The days were fantastic at first, but they didnt last long.In a difficult period like Covid, the company withheld half of the salary without warning. The issue became even worse when I had to beg for my money that had been deducted.Their (HM Group) discourtesy was on cloud nine as they refused to pay me after thousands of requests. In addition, I struggled with various difficulties during my time at work.Henceforth I request people looking for a career in this company to STOP and think again. Its a decision that can make or break your career. Think twice or even dont think of JOINING it.A humble post from the hard-working employee who struggled a lot!!

Hm green oak apartment in bangalore not maintained from the time I m staying here, walls are leaking with water risky to stay as it might enter into electric wires no one is even bothered to answer it though multiple mails are sent, garbage bin issue, lift issue, plumbing issue,no cctv, main gate will be locked, Terris locked say n night etc..,CEO if he is serious he need to take the feedback of people staying here as we all have paid rent even in tough times of pandemic. If still no response then you will answer lord for same.

While they build the worst quality of apartments, they are absolute bullies too.After having bought an apartment from HM Constructions in 2003, I have been plagued by seepage issues for the last 4 years from an apartment they own and rent out( above mine). Despite calling on them for the last 6 months to attend to an urgent issue, till date there has been no action taken to arrest the seepage of toilet water from their apartment into into my home.Maintenance was to be attended to by one Mr.Srinivas and Ms.Sarla who work for Mrs.Manjushree who heads this department. Till date no action has been taken and my renovated home is constantly bombarded by seepage issues from the HM owned apartment above mine. They are an absolute waste of time and money and you will be plagued by quality issues on homes they construct.

Recently, I have bought a flat in HM World City as per my brothers influence who is also a resident of HM World City. I am very much happy with the quality of construction and they offered all amenities which they had promised before buying. I had great pleasure in putting all my savings in this flat. The customer service and marketing people understood my requirement and from these people I always feeling like flying in open air.

Hello. Is there any one whom to complain about your dead/non responsive reception. Causing inconvenience to people who are doing business with the in house companies. For the 2 daysIve dialled in around 50 times thruout the day. But dead end. No one seems to understand the basic ethics of business. Shame on you.

Called me for an interview and made me wait for 2hrs(we are actually only 3people attended the interview) and ended up by taking a HR round for 2mins(formality) and started saying stories that technical head is not available for taking interview.. I dont understand why they scheduled my interview with technical head when he is not available...
