We bought the car on Aug. After 4 days, we see there are multiple repairs in the car. So, we raised the repair request with their team and submitted the quotation for reimbursement for repairs. After submitting, no one has reached us regarding update on the request. So, we called to the customer care and asked about issue, they keep on saying your issue will resolve within 48 hours. And, its been almost one month now, still no one reached about it. Looks they are just concerned on buying the car, after you buy they wont look into your issues. Very pathetic. Very poor services.

Visited today to have my car Inspected for selling and had a worst experience. I was amazed with staff as without even looking at my New Car I got the price and it shocked Me.I dont mind for the price he offered but the way it was conveyed without having Inspected didnt give any positive indication of visiting again.I visited the other Car dealer nearby and felt v happy for the customer interaction, also delighted to get the price I was looking for.

Customer friendly staffs. Was happy with the experience of selling my car here last month. Got my expected price and the payment was done on same day. No hassles in documentation as they had all the papers ready. Just waiting for final confirmation from them that car owner name is transferred in RTO which they already told will take some time.

I did not had good experience. They have done the inspection my car and gave me the shocking price its close to 2laks lesser than what I have sold with different car buyers. I would suggest to compare the price with other buyers in market and take a call.

Its situated very close to outer Ring Road and hence easily accessible. But the steps to their office is a bit high without any support. Very difficult for senior citizens to get into their office.But the vehicle brought through them is not even cleaned and washed, leave alone serviced, before delivering the same to the next purchaser. They have superstaffs who can fix value for any car without actually looking at the car.. I was so impressed and decided not to give my car to them. Least bothered about the customers and they just concentrate on their profit.. Worst experience 😪

Absolute waste of time. They gave open slot from morning to evening made me wait saying No one available for inspection. Although inspection is thorough, I think they use it to devaluate the car so that they can ask it for throwaway price. They quoted price of 2.30 lakh for my 2012 higher model sedan while their sell site shows 2011 low end model as 3 lakh and I have a proof of this if anyone wants. Attached proof for viewers reference. Beware of them.

I sold my i10 2009 model in 1 day with Cars24 and received the entire agreed amount immediately. What I really liked was the price offered was better than all the other forums I tried in, even though im the 3rd owner. Beware. If you are selling your car, make sure you get an advance from them. I was promised 4.10 lakhs not of all service charges but was given only 4.00 as they were not able to find a buyer for more than that. Wonder how much they would have given me if they were able to sell my car for 20 lakhs. They are cheats and will make use of every opportunity to mislead you. And their customer care centre is a joke. Beware of the HSR layout branch and the employees there. Smooth talkers and hardened criminals.

These guys asked for advance payment for a car booking... then they cant even deliver on time... and without even giving a proper receipt for advance payment, they refused to refund the amount.... Total scam is going on over here. Employees like Suraj Mohan asks for payment on their personal upi... And no paper channel of information is followed in this group. Worst experience. I wont recommend cars24. They are total fraudsters. I bought a honda city. The broker said its a good car no problem in it they have inspected it in their service center but after buying we got to know battery is weak. It had an accident before. High beam lamps stopped working after a month. They took more money than actually we get it in market. And they take 7k from both side just for standing. They lied. Later they took 4.5k for RC transfer which is more than for transfer. Its been more than 7 months. But still we didnt get RC in hand. Whenever we call the broker he shouts and yells. They took my details and transfer RC to my brother’s name. When we asked he said we have given wrong details and told he will send again for changes. But after 3 months he is telling not to call him again and again. He said he will return money and RC and told us to do the RC changes. But didnt return money or RC. Every time we call him he lies. He tells us to go to RTO and do our work. Then why do we have to pay them? Rakesh is his name. Seniors should interfere. Never do any deals with them. You will regret.

I have sold my car here. Process was pretty simple. My car could have fetched a little more, however considering the time constraint I agreed to the offer and the transfer of money was on time as they promised. However my insurance was valid for another 15 days only , for which they deducted additional RS 1000 this should have been avoided. Otherwise the experience was good and fast as well.

Sell your car directly to some one who need it, price they quote to buy our car is almost half of the market price, inspection of vehicle must done by some knowledgeable guys, 2 months before I got all the suspension work done with original Toyota parts, they checked my car and said that suspension is having problem !!!
