It took me a lot of time to decide between Kia Seltos & Hyundai Creta.. And after a lot of speculation, we decided to go with the Creta. So far this is my first and best experience of buying a car and looking forward to many more such experiences. The Trident Family is truly warm and welcoming always. Somewhere in the month of March I had been there to just look for a car with nearly 5-10% chances of actually buying it. Initially I met the executive Prakash Nayak who took me through the tour of the Hyundai Venue. Its a huge value for money and so far one of the best (Id rather say best for me when it comes to the budget, maintenance and the experience). Although there are many variants, Mr. Prakash took into consideration my budget and suggested the best MSUV I could get. He suggested me to go with the second base model and make necessary additions to get nearly the same features Id get with the higher variant at a relatively low price. Its like a member of the family suggesting you to go with the best you can given your constraints and I think thats the reason the tagline Drive home a relationship is perfectly apt as I could see Prakash doing that. A couple of times Ive also visited for other finance related works and Ive had to wait for Prakash for quite some time when he was attending another customer. Truly he gives all his customers the required time to explain almost every feature of the car they need to know. He is competent and strives his best to make sure the customer is satisfied. So thats how my plans of buying the vehicle went from nearly 10 to 100%.Coming to the finance team I was guided by Mr. Parashuram who is a very jovial person and led me through the process with minimal problems.Overall Trident Hyundai has been a great experience and Id suggest anyone to consider it before buying a vehicle. I was looking for diesel variant, other dealers didnt have diesel variant for test drive, only trident provided me with the test drive for diesel venue. During the test drive Ayyappa explained us all the features of the car and suggested the variant which is value for money. He seemed very passionate about the cars and had good knowledge on it. I visited the showroom only once, rest all i have done through phone. Also i got good discount on the car. I got the delivery within two weeks of order, which is surprisingly quick.
