So beautiful place. From outside. New rules now, to avoid kids to play inside with a ball , new rules to avoid you to go easily in the club house, new rule to make impossible to come with your family or friends who visit you from so far... But its allowed for pet dogs to bark all night long under you window....Its a beautiful jail now.Plus, the direction dont take consideration from customer review and needs ... What a pity to see this evolution! Choose another place if you want to live in a good area!

A very beautiful place. Lots of greenery. Close to The School of Ancient Wisdom - which by itself a must visit place. Beautiful houses (villas) and lots of peace and tranquility. Of course - its strictly for the super, uber rich!

Good villas, huge villas to be honest. Has options with and without swimming pool. Has a clubhouse in the property. Landscaping is done well and theres greenery everywhere. Sobha takes so much care to assure that its clients get the best villas and apartments. Its an in-house project.
