Hi I happen to visit CSD Hebbal on 12 Sep 2021 coming all the way from Tamil Nadu to collect my new grocery card. However as I did not bring my mothers dependent card my card was not handed over due to technical issue.However, when the Manager was approached he cooling informed the technical issue but he ensured that I get the items as I had come from far off place.The above was so well handled further by the billing clerk. Excellent customer service experience . Kudos to the team. Please keep flying high.

For retired service personnels..You need to be lucky to find whatever you need, most of the shopping is done keeping what is available. Not user friendly environment..Most of the time is crowded..Lot of parking space available.Restricted entries..Shortage of trollies most of the time, crowd keeps chasing trollies being unloaded to vehiclesWashrooms are in pathetic condition.. you can see live wires hanging around with open Electric boxes..Its been like this since ages..DISORGANISED STAFF THEY JUST LEFT THE COUNTER SAYING ITS LUNCH TIME AND WILL BE BACK AFTER 45 MIN. CROWD WAITING HERE FROM HOURS ARE SENT OUT.. LOOK AT OTHER SHOPPING CENTERS THEY RUN HUNDRED TIMES BIGGER CENTERS THAN YOURS AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH CAREThnx government for these types of rebates given to ex-servicemen and service people..

Worst csd I have ever seen..They barely allow civilians.And stock is not maintained well.The guy who is at the gate will always denies permission and ask us to come after some days and this continuous.Avoid this canteen to save your time.

Waited in billing section for over 2 hours, you have to innovate and improvise and cant be lethargic like typical government doing nothing about this huge billing wait time. There are lots of devices to speed up billing process, open your wide eyes and get this issue resolved.
