Nice place to buy and good choice to buy in the surroundings. Main advantages is the location. Near By schools, College and educational institutions. Budget of the flat also really reasonable. Model flat is looking very nice and i highly suggesting to buy the flat in Iconest -4

Visited this week during their launching,,Sales Guy is really Helpful, and the furniture and interiors what they offer is interesting one. like it...i suggested to my friends also.We will visit one more time this week and discuss more on that.

At the time of visiting this appartment to buy a flat, sales folks will inform you that you can buy this flat for the investment and when ever u get the better price then we will sell that flat with good profits ,but its all fake ,false and fabricated statements ,But once u booked the flat then they will tell you that there are no buyer for u r flat n u as a customer must need to continue with the flat ,Also read the agreement 10 times before buying this flat ,dont trust any one before decided to but a flat here kindly verify with multiple existing customers at least three times ,dont trust u r known people n book a flat .Known people to u will suggest u to buy this flat but hey will get the bonus once u booked the flat here .Sales people will tell lots of false statements to u,Dont book any flat here .

Visited this project today. I really amazed to see the design and specifications offered by the builder. nicely designed without any wastage of space. Materials what they are giving is branded and quality ones. Price is also worth for what they are giving. Only location is bit far whate I felt. hope by the the time of project completion that entire stretch will develop. Staffs were good as they guided me well.Appreciate the builder for this new concept. Also, thank my friend for referring to see this project.

Think 100 times before you buy flats from this builder, I had visited one of the project where the quality of the material used of low quality and there are cracks in the 3rd floor flats... not sure as when the roofs will fall down.. Also found that they have duged the ground for constructing gate, but same is laying untouched for 6 months now.Heard the customer service post the sale pathetic...Think.....

I personally know this builder quite some time. Genuine Builder with many Completed Project happy Customers,,Still like to resolve few basic thing...Hope do it with atmost periorty.

This concept is very innovation..Project is little far from city,But 40-45min we can reach ORR,That way,It is fine

Had visited iconest 3 and liked the concept. But the location was not preferable for me. Luckily they came out with Iconest 4. Had gone for site visit today. Great model flat. Looks Genuine.

Budget apartments are a rage, and builders new and old have been cashing in on this trend. I already own an apartment from this builder, so off I went to check out their new offering. The sales guys are pretty awesome. This is an 800+ sq ft apartment, and only suitable for a small family. A three BHK in that space puts a lot of constraints on what you can do with that space. That said I like the concept, but knowing that the previous project of this builder is fraught with quality issues, and they have been delaying handover of the project since the last two years, I doubt the intent and motives of the builder. In our apartment we had to deal with wall cracks, but in this since it is furnished you will have to deal with broken furniture as well, along with the huge disappointment of going with a sub-par, unresponsive builder who is engaged in playing his own little games in his existing projects. If possible ask to visit their Icon Happy Living project too. The builder also has hidden legal issues with the approach road and gate to this project. I love the concept, but will not put in another penny on their projects, and would not recommend either.

I am a happy living owner - builder has delivered on his promises - but there are two groups who are fighting and making the issue.

Today I visit the model flat in Iconest 4. one of the elegant design and the interior design concept was awesome. Really the foldable bed concept and moving Wall concept was awesome. Congrats to the builder for deliver such kind of products to customers.

People: be careful while investing your hard earned money. This builder is a big time cheat and makes promises with no intention for keeping them. Construction quality and accessories they use are of third grade. If you want to witness their work come to their old project on Hosur road, here work is still pending after 3.5 years of handover. They havent constructed main gate, boundry wall and lot of debris still inside the apartment. There is no society registered and builder is collecting huge money in name of maintenance.

Very innovative project, Budget Friendly, we get flat along with good quality furniture.Sales team were very professional and provided all required information.

My cousin has purchased 2BHK flat in Icon happy leaving. There is huge gap between commitments and fulfillment of commitments by builder.Still lots of amenities works is pending. From 2017 to till date main security gate work has not been completed. No clear approach road to apartment.They are just smartly CHEATING to all flat owners.Icon BUILDER IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALLBefore taking any decision please visit their existing project discuss with residents and then take decision..

The innovative and essential space saving concept is amazing. I love the way they have furnished with imported furnitures to save space.Certainly a cozy space to live in , good effort.Iam one of the owner of icon Happy living apartment.iam happy with the builders, the way they have delivered.The quality and the amenities are good, worth for the money we have invested.There are 2 groups to get the association power, builders are supporting the more number people groupThe least group are irritated and putting negative reviews and comments .They r putting sands on their heads, I dont know why..???Real truth cant be hidden by their hands ,If u see the projects , u see the truth

3 BHK Apartment at 40 lakh is a good deal with furniture,Location is bit far,but many villa project around with greenary not a bad idea to drive longer.

Iconest 4 price is affordable with all required amenities. I didnt expect this comfortablity @ 40 lacs amount for 3bhk.

Just felt nice when I visited both iconest3 and iconest4 projects I have seen this concept in Singapore and other countries but india need to adopt this concept and thanks for lovely service given by sales team.liked iconest4 location will be considering.

I would urge people to go to previous projects and talk to the owners before they take any decision. Like that they will get some idea about what they are about to commit, so that they wont feel betrayed and regret like us.
