The very first impression I had on entering the Hotel is that the gloom hits you. There wasnt even a proper checkin. Room was missing basics like towels, etc. which was provided on asking. The floor was sticky and the floor boards creaky. The dinner wasnt one to remember. The Air Conditioning wasnt working right from the start, on complaining it worked for a while and just near midnight stopped again (was provided a fan in stead), not to mention the amount of dust on the AC outlets. This place needs some serious TLC. Looks like it mustve been glorious once, but now is just reminiscent of that glorious past. And this is all in just a few hours from checkin. Wonder what the remaining night and tomorrow brings.Day 2: Hot water in toilet is on the right side. 🤦🏻Basic Breakfast (ignored the fruits and bread after finding insects flying around), on asking for juice was informed no juice or Milkshake, but was provided on asking to speak with manager. AC fixed, but floor still sticky inspite of informing on the front desk. Lots of dust found (images attached).Day 3: Was absolutely appalled to realise that my electronic shaver (kept on the basin counter) was played with by the cleaning staff. I know this for certain since the shaver was placed wrongly in its pouch (which I never keep). Shameful that they compromise on your health and hygiene esp. during Covid times. Never coming back here.

Rooms are small, wifi never worked, house keeping /room service was very bad, there was no drinking water kept in the room while checked in.... I had to ask for it, I was told use to shower gel instead of hand wash... Thats when my blood boiled.

Please Read:After looking at the amenities and reviews we choose this resort, while the amenities were all there, 80% of those were either not in working condition or closed. Rooms would have been ok if the price would have been 1000 or 1500 max. Not very well-maintained rooms and washrooms were small and uncomfortable also.Looking at the resort you could imagine that it would have been a great place but due to lack of maintenance it is not a great experience overall.Staff is overall good and were flexible with check in and check outs.Food was good and good number of options too but prices of basic thingsbwere very high. A bottle of water would cost you almost 100. Will I go there again: Yes I would if I get a cheaper package but may not with family. An yeah will go with lower expectations.As a family other than inconvenience due to closed amenities and not upto the mark rooms, it was good experience.

Very good place to have food , dinner. This is a restaurant with bar. You can get both Veg and Nonveg food here. Atmosphere is also good and staffs are very humble and cooperative.

Mini retreat with plenty of parking space. Veg and Non Veg food served. Children may love to play more since there is an expanse of lawn, kids play items, swimming pools for kids and others, gardens, buffet facility, with room facility. You have to take service road, near RTO office when you come from hosur and enter the Bangalore city. Nice location. Hotel and restaurant. Lot of green cover. Little more maintenance of lawns needed.

Excellent Hospitality Display... KudosWithout doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my visit! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.I truly enjoyed walking through the place. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment.All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

We did not want to check out only as it was too good. Food is nice...Quantity is a little less for the price. Friendly staff and a cool restaurant. Some pets are also there in the campus...Will be visiting again once the pool is operational....Overall a fantastic stay we had and a lovely place..

I am giving three starts only because it was a refreshing change to stay here after lockdown. The commode in the toilet was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in toilet. They come for room cleaning but dont change the sheets. I doubt the sheets were changed even before we checked in as it was crumpled. We were lucky to get garden view room.Service in restaurant was horrible and very late. Food taste was ok. But price is too too much. We ended up ordering from zomato. The lawns need to be mowed. Grass is overgrown. It is a very nice place if properly maintained

Basic necessities such as towels were not readily available. Had to make multiple calls and reminders before I was over delivered with the same. Not a major matter however my time is precious and need not be spent on things like this when Ive a premium cost for using the facilities.Barely lukewarm water with low water pressure. Very annoying.Beverages ordered were not hot enough but expensive. A hotel with 3 star rating is not expected to compromise the quality of service at such a bare minimum level.Hope things improve.

Never visit the resort... Waste of money.Completely untidy and no maintenance.Washrooms were not cleaned for months and after complaining also they didnt cared.Dining areas also not cleaned. Stayed there for a day. Rooms were good, but the corridors need renovation. Room service was quick and the food was very tasty, but quite expensive. Buffet breakfast was very bad, but that might be because there werent many people due to covid. Staff are polite and helpful. Room rates were reasonable. Some very good views in the garden area, and some interesting birds and animals.

Stayed here for 2 days. Enjoyed my stay here. Courteous staff. Food was priced very high. Swimming pool was restricted due to government norms. However everything else like pool table, basket ball Cricket, were available for playing. This place is good for song shoots and family time.

The hotel looks little old, it was maintained in a decent way. Could have been more better. Rooms were sufficient for 2 days stay. I felt little over priced. The washrooms didnt have buckets or mugs and had to ask for it. Room service is slow. Worst part is the food which is over priced and not tasty at all. Breakfast was complimentary which was ok. Lunch was pathetic, all rice items tasted same. 2 glass of lassi was around rupees 230 (God knows what was so special). Only relief was change in environment coz of pandemic. Overall ok , overpricex

A beautiful place to spend a week with your family or friends.Lots of place for kids to run around.From what I/ve seen, they have a quiet a big place to play cricket, vollyball, badminton n other indoor games also like chess, table tennis,carrom etc.Swimming pool also big & good condition.The food quality was superb.The hotel was very peaceful n full Greenery around.The room was very big with a personal lawn outside.Hotel staff are polite and would have loved to stay.I totally recommend going to this hotel.

After my last review, hotel General manager Gautam called me over the phone abused me for putting up the review. Instead of rectifying issue highlighted in my last feedback. Don’t know who made him GM, never seen such a incompetent guy like him. He just sleeping over there doing nothing. Mr Gautam you are in hospitality get some manners about how to communicate with your long staying guest. I was the person who bought our staff this hotel, Seriously won’t recommend anyone to stay here.1. Hotel is pathetically maintained2. Waste water broke and whole 1st floor corridor was stinking badly.3. Be careful with uncooked food and insects4. He calls up higher up and force you to put down your review.5. Mr Gautam start acting rather than barking

I came here with my all team members of Exide company. The day out arrangements were well organised as requested by us. We enjoyed the water games in the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games and activities. I would like to thank Mr Ashutosh for making our day memorable. Food was very tasty especially Dum Biryani & chicken kebab. My sincere thanks to all the Ramee team & hope to come back again very soon.

Location, Grade, play area all good. But not maintained, rooms are ok but not well maintained. Poor Reception and for hotel like this located in busy business locality, with ambient temperature around 20 Deg. and no hot water for bathing and at a very exclusive rate is just out of my mind. Luckily they arranged, for a couple of buckets of hot water after a couple of calls and hours..

Wasim for their immense support during our entire stay in the resort.I would also add that all the staff members were way too kind and gentle towards us. Excellent property for the team/corporate outings. The service was excellent and everything happened on time as per given plan. The pool is is good shape. The lawn is good and lot of area for arranging outdoor activities. The high tea and the dinner was excellent. Plenty of parking space. Easily accessible from the hosur road (DONT FORGET TO TAKE THE SERVICE ROAD).

We stayed at Ramee for 2 days for my friends wedding. It was an awesome experience at Ramee.We had pool party with lots of fun activities and games we enjoyed a lot...At night we had reception party at lawn area with full of lights and decorations the ambience of night reception party was super..I would like to suggest this resort for theme wedding.Overall stay was awesome and we had a memorable stay at Ramee. After years we went back to Ramee for a corporate event. The new team is very accommodative and attentive. Our POC Robin ensured smooth communication from day 1 till the event was concluded.They were very cooperative about last minute request and ensured to provide us with many feel good factors.Open lawn for the event with bonfire, music and good spread of delicious food- a well spent evening!

Have been here a couple of times, this is a really nice place to stay. Lot of space, good environment, great ambience. Rooms are clean and neat. Food is also great(Buffet preferred). Has lots of outdoor games and indoor games. Swimming pool, camp fire and in-house bar makes it amazing. Its an all in one place, applicable for family outing, get-togethers and also business meetings/conventions.

There is no maintenance in the resort. By seeing the pictures I thought it might be a good place to stay but it was my worst experience in a resort.

This was my 3rd visit to the Ramee Guestline Hotel and resorts and everytime i have been there things have changed for a good. Visited the resort this week for a team outing and an overnight stay. Great place to consider taking your team for group activities and team building - 1. Ample space for outdoor sports 2. Beautiful lawns to conduct games 3.Bon fine area. 4. Two swimming pools for water activities.Had a great stay and our team was extremely happy with the buffet spreads , cocktails ,starters, room stay etc. Staff is very co-operative and service is really good. Mr. Ashutosh from the reservations ensured that we got things on time and was very helpful throughout. Genral Manager from the hotel was also very kind enough to take our requests and ensured our team gets all the comfort. I would recommend going to Ramee Resorts for team activites and group outings - the place is very near to the city compared to other resorts and have almost all the major facilities.

Bad is also underrated review for this hotel.I got married here .. I have one word for the service and maintenance-PATHETIC..I trusted them immensely as a venue for my wedding..which they turned into a nightmare ..the suites oh my god were full of fungus bad smell all things falling off sofa broken .. my makeup artist was cringing at the sight of the room ..there was nothing good to even remember..the bathrooms were clogged and they blame that it was due to corona..come on isnt it your moral duty to get it repaired and done before you let it out for a wedding.. I had tears in my eyes on my most special day .. Ill never forgive the management of ramee..disgusting as hell

Need to improve the cleanliness of bathrooms

Empty and Deserted Resort with absolutely NO guests at all during the dinner, we were the only people at the time, however the dinner was good and the service was also good. Costly to the pocket though.

Ramee a serene resort midst the hustle bustle of the Hosur road. This was our 1st foray into a 4* or a non 5* and were pleasntly surprised. Yes it is VFM (value for money) or even better and the amenities that you get for 2200/night is very good. All you think at the end of the stay is the management muat certainly look into maintaining the property and if that needs increasing the cost is fine. We dont want to see the resort closing!!

An easily accessible resort that’s right on the Hosur main road. The property is well maintained but has limited options in terms of entertainment. The kids would probably enjoy it more.The breakfast is pretty good but the buffet dinner is totally avoidable !

Good times spends

Swimming pool need to be maintained well. It was not so clean for the kids to enjoy. But still okie for one time swimming in a day. Food is super expensive in ala carte. Rooms are average in look but clean in reality. Service and people there are kind.

Stayed for new year eve celebration at this hotel with stay package. The stay was really good and they make the new year starting awesome.the staff were very polite and were helpful when ever we ask any thing. They started the ala carte in the evening till the mid night. Dinner was really good even the drinks were good. This is nice place for kids as well as some pet animal they have kept here which are good for kids. Kids can enjoy a lot here. I will visit again here. Thanks 🙏🙇
