Visited Govt PU college for vaccination. Happy to see cooperative doctor and staff. However was concerned to see 1st hour of chaos, and no queue management. People were in queue and maintaining social distance before college entrance was opened... but just after authority opened the main entrance, it was chaotic while distributing tokens.Simple process can be followed at the main gate itself of giving tokens there by police or security. This will help senior citizens who come early to get their turn faster, a fair system... Pls act. thank u. e

With normal people.Suddenly 🥺 A staff nurse came rushing along with 20 other college girls along with few Boys(Assam) tried to spoil the queue from middle crossing Rules. UNETHICALLYME(WHO STOOD FOR JUSTICE FOR THE PPL AS USUAL) stood against the crime which was happening against normal ppl, along with few good youths along with me.I told this bz The reason for our country getting spoiled bz of this kind of worst staffs, ppl, taking money from ppl n making them stand in between queues.....Everywhere same.The reason for corupted government is WE!!! Hassle free covid testing. It was contactess from making a opd card to giving swab sample. After taking the opd card , u have to go behind the building to give sample.

I went there for COVID test with bad fever, headache and cough. They denied to do the rapid test. They only did the RTPCR. I had wait for another day and half for the positive result to start the medication. Not sure what are they doing with the rapid testing kits. I went there with 102 degrees temperature. No one even bothered to check. The staff near BBMP OFFICE are much friendly and helpful

I took my parents for the Covid Vaccination. The staff was so good, especially all the administration staff and sisters.. they spoke very politely, they guided in every step. It was an experience I wouldnt forget for a long time. I never thought a government hospital experience could be this good. It can definitely give private hospitals a run for their monies!

I visited the hospital for Covid Vaccination. I was very much impressed the way they attended to the people, guided them properly with patience, served with a smile and vaccinated with full enthu and interest. They did it as a passion more than as a responsibility. They took care very nicely. Right from registration to vaccination personnel, all were very good and professional.

This is the General Hospital KR Puram for Covid Vaccination. I got my first dose today and the experience was smooth and crowd management was good. However, they have moved the vaccination counters to the Government Degree College, KR Puram.I recommend to check the hospital if they still giving vaccine in the Degree College or they have stopped.

My wife had her Covid vaccination here on 10th May for the under 45 category. This is KR Puram general hospital on Cowin portal. This was the first day of rollout to under 45 in this hospital.I had checked for updates on Twitter before coming and found out that there was a lot of chaos in the morning as people without bookings had also come.If you have a post 12 noon slot, I highly recommend coming for your booked vaccination between 2.30pm and 3 as there is less crowd in the afternoon and the lunch break ended at 2.30. We reached at 2 and finished at 3.30 (2- 2.30 no staff was there at the registration, as they were on lunch)Enter the main building and climb the stairs right in front of the entrance. Where you come out on the first floor is where they check your registration and assign the token for the vaccination. After that they will direct you to the hall on the right for vaccination.Please maintain order and form queues.

Being a big hospital in Bangalore, they are telling they dont have injections and for that we should go to Kolar District during this pandemic time. Shame of this hospital. What Hospital head is doing we dont know

Took my parents for covid vaccine ..Staffs in vaccine section were very polite ..Helped in each and every process ..Those who are planning to put covid vaccine can do the following ..1. Register yourself in cowin site .Choose KR PURAM taluk hospital as location . Choose Free option .2. You will get a sms saying your vaccination is scheduled on XX date .3. On that particular date, go early as 8:30 am .4. Go to first floor , take aadhar card original with you.A person will enter the aadhar details , name and mobile number into a register and give you a token number.Have it safely.5. Then go to computer room in same floor . You will be called inside based on token number.It may take 1-2 hours.6. The operator will again ask aadhar card number and enter into system.You will get an OTP to your aadhar registered mobile number.You need to tell that OTP to successfully register for vaccine.7. After this, you will be given back the same slip (having token number) with your name written on it.8. Then you need to wait patiently for your token number for getting vaccine injection.9. Once you are called inside, injection will be put on hand .Dont rub the injected area .10. You will be asked to sit in waiting area for another 30 mins. This is just for observation.11. After 30 mins, the staff in charge will ask you to leave .Thats it.

By far the worst government hospital I have ever seen. It is very hard see a doctor or to get consultation because hardly there are doctors present their designated rooms. Literally there is nobody to get information where the doctors are and there is no Helpdesk. Maintenence of toilets are next to zero, sewage’s look better than the toilets. For someone who visits this hospital, we ho is literate and has a good sense about hygiene, will never visit again. The governing bodies should and must act upon these issues.

Ive visited at 4Pm the hospital was closed .and Ive enquiry local members they said doctor not available properly and every time this hospital was closing. But in website showing mrng to till 4.30pm its open why the hell if some one coming from other place they have to go return back there is no benefit visit this hospital ..only weste of the tome.If they cant give the service just close it it update the right details in the website ..🖕🖕🖕🖕

Being a public hospital, respond to public is very very poor.You will not get sufficient support from them.

I went there for vaccination, the nurse who treated my baby is so good. Lot of patience and care, happy to see this kind of staffs.It would be much helpful if they arrange some more seating benches.

Good Hospital Experienced Doctors. If u know Kannada this is the right Hospital for Outpatient Consultation. Doctors really good. Hospital is maintained well compared to other Government hospital. Only problem is good administration is not there. Hospital right in front of KR Puram Bus Depot on the Old Madras Road.

ENT surgeon DR Satyanarayan Sir. Very friendly and co-operative, never taught in a government hospitals there will be such a doctor who will be so friendly and co-operative. 5 🌟 rating is not enough for his service if GOOGLE have 100star rating I will definitely give him 100 🌟 rating to Sir Dr. Satyanarayan.Thank you Sir for your wonderful support during the treatment and after the Operation.

To much rush for kids vaccination, only a nurse was managing all tasks token, data entry and vaccination, took 150 mins.Advice : Avoid going on Mon/Thu since they do vaccination on all weekdays Mon-Sat (except 2nd and 4th Sat and Govt Holidays).

I would really like to give zero rating.Please do not take your pets there if you really Love them.Doctor there hesitates to touch the pet.before testing properly he only says the pet has tick fever where there is no chance to get such kind of fever which I came to know when I took my pet to another doctor.and this is not a single case.i have heard so many cases like this.really a worst experience.and also he charges around 500 to 800 rps where the private clinics also do not charge so much.

Worst veterinary hospital ever seen,Tick fever is the only disease which the doctor there is aware of and they charge around 800 rps. We brought our dog here and the doctor told its tick fever and gave injections and had asked to come for few more days, finally when the dog was not getting recovered we took him to another hospital and there we came to know that it was not tick fever and it is a complete kidney failure which cannot be recovered, since the treatment is delayed and because of the unnecessary injections and drugs given by this doctor for the tick fever the dog has reached final stage. so the doctor is this hospital will be the responsible for our dogs death.

I was suffering from nose blocking problem from 2 years and I underwent surgery. After the surgery i am able to breath easily. The Dr. Satyanarayan(ENT specialist) was very Kind and efficient. Thanks for him.Nice place to get operated with free of cost and atmost care.
