I purchased a flat constructed by VSM Constructions. The plumbing work done in the flat is utterly awful and unprofessional. within 2 years the pipes inside the bathroom false ceiling have started leaking. The LED lights used are of low quality and some have already stopped working. The interior walls have water seeping through them leading to the paint to flake off the walls. They claimed the bathroom fixtures are branded and are of good quality but evidently that is not the case. If you are some one planning on purchasing a flat or property from them please make sure you double check the quality of the offered product. From my experience i would never suggest this construction company at any cost.

There is warmth that one feels from the people at VSM CONSTRUCTIONS. They are very helpful. 😀

Don’t buy flats from this construction, they loot you and their quality of work is worst. Most of all their careless attitude and rudeness what makes you feel why have you fall in this pit. Huge hidden cost will be there which they won’t say while purchasing and blame it on Sales people. Pls check if they have paid all charges/ taxes and make sure everything is mentioned in agreement in case you still want to buy from these guys.

We were impressed with VSM CONSTRUCTIONS work ethic and commitment to finishing our project ( gangotri elegance ) on time. If I had to sum up our building project with them in two words, they’d be effective and efficient.
