Most important part of this lodge is its location. its in a super convenient location and access to metro, autos, buses is very good.Service is good, but the quality of rooms is satisfactory. Inquiry about the availability of deluxe rooms, which are kinda luxury. Laundry service is available.Breakfast at the adjacent restaurant makes it very convenient.Overall a good value for money place.

Chapati is the worstest ever. Never go for it. And people if we ask for extra curry or chutney they ask for extra money. Cant they provide that also? you are in Food services man have some concern. Everyone cant afford your prices. Atleast make it worth.

Lodge is good in terms of cleanliness and staff behavior. Cost is like double bed room non ac ₹800 and with AC ₹1300. Room service is also very good.

If there is a option for negative stars I would have given -5. One of the worst management. And the person at the reception is arrogant doesnt know how to speak with people. They contradict statements in few seconds. I asked them for 2 Ac rooms (1st room for 2 days and 2nd room for 1day). Person at the reception confirmed the availability of rooms as per my requirement. I went to check the room before finalizing. By the time I was back at the reception. Arrogant guy at reception told he will give 2nd room is not available for the next day but available if I take it for 3days. They Cheat people for money. If he had told me the same earlier I would have walked out. And searched for different hotels. Then I asked him for his managers contact no or email Id. He gave his Email Id and told me write a complaint and no action will be taken from management. Then I enquired with him if email id he gave is his mailbox. He told yes and he will delete the mail.

Considering the price, this is a clean and good place if you are a bachelor. Location is prime and staffs are friendly. Service is not as bad as they charge you. Of course do not forget to ask for the complimentary mineral water at the reception.
