Good Property in the posh location in Bangalore. The Lobby area is small and gives a congested look. There is a lot of space for meetings. They need to segregate smoking and Non-Smoking areas. The smokers fill the clean area and it’s very discomforting.

The service at this hotel definitely needs to improve. In room dining food was good, also one can try far and east but the breakfast and dinner quality at cur8 isn’t upto the mark. The property being newly built is excellent.

The property and mainly the staff were wonderful. The perfect space and people for conducting an event.We were taken care of EXTREMELY WELL by Mithun, Niramjan, Suraj, Balwant, Brijesh, Nandakishor and Sathyam. The head chef for the banquet hall was very good offering a lot of alternatives as per our requirement and made an extra effort to incorporate our requirements. The banquet staff were FABULOUS and sailed through our event. The quality of food was very good. Specially the Khowsey and Waterchestnut with Lotus root.All the staff there were excellent leaving alone Ms. ASTHA who really made things difficult. She refused to help our event team with the basic details such as plug points at the venue. After she received the advance payment for the event, she went back on all her commitments. She promised us 2 rooms on the day of the event, but until the day of the event absolutely refused. With a lot of pressure and persuasion, she finally gave us the room only for 3 hours. She kept my decor team hanging about when they could start set up until a few hours before the event. Due to this, we were forced to start the event later than scheduled. It was extremely difficult and unpleasant working with Astha. She was arrogant and unaccommodating with her own commitments.Keeping her aside ALL the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.If you plan to have an event at the venue its definitely the best choice, just ensure you dont deal with Astha, and Im sure youll be the happiest with your choice. You wont need to think twice about the banquet staff and quality of food and service.Overall wonderful experience and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

5*s for food and hospitality. Ive been only to the lobby level restaurant - lobby lounge & terrace. Unlike most other cities, you can sit outside and enjoy fresh air and some great food. weve eaten, pizza, pasta, custom-sandwiches and practically all the desserts - not to mention the cocktail specialities. the pizza base was amazingly thin, food and ingredients are fresh and flavourful and each visit has been as good as the previous one. Ive never stayed there nor been to any other restaurant - although we peeked into Far East - which looked quite nice and the menu was also quite good. Lobby Terrace however is an amazing place - total value for money.

We had our wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel, Bengaluru last month. The venue was the Garden Room and Terrace. It was a great venue, as it gave us the opportunity to combine indoor and outdoor elements. The outdoor terrace is perfect in Bangalore weather, especially during cloudy days. The Four Seasons has a very classy ambience, right from the lobby to the restaurant to the banquet hall. The hotel helped us to set the perfect tone for our wedding. The staff at the Four Seasons were all very helpful, and went out of their way to make our special day even better. We are especially thankful to Aastha and Apurve, who were always available to take our calls, and took great care of our guests before, during and after the wedding. Our guests also loved the food, thanks to the great menu prepared by the chef. The hotel also ensured that all COVID-19 protocols were properly followed.

This is Abraham, your neighbor. Thanks for your response. However, there is one car owner uses irritating honking atleast 4 times before he reaches the staff gate. I also requested him through security to inform him not to honk. But hes attitude us so high. He never listen. His car number is KA 20 -N- 9526.We baring all this from the time this building construction as started. We even had toughest time when those cement falls on our house, car and so on.. But I always helped whenever there was a stealers break into your compound during construct. This is our sincerity as your neighbor. Were not hard to handle. All we ask is little privacy and some courtesy. Please

5 star indeed but was disappointed at the way the bearers where trying to clear the table when the alcohol was still in the table. Simple reminder that guests are at the center, ensuring our comfort should be your priority. Apart from that food was exotic alcohol was premium.

The food here was really good. Quality food.But we had a major issue here. Cost here is calculated according to number of plates used by guests. So we noticed a pattern.The moment someone empties their plate, even if they want to take more, their plates are taken away by waiters immediately. Obviously people who havent finished eating will take another plate which will increase the overall cost. This happened to atleast 10 people.

Well lets talk about this place...Two sides to my rating...5 Star Rating: This place is the only place in the city (4 stars and up) that allows pets in the hotel... additionally food is great, staff awesome, view amazing, rooms are huge and you would really enjoy the overall experience... Also seems like they take every precaution with the current pandemic....Now the bad part... Irrelevant for most people, so from me stick to the 5 Star rating. But I do not understand why a pet friendly hotel like this doesnt allow pets anywhere except room and lobby... Thats a deal breaker... Atleast one pet friendly restaurant/cafe/area where I can have a meal with my pet around... I maybe a little harsh with my rating considering I was informed earlier about these restrictions. But still... Outdoor seating... Corner table... No guests complaining... Should be doable...

The pool is massive and one of the best Ive seen. Brilliant service with super courteous staff, they go out of the way to delight their customers. Cant describe the beauty of each and every corner. Do visit and experience it yourself. The restaurants Copitas and Far & East is a must vist at 21st floor !! Loved it

We went there for a staycation to celebrate my birthday.Amazing experience. Our package included all meals. There was no buffet due to COVID, but in-room dining was well arranged. Everything requested would arrive directly at the room at the earliest.They have an iPad in every room which helps you understand everything about the hotel, room and the amenities. You can chat with the front desk through the iPad.The hotel room was equipped with the latest technology altogether. Very well featured and comfortable stay, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I cant wait to stay at the hotel again.

I had an AMAZING experience at Four Seasons. It is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in Bangalore and I stay in a lot of hotels. The staff was super kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in the hotel.Mr. Ajit Nandakumar who is the guest relationship manager at the front desk was extremely polite and kind.We did not have to make any special requests for high floor rooms as they had themselves accommodated it without even us asking for it.The rooms have a beautiful view of the city’s landscape.Their restaurant, Cur8 serves up fantastic dishes and their Caramalised French Toast is my personal favourite!Thank you team FS for making our staycation an absolutely amazing stay. Last February we hosted an event with 4 seasons, and I can give it a five star for the food, ambience, hospitality. We were put across Aastha the event manager and everything right from deciding the menu, to the decor was soo well organised. She was very prompt and flexible with the timings as well as pricing and the chef was personally available for the food tasting and he curated the menu according to our taste. I couldn’t have chosen a better banquet hall for an event.

Cur8 - The food was amazing as well as the relaxed atmosphere at Saturday dinner with friends. The service was impeccable. Specially shoutout to Nitin at Cur8 who took very good care of us.Four Seasons - Beautiful hotel. The parking is 4 floors and its a pain to park in B4. But there are always people to help and guide and everyone is super respectful and nice.

For all the glit and glamour you pay for its just a big rip off, waiters literally took my drink from my table half full right in from of me and when I ordered another they did they same and a third time as well, it was the same with the food. Im telling you this place is just a name, in the end its all about cost cutting and getting you to spend more, there are hotels that do better at a lower rate, however the food was good but that is a must for a 5 start deluxe

Our group was served mutton samosas when we are veg. They told us it’s a veg samosa. We found out on samosa number 3 it’s mutton. Horrifying. I can’t ever come back after experiencing this.

Visited the Copitas Bar for a drink and overall its one of the best cocktail bars in Bangalore City. They are spot on in terms of Ambience, cocktails, food as well as their impeccable service.
