The storekeeper was curt and hostile. Felt unwelcomed. I told him Im here to look, but I actually wanted to but a semi acoustic. Poor customer service.

Recently asked for a guitar to gift it to my sister.. and I stay far from the store near Attibele border.. but these guys delivered it to me and when I opened.. I was like wow.. And there guys who came to deliver it were very polite and gentle .. My next purchase will definitely b this store.. I suggest my friends to go for the same and to you guys too.. just tell your requirement theyll provide the best one..

Expensive, cheap, low quality duplicate musical instruments.The music instrument technicians are not qualified and only arrogant pretend to know about instrument repair or service but they dont have instrument technician only high charge even for small repairs

I picked up a Ibanez S521 and Blackstar ID Core 20. I called up a few stores and wireup was the most proactive and responsive.Very friendly staff. Gave me enough space to play with the guitars without interuption.They home delivered a temporary AMP ( costlier than the one I bought) since the 20W I wanted was not available at the store.

I visited this shop because of the guitars on display. That turned out to be an amazing decision. First of all, the equipment that they have is great (Strings, straps, picks, etc). Second, the staff knows their stuff. I asked a few questions I had about some products and they were answered immediately. The staff is very kind too. They let me play some guitars that I wanted to try out. In Furtados music store, I wasnt allowed to try guitars. That was one of the reason I have switched my go-to guitar store from Furtados to this place. I have been here 3 times now and have never been disappointed. As a customer, I an extremely satisfied and as a guitarist, I am happy that such a place exists. Keep Rocking Wire Up🤘

Got a Fender Mexican Telecaster from these guys. Ordered it from Trivandrum and got it in my hands in four days. Beautifully set up, being a recording artist I could just pick it out of the box, tune it and start tracking. And Hemant is an absolute gentleman. Thank you guys!
