My mother got her hair coloured but the colour was not even visible the hairstylist gave some stupid excuse that the colour will be visible only in sunlight. Also I got a haircut. They told us theyd charge only 4200 but the bill was 6000. They just loot people in the name of tax. Worst salon. Wouldnt recommend

I went in for a manicure and pedicure since I was in town for a wedding. I asked the lady to keep my nails short since I have a toddler and shes just chopped them off in whichever way she wanted. Theres no shape to them whatsoever anymore. And while cleaning the cuticles, shes cut three of them and there was blood all over. Im never going back there again.

So I went to this place yesterday for bikini waxing & hair colour.I have been going there for waxing & I find it quite ok specialy for bikini waxing but the rates are super high.Actualy the tax they add with each service you take is super high.Now comes the colouring part...I did choose a light brown shade & planned to go for baliage.Now after the wash the colour isnt even visible to which the hair stylist says that my hair is super dark & thats the reason it isnt visible 😑.....(I wish I could show him my previous hair colours)Now the billing part.....the bill they gave me wasRs 9707(with discount according to them) but they charged me 11314.Now they gave me another bill of 1607 stating that the shampoo & the conditioner is complementery.Now my question is if the shampoo & the conditioner is complementery...why is the next bill for?9707 should be the total bill right?When I asked the same the hairstylist & the receptionist gave me some stupid explanation which only they understood.Coming to the conclusion.....lootera YLG Yelankha you guys areI would have got much more professional services in this rate & that too with such poor service.PatheticNever visiting again

Would not recommend unless you have alot of money to blow on very basic services. Their service tax itself is quite high and their charges dont make sense. Their staff is impolite as well, the hair dresser was reluctant to do what I was telling him and kept pushing different things to charge more. I wont recommend anyone to go to ylg ever again.

I had visited this salon last week and had an appointment with Bhavani. she was really good at her work I got my peel off waxing and roll-on waxing done with her she is really nice and polite to have around. I got to know about this salon through Google and at that moment I thought that was the best decision that I made to get in here. I really want to thank Meenu for recommending me to go for Hair Spa!. My hair was dry and rough. After the Hair Spa its like my hair was injected with life. And not to mention, the relaxing head,shoulder ,neck and back massage that is complimentary with it. I left the salon relaxed and re-energized. Recently got my haircut done my hairstylist Murali at YLG Yelahanka and it was fabulous! Not only did he style my hair beautifully but also suggested what would look great for my hair type and how I could maintain my hair better further! 10/10 would recommend getting your hair styled by him the next time you visit!

Always making customers wait. They also have hiked their prices and haven’t updated their menu since so many months. Pedicure is not even worth it here. Any regular parlour can do a better job.Writing this review after 5-6visits. This will be my last.

This was my 4th visit to salon. First I visited for hair cut done good by Yogesh and suggested a good follow up routine. And as always related to my skin care Bhavani did waxing and threading services. Her work and hospitality is excellent. But it was too annoying to get disturbed by fellow staff or salon in charge while I was undergoing the services by calling bhavani to finish it soon or to attend other by often knocking the doors. Whatever the reason may be, privacy and time of customers should not be disturbed, I had come on time of appointment, its your responsibility to manage the customers and shortage of staff.

This was my first salon visit in last 8 months, post lockdown. I was very reluctant in the beginning, but I have to say I was quite impressed with my experience at this salon. They have taken all the necessary steps, and precautions that will make you feel comfortable and safe while getting your services done. Sanitization is one thing that you will notice that every staff is very particular about. As far as the services are concerned, I was made very comfortable by Murali, who took care of me from the beginning till the end. He did my root touch up and gave me a haircut that I was quite happy about. He is extremely polite and courteous. Keep up the good work.

I had been here for a haircut today. I wanted something suitable for my curly hair. Mr. Yogesh was very patient in understanding my needs and giving his own suggestions. In the end, I had an amazing hair cut and already got compliments! Definitely recommend him and this salon. Price was also reasonable, especially with half-off on haircuts on Tuesdays. The staff are very polite and courteous and do not try to oversell their products or services. The salon itself is very clean and well organized. I was also quite impressed by their Save Water initiative during hair washes!

Its a waste, dont prefer for a membership card its useless. They wont give any reminder of expiry .

Horrible Service and total cheaters. They will force you to buy an offer by paying some money and getting services worth almost double of that. Never take that offer. Please read the details of the offer before you buy it. They have limited validity on it which they never tell and if that expires, you not only lose the extra services but also lose any hard earned unused money you paid for the offer. They also do not sanitize their equipment. They only so it if you request it. Very unhygienic outlet.

Got my hair colored here (just the ends). It was supposed to be blue,violet and red. Unfortunately the only color visible is red. They informed me later that blue will only be visible so much. Looking very dull too. Really disappointed.Rest of the services are great. If you want to get your hair colored, go to a salon specializing in it even if its expensive.
