Decent rooms with most humble staff. The hospitality and understanding of the staff if really commendable.The rooms are clean, beds with no bed bugs, clean sheets and medicated rated matress.Bathrooms are good with 24/7 hot water (need to drain 1 bucket). Water pressure is good (aprox. 1 - 1.5 bar). Mirrors are clean. No bath towels provided by the hotel.TV on other hand is quite small and with limited channels (mainly kannada)Wifi is quite fast.No free breakfast due to the Covid-19 protocols.I would rate 3.7 stars out of 5.

Worst service. Untidy rooms, no WiFI. Stubborn staffs. If you are booking directly from hotel confirm twice about the room fares in between your stay they add more charges and will fight with you for extra money. To stay in this hotel for 3 nights was the worst decision in our bangalore visit.

Really liked the hotel. Reception is well decorated. Rooms are a bit small but okay for 2-3 people. The only thing I did not like was that the room service people were a bit lazy on cleaning the room. But overall it was good as I did not stay at the hotel most of the time and was off with my family exploring the city.

Located about 800m from the majestic bus stand. You can reach by auto or cab. They charge with Rs 45-50/-. The hostel staff are very courteous. Room which I got was very clean, well tucked bed. Washroom was clean. They have option for both AC and non AC rooms. But considering the weather of Bangalore,I opted non AC. And I was fine!Room has a TV and WiFi option too. You can get Lunch and dinner in room, but the dishes are little overpriced. They provide 1 mineral water bottle (no charge), rest if you take is chargeable.For breakfast, there is a buffet system of South Indian dishes (idly,vada,Dosa) that starts 8am and is on the 6th floor.Overall my stay was fine and pleasurable.

I booked the room by oyo and but the hotel people denied to give a room .It was horriable and worst experience from the hotel we are 4 members family waited at night till 11 .

Neetly maintained hotel, clean n tidy. Budget hotel,Rooms are not spacious, bit far for walking from Bustand n Railway station. Restaurant is not attached. . But they serve lunch n dinner bought from outside. Complimentary Breakfast is provided. Towel, soap, shampoo n 1lt mineral water provided for the occupants. Staffs are good n cooperative. During winter n if all rooms are occupied then hot water is a problem in morning as capacity of the boiler may not supply hot water for all the rooms. rest of the time no problem. TV is small Shaving kit, dental kit not provided. May not suitable for executives who are on business trip.

It was a pleasure to stay at Sai Ram ResidencyWith Ms Swathi at the reception it was like we are entering our own house. The courteous reception that i got was a wonderful experience. The food was also good and Mr Santhosh & Mr Shivappa saw to it that i was more than comfortable. The service of this hotel is fantastic! Sairam residency is close to metro station, railway station and bus station. All the staff are reliable to help, I don＇t have to worry about extension, they even book bus ticket for me. The beautiful lady helped me a lot for sim card application, transportation, etc. Mr. Raguchander even gave me some suggestions on business develop. Thanks for all of you! It＇s a lovely trip here.

As I Traveller I look for a place which neat , clean and in my budget. But sairam residency has made me a very happy Traveller. I was amazed by the warmth and polite reception at the front desk. I was given with a neat, clean room( interior was well maintained with good esthetics). On top of that in-house breakfast had a good options with a good feel to my tastebudst. Very nice and cooperative staff. The reception is open 24x7. They also have a travel desk and in room service. The rooms are pretty amazing against the money they are charging. They have very good deals in make my trip. It isnt very far from the centre (M.G. road).

If you want to go to hotel & feel unwelcomed, this is the place. I had initially booked for two nights online; due to circumstance had to extend my stay one night. The male receptionist asked for a higher rate than I paid for the earlier two nights. Shameless. Room was not cleaned one day until informed. They have wifi but its only good enough for whatsapp no browsing. I am still waiting for the receipt which they said they would email me. Its a shady place with unprofessional staff. Better options out there for this price range.

I had stayed in nearly 20 of the 50 budget hotels in the Gandhi Nagar area but this hotel is the best of the rest. Instant room service, rooms were nice n clean, food was hygienic. Finally, now they offer Buffet breakfast which was previously served in room. That adds the 5th star

Its an average property. The service is good and location is fine. This hotel doesnt have their own restaurant and thus serve food from outside. You can try food nearby and specify the room service to get food from there. The staff is very helpful and for that I loved the stay there.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Spent 2 days here. Rooms are very small as compared to the price. If you want to stay here only book rooms through online booking sites. Otherwise they will easily tricked you and charged almost double the amount. Make sure to ask them copy of the pay receipt while checking in.

Location wise its middle in the city and well connected.Rooms are not so spacious, but theyre maintained well.Room service staff are very cooperative but staff at reception are not so cooperative.No place for parking.No in-house restaurant but we can place an order which will cost you more, instead better to go out for food.Nearby restaurant we tried were - Jai Bhawani (veg), Annapurna and prashant (non-veg)

HUMILIATING HOSPITALITYGoing by the positive reviews, I booked a Superior Room for 4 days at Sairam Residency, Gandhinagar. The locality is extremely conjusted with auto rickshaws refusing to ply. The room/bed allotted was extremely small for 4 members. No in house restaurant. Food is bought and served from other nearby restaurants. Rs.25 charged for a bottle of 1 ltr prized Rs.20. Rude and inefficient reception. Wi-Fi connection ineffective. Complimentary breakfast served as a benevolence. Because of insulting behaviour, I refused the same for all days eventhough I have actually paid for it. Not worth. Better options available.

This place was amazing! The wonderful lady in the suit and the bellboys were extremely helpful. The most helpful person of all was Muthalib. Hes the man. Hed do anything to help out. Plus, he was just nice guy.Very clean hotel. U also get free WiFi, free breakfast, and free cable.

Good service and courteous staff. Its difficult to find this place when going by cab. And contrustion is going on the way to the hotel, once contrustion is done this is the best hotel in the price range.

Though rooms are a tad small, theyre well maintained and comfortable. Sheets and toiletries were clean. Room service is very good.Wi-Fi is there and you can connect to it, but you cant surf the web.
