Hello Guys, if you wish to see Hell on earth. Then this is the place to stay.I have stayed in the apartment for quite some time it was all good until we had to move out of the building. After vacating the building we have to get the advance amount as we have paid huge advance amount to get some reduction on the monthly rent. On the day of vacating the apartment jibil told us he would pay the advance by the EOD. its been more than 6 months that we didnt get the advance back. we had called jibil several things but there was no response. may be once in blue moon if he receives the call we would say that he is in traffic and would call back. After this even if you call him jibil wont receive your call and jibil would block your call. These guys(Jibil and Jeril) would call you if you have to pay the rent else they wont respond to any of your request like if there is power cut due to some issue with the power supply in the building they are least bothered. kindly find the call history for the same. you would get mentally humiliated with these guys behavior . Its been more than an year still i didnt get the advance amount. in a month i called Jibil more than 1000 times. kindly take a look at the log record for january 2021 and february 2021

As I could not find the option of the apartment of judes homes where I used to stay, I am writing it here. They have a flat in BTM 1st stage named as Kantha Residency, where they have some rooms and some rooms are of the manager of the building. Me and my friend stayed there for a year. The rent is high without any proper facilities. We fall into the trap as the deposit money is very less. But gradually, we realized that there is no light in the room,. WiFi never works, lift is there for show off but never works, the water pressure is too low and what not. The owner never picks up the call even if there is an emergency. So we planned to shift to other room, where we can at least get some sunlight. In that room we used to stay for last 10 months and always paid rent before 5th. For the last few months, whenever there is little bit noise at night, the security guard used to come and knock the door and misbehaved like anything. Then this started to happen more regularly. We were so afraid of his behaviour, we had to call the owner. As he never receives our call, my roommates brother called him and informed him about our problem. Our owner replied that there are some powerful people staying in the building next to us and they get annoyed because of our late night talks. Then finally I called him, and asked him for recordings of the noise, as I was so sure that its a conspiracy. We never played loud music, Never had any parties... Even after Corona started, no friend came to stay with us. And it was a building policy that outsiders are not allowed even if it is your flat and youre paying 16k every Month! After asking for the proof, our owner said they are powerful people, why do they need to show proof to you! So, this was it! He asked us to vacate the room in the middle of June and find a new place. As we were so helpless, we went to talk to the manager of the building who never helped anyone by managing anything properly. This guy shouted at us, used slangs and asked us to vacate the room so rudely, that we preferred not the speak in from of that illiterate. He said that as we are girls, they have not thrown us away in the middle of the night, otherwise they would have done that and no police is going to save us... And so on and so forth.... Finally we started looking for apartments, and last Friday after we paid the deposit to the new landlord, one Corona patient was admitted from the building in front of Kantha Residency! So we thought that maybe it would not be a good idea to shift now, so we will move after 14 days, and my roommates brother called the owner to request if he can negotiate with the rent and take 8k for this month, as we will move in 14 days (rent was paid in advance) and we have to pay the new landlord for this month as well. Our owner was so arrogant and rude that he told its not a pg or hotel that half rent is applicable! So after this awful statement I called my new landlord and asked him if we can shift early and if he can help us to move as we are in a Corona zone! Finally with the help of him, yesterday we left the place, we were forced to leave the place in the mid of Corona. I dont know where or to whom should i complain, or if complaining could have helped us.... Leaving that place was not painful, but in the mid of this epidemic, this is the actual face of Human who belong to a so called educated modern city called Bangalore. I am from Kolkata and I can assure anyone that this would never happen in my city.... The city of joy! I wish our city could have had as many opportunities as Bangalore has!

Decent rooms.But the bathroom was not up to the mark and needs renovation. You can always get better rooms for 15k.The only positive is that you get a decent room without paying heavy caution deposit.

Dont come after hearing the thing that there is no deposit. There is no deposit...but whole room have complaint. Not only our room all of them have complaint on them. geaser complaint.lift not working. wifi access will not be there all time. Poor maintenance. Please shift here only after getting feedback from those who stays there.. at least from 3...4 people.

Services are horrible. They wont even recharge the Wifi units. Tired of calling. Others are complaining they get 100kbps speed in their wifi.

This apartment has 1& 2 bhk for rent and this is a furnished flat with a parking place and a friendly neighborhood.

They do provide fully-furnished 1RW, 1RK and 1BHK-2BHK.As per the rent they charge, its good. But the furniture quality wasnt so good and even there were some problem with water-supply.

No proper care taker , water crisis , no immediate problem solving , no value for money

Everything is good but there is no elevator, have to climb all steps

1rk studio apartments..!! Monthly rent is bit high but very low advance..!! Suitable for ppl looking for short term stays in madivala or Tavarekere..!!

Worst place to live in Bangalore. All the owners care about are the monthly rents. The rooms are infested with bed bugs and the owners wont even bother to get rid of them.

Good to stay in pg in this road full of paying guests in brindavan nagar
