As they have mentioned on one of their buildings, you are at a great place to work, one can feel it in their workspace. Well built and maintained campus, cafeteria, great hospitality. Had visited the campus for one of the event where musical brands KT Tunstall and Bryden Parth were hosted.

The campus is in the main road, so public transport becomes much cheaper. All the facilities are provided for employees unlike other companies who only care about making money and squeezing employees to the maximum. Weve got badminton court, volleyball court, basket ball court, tennis court, mini golf course and recently, a football ground. This is excluding all the indoor facilities like snooker, Table tennis, foosball table etc. Well equipped pantry, awesome cafeteria. What more do you need. This is the facilities in the campus. Worst security people. Very rude and neglegent behaviour with employees, i just went for to collect RSA card for that they took 2 hours by simply keepong me waiting. Management should take care about these types of people. Worst worst worst.

Visited SAP labs as a guest before Diwali. They had lighted up the whole campus with lights. Every building was shimmering with the flows of the colorful lights. They have a #iamsap structure installed in the grounds which looks attractive as the night falls. We could see people jogging and playing lawn tennis within the campus. We were not allowed to enter the work area but all the entrances were decorated with flowers. Couple of snack counters were opened to service the guests and the food they served was good.

Facilities provided to the employees are superb and is also locationally at a very good advantage. Being right in the heart of Whitefield, this campus is situated just opposite the Fortune hotel on the other side of the road.

I work here in SAP. This is the best company to work for. The first reason is the work culture . The work life balance is second to none. SAP offers cheap day care for the kids. Also the employees have a lot of sports activities to do inside SAP. We have a free badminton, tennis and football courts. The cafeteria is the best in the Indian companies.

Not much of Java Work available. If your basic Skill is Java this is not the company for you.2. favoritism and regionalism exists.3. Managers Like employees who praise them and who speak nicely to them.4. However good you are promotions only based on experience, that too SAP experience(if youre from outside with considerable exp then also they consider SAP exp though he is less experienced)5. Due to their rapid growth pace their recruitment has been compromised . Not all colleagues are good at their job.6. More of service company pay . They compare themselves with Indian It services.7. Their process is bit confused. They recently started following scrum/ASE. Not all roles are clear about their responsibilities.constant fight between product owners, architects, line managers about roles and responsibilities.

I had been to SAP labs Bangalore for my interview. It is an amazing workplace with greenary all around the campus. Infrastructure was excellent. But reaching to the company is a bit difficult because of the heavy traffic. My visit to the company was memorable and I loved it.
