Incomplete information regarding insurance for spectacles. Had to pay Rs. 300 extra even after having insurance, when the new spects broke within 2 months.Membership and Iurance money - total waste. Mislead people by saying 100% free exchange within 1 year of purchase with gold membership.

I have been buying my spectacles from this shop for 2 years now. No regrets. Spectacles are much cheaper than other nearby stores which loot you in the name of brand and lens . Lens kart buy 1 get 1 is worth it as you can get 2 specs at the price of 1. Staff here also nice and fix any issues with the specs. Overall, its nice.

I had given order, but they cancelled without a single intimation and refund. Later when I went and shouted they re-ordered. Untrained staff. Very irresponsible staffs. Though I had given them the power for the glasses they did for some other power and delivered. Totally irresponsible. Later when I got it checked it was a wrong power.Did not like the staff at all.

A perfect place if you are looking at a complete solution for your eyes. This place has got a nice collection of lenses,frames &sunglasses. The staffs are knowledgeable & has patience to resolve all your queries. Luckily,i had a chance to meet optometrist Ms. Jayamala during my visit, she guided me neatly in different kinds. Please ask everything in detail of what is being given to you. They themselves recommend some type of lens(progressive in my case) but dont tell you the drawback about it at all. When you confront them about it they say nothing can be done.I had bought a specs for my mom at this store, they insisted on buying the progressive lens for her even though she was not willing for it. What they dont tell you is that the progressive lens will be the thickest lens you will every see. No point in buying a specs when the lens itself is almost 10 mm thick.

Excellent service from new BEL road.The store manager MR Chandu is very humble person.Especially eye test from mala..they have huge stock to choose deferent styles.

We had a very bad experience and washed lot of money.Even after repeated visits they could not solve the problem. Finally we just thrown the spect and lost around 10 k.We dont recommend to anyone

My experience in the NEW BEL ROAD Lenskart was very good...I had early ordered a specs with a wrong power so I wanted to replace it..The staff who helped me was one Ms.Arbina...Her service was something excellent..I hadnt ever recieved such a good service from anyone else or anyother showroom...She clarified all my doubts and helped me in all ways....If at all if Lenskart is seeing this review.: These employees like Arbina will give ur company a good name..She is a gem💙

We shifted from Vision Express to Lenskart looking at the price point and collection. Have had very bad experience and we still remain without proper good quality spectacle from Nov 2018. With exams going around it’s becoming very difficult to manage without specs. Thanks to the non cooperative attitude of this shop staff for not being able to provide replacement. Poor quality, poor delivery and poor staff- will not recommend anyone! Better to stay with Vision Express !!

Staff is very helpful and courteous and willing to answer every query no matter big or small.Reason Im giving 4 stars is because contact number given is unreachable most of the time. Looting business.. they will talk very good but the final specs will have difference in the recommended numbers .. you can use the store for choosing the frame but never ask them to do the complete specs .. since the lenses they purchase are substandard .. beware ..

Delivery is very late, my friend order a product when it was available but after week they said your sepcks is ready but they given another model.
