Its not fascinating as it looks in photos. Its more towards wildcraft repair rather buying more products. If you go for your wildcraft product issue or repair it takes at least 10 days which is worst part of wildcraft. I dont understand why they cant do at service center itself. Even a roadside fellow can fix zip or bag within half an hour maximum. Also limited variety of products. You will get rarely some offers or discounts.

I went one last week. The person who their will clearly tell about what you have to choose and what are specs. Other stores are big but you wont get a clear picture or how to select differences and all

Pathetic experience, gave 2 bags for zip replacement almost before 15 days and have been told that i’ll get it back within 10 days. When I called on 8th day I realized that the bags are still in showroom and have not sent for repair since they missed to do so. I have been told that i’ll get them repaired in another 2 days. Today its 15th day still struggling to get the bags, also this particular service center guys will never bother to call you back once the bag is ready which they generally promise you. Totally disappointed with the service, never recommend this store to anyone as this is full of illiterate arrogant ppl who even dont know how to talk to customers.

Have collection of bags and jackets, but not many varietes also collection is little limited, staff are polite and good, at good location. Prices are reasonable and as per other wildcraft showroom, offers wont be there usually for products like bags , jackets, etc. Product Quality will be good.

Staff should be taught, some marketing skills.. and store should be equipped with all the range of products available online.
