliver after 3 months also. They promise lot of things but never fulfilled. Every time comes with some excuses and delay the delivery. They can not make one cot and play with our emotions. Left with choice asked for refund because i dont think they know the importance of the customer service. Whenever I ask for update they say third party is not completed the work and keep pushing the delivery date. They even do wrong promises from day one so I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this shop they all know is how to play with your emotions and plenty of excuses. If you want some good excuses you can reach out to this people they have a list to share.

One of the worst service. They tell lot of lies in terms of Delivery and Service commitments. They took your money and KEEP on DELAYING the delivery. Once you start calling then they say it will be tomorrow and since 12 days there is NO tomorrow for them. Their service is annoying. You can think for NEW bought product they are ignoring the commitment dates, what will happen when any service is required from them? Unfortunately Its a BAD EXPERIENCE.

Pathetic services they provide. I had given sofa cushion to refill. Took more than couple of weeks and still they have not delivered them. The quality inside was cheap too. Do not go for it.

Their furniture is very expensive and ultimate finish is not there. Sofa that I bought for 25000,the stitches are all worn out, despite we having minimal usage. So is the sponge used. I do not recommend this place!
