One of the best shoe store Ive visited in India. I would say one of the finest amongst even global stores that Ive ever visited.I visited for gait analysis and for buying a running shoe. I believe they are the only one doing it in Bangalore. Store Person Mr. Hari - he has very good attitude and has in-depth knowledge about the shoes. Shop was good they had all the apparells , but discount you get on is if u buy 2tshirt or 2 footwear then only u get 50% discount otherwise if u think u can get 50% on buying 2shoes and 1 tshirt thats not in their offer ....this is first kind of discount offer i came around in asics. And most surprising part is their billing , they add manually on calculator and then discount by themselves , and wont show what products u have baught i mean we cant see ....if they have some policy or by code ....given in bill but all i am saying is their billing and their offer thing is totally new and different from all brands .

Decent stores. Great ambience, setup is on par with other major brands. Many options for sports and casual. Been here with my friend to buy no grading shoes. They have about 3 models with color variations and difference in price range. Slightly priced on the higher side for the brand awareness, reasonably priced for the product quality. Staff was responsive and helpful.They have GAIT analysis also at their place. In that they usually check just foot pronation. In case you do not buy a product then the service would cost extra 500. Of we are buying product then it is free.The shop is on 80ft road. Parking space was limited so preferably dont come in your personal vehicle at least during busy Indiranagar hours.Post buying, checked online prices and they were same so the experience for me was a pretty pleasant one.

Spent a large portion of Sunday on the internet trying to find a good deal on ASICS and I did. But decided to just go to the ASICS showroom instead as I felt like trying before buying. They have an amazing selection of shoes. All new models. The sales executive sure knew his stuff. I needed a pair with extra cushioning and whichever technology to help my recovering ankle ligament. I tried on a few pairs and found one that my feet LOVED (Gel Kayano 25). Also came back with 3k worth complimentary merchandise. I know its more convenient buying it from home, but its better to go and trying a number of pairs out before you find the one.

Good collection for runners. That also provide free foot test which is more scientific and recommend shoes based on your running pattern and shape of feet. New collection Asics tiger is more casual. Leading Japanese brand with good quality.

I visited the store yesterday (7th March) and i am super impressed with the way Asics team perform the pronation analysis. This allows us to find the right shoes that will help us reduce the impact to our legs, knees and back to a greater extent. Amazing place to buy running footwear... theyll measure your foot with a Brannock device which no other footwear store has done for me so far and then give you a recommendation... accurate as hell... comfortable as a babys bottom...

Great place to pick shoes. But they did not have the analysis nor were they serious about getting it up and running any time soon. Just a regular shop like experience and not the one where you would want spend your hard earned without the analysis money.

Good experience visiting the store to check out some shoes.. they even have a trademil for your run test n based on that they suggest you what kind of running shoes is good for u(however the logic they explain is kinda baseless) n they always suggest the most expensive one they have in the store to almost everyone (Ive noticed that during my visit with at least 4-5 customers).

ASICS shoes are the best for running after gait analysis

Went here specifically for table tennis shoes. Though they had a limited range for this. They seemed to be using advanced technology for their product development. Which seemed interesting

Rocket pizza was good. Crostini was good. Thin crust pizzas dont fill your stomach. You end up wanting more.

I.e you can check where you put pressure on your leg while running or walking with computer analysis and provide both soft and hard copy!If youre not buying you have to pay 500rs for GAIt analysis.Some people buy shoes based on the report they obtained after gait analysis.And their gel technology in the shoe is the best in the world which makes anyone with any gait to stabilize while walking.Staffs behavior is okayish!Parking is available

Went there for getting my Foot-ID test done. Ended up spending one hour discussing my running stance with the salesperson (I had a severe overpronation and never knew about it!), And buying a great shoe :)The good:- Product - for those serious about running, may fall short in style department- Salesperson - knowledgeable about the domain and product- Foot-ID test - pretty comprehensive, they explain you the results and recommendations at length. Currently priced at ₹500Can be improved:- Product options - Had limited options for overpronated feet, and they were expensive. I understand that this is a niche product, but would to see an entry model for this too.- Store ambience - falls short of competitors whose shops are just next doors - Nike, Reebok etc. Given the product price the ambience needs to catch up

Good shoes for running, jogging, walking. Approach road opposite the shop too crowded and merging traffic. In front of shop parking only for Asics shopper. Shoes recommended after testing on treadmill analyzing for running steps and pronation etc.

Decent place if you are looking for a good pair of athletics shoes. You can get your gait analysis done for free and get recommendations for shoes (which tends to be higher price) ASICS makes good running shoes so choose what you like instead of what is recommended by sales staff.

Lousy Attitude with customersAfter their gait analysis I was given a correction shoe that cost Rs 11000/-. The shoe resulted in severe knee pain which stopped only after I stopped running with this shoe. It took me a a few runs to be sure that the pain was because of the new shoe. 14 days after buying when I took them to the store to return it - they said that 7 days was the time limit and they can do nothing.They gave me a customer support email - from which I have never got a response.A very bad customer experience.

This is about this Asics store, which is a franchise (all 3 stores in Bangalore are). Their gait and foot measurement appratus is faulty. I took the assessment twice because of some obvious errors first time. The readings are incorrect (there were obvious errors in many of the measurements), and inconsistent (two reports showed two different results), hence opposite shoe recommendations! Some of the staff is incomptent, others inexperienced. The manager is not customer savvy, uses the franchise excuse for providing bad service, . They initially said they will charge for the gait assessment report (which is a bad policy whatever be the reasons).They admitted that there were problems with the assessment. I could not buy shoes. I was in the store for one one and half hours. I saw two others having problems with their assessments.The assessment (in the Indiranagar store) seems to be there because its an Asics standard, but its useless, unless customers blindly accept the report and recommendations (always the most expensive models).Shoe selection is mixed - top-end models available, but mid/ lower end /colours/ size not so available.

I have bad experience with asic shoes. I paid almost 10 k for shoe and hardly used this shoes. And I found the upper part of shoe material started coming out. I shown it to showroom guy he said since it is 7 months guarantee period is over. I told him I I travel a lot and couldnt come before. But they said sorry they cant help.I really feel bad after spending so much money I didnt get good quality. I bought Nike Adidas didnt see such quality problem. Asic showroom guy understand it was quality issue from their side but still not want to own to take Action. This is really bad. We spend so much money expect will get quality. But disappoint when it not up to level. And that is where we lost confidence in brand.Thanks,Manish

Very poor staff , not interested in explaining about the products and which shoe fits my foot type! The pronation machine is just a show piece . They dint let me do the test even after buying the shoe.

I have completed TCS 10k 2017 in 59 min. I have been using asics running shoes for past 1 plus year in 20 plus marathons representing NGOs like SIF Karnataka, ISHA Vidhya . I find my asics shoes very good.
