I booked OLA auto to go 18km. The driver started and as he came to know that its18km, he switched off auto and said its broke down. I paid 50/- for just 2km and got down. Immediately he started his auto and run away. This is how OLA drivers operate. I’ve complained OLA and waiting if they take any action and penalise such drivers or not.

Unrespectul staffs and time wasting(consuming) place for simple requests. Totally unworthy business altogether.

Worst staffs, I have seen in my life..they think like driver are beggers and rude staffs and security also. Bad behavior so go carefully before youre going there. ..........ola take care this otherwise you guys will lose soon your business soon no doubt.They kept cars worst condition like engine issue, headlights, number plates are broken....

I got a Ola Cab from Ashirvad to Bangluru Airport (about 40 Kms). A journey not more that 1 hour in good traffic took 1 hrs 45 min. It was very tension full and worry some. Firstly, the driver came after 15 minutes instead of 3 shown on booking. He did not know route and did not know how to use the map guide on phone. He took me from main roads to markets and back and I almost missed my flight to Delhi as I was the last passenger to check in. Even after arriving at Airport, he took money and wasted so many precious time to return saying no change. And he was enjoying wasting my precious minutes while smiling after all this.He was new to the job, arrogant and very shabbily dressed. Ola probably has stopped checking these vital aspects these days and started increasing fare under various heads like peak time charges by 120% added to the total fare, travel time charges, minimum charges, etc. el.... in addition to the basic fare which is no less than any other

I took Ola cab to Malleswaram on 20th Jan.The driver informed that he is new and did not know the route from Jayanagar to Malleswaram. He did not know how to use GPS. As we crossed Seshadripuram his GPS started working and till then I had to guide him. I feel all drivers must get the necessary training on Navigation and GPS to enable them to drive from A to B without much of deviation and not take customer on ride.
