The services of the company is horrendous. First they did the treatment for cockroaches in the kitchen. On complaining as the cockroaches were still seen, they gave a guarantee for three months and did the entire flat. There is no improvement yet and the treatment was done on the 3rd June. There is no refund even after the guarantee. Have called many times and requested to connect me to the manager but in vain. It is so irritating and disgusting!!

After collecting the full payment .. they will not turn up. You need to call them many times..They will commit time but they will not come ...waste of money and and time

For 12 years I have been employing their pest control service. Past 3 years they call when its getting over & promise its a different one we will be using this time, more effective etc. & I did believe them, which wasnt right on my part....every time Im stuck with them for a year. This time it only got worse. I complained there was no response & I asked for a refund. Finally when I could get the manager, the manager has been very rude to me on the phone because I already paid for the whole year.

I opted for their Annual Maintenance service and paid full amount. They promised it is herbal medicine for cockroach. They applied medicine 3 times, after each medicine they ask us to wait for 15 day for results. Nothing improved even after 3 medicine in span of 2 month and now they dont respond.Please dont go with their service it is total waste. Whatever good feedback you see are from their own company people.

Took their service for cockroach control some years back and it was very effective. They had used non organic gel.

Had .a very bad experience, instead of reduction the Cockroach have increased rapidly.The reception does not care or give the phone to the seanior, she tells lies that Boss is not there.Waste of time and money, but all folce promise only.

Excellent service. once you convey your requirements they have it taken care of it and are very less priced.

Very bad experience.. took 1 year money for service and very bad service. Herbal method seems not effective at all.Even after too many follow ups havent send person to redo the same in last 3 weeks

My experience is good with these people. Cockroaches diaappered at least for six months from home. I recommended for my neighbours and never heard any complaints from them also.

Take money for 1 year and then disappear. No matter how many times you call, they will only promise that they will come but never turn up.

We had taken bed bug treatment from Image Pest Control. The bed bugs appeared soon after the treatment and when questioned they became totally aggressive. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Pest control treatment is very effective. You need to do this twice in a year .

I took the termite treatment for my house, by taking the service, i am very happy to share that this company using non toxic chemicals in very professional manner, i strongly suggest this company for other who are facing termite problems.

I was facing problem with bed bugs since two years i used to spray some chemical but still the problem was not solved . Then i got in touch with image pest control . they had done the gas treatment and now my problem is solved. really they have a professionalized team and they do a good job.. i would like to tell that if anyone having problem with bed bugs call image pest control....

Very bad experience. Really hated their service.I have taken their service some 15 days back(Bill# G14 6792), for treating cockroaches.I dont know what medicine they put, after that cockroaches got increased.Since they guaranteed that for next 3 months no cockroaches will be visible in the house;I called them back. On my first call, i.e. on tuesday, they said they will send a person on next day;nobody came, then they said he will come on sunday, nobody come. On sunday when I called they said he will definitely come on Monday. On monday they said he will come on wednesday. Today, when I called, they are giving me fake reasons like your number was not reachable; number given is wrong number, even they said they called, reply given by caller is that we havent fixed any appointment. I am a working guy I cannot take leave/WFH every time for their appointment.I can conclude only one thing from here, is that they wont care at all, once payment is done.

We had a Bedbug control just last thursday . And within a week i have seen bedbugs in my room. Dissatisfied. When asked for the Bill , they refused to give !!

I took cockroach treatment from these guys in the month of June 2013 by believing they do herbal treatment and believing these reviews. There guy came and sticked some paste like substance which was light greenish in color after a month cockroaches increased like anything that too lot of small cockroaches…. Again I made a call and took one more treatment but nothing improved. My kids were very afraid to walk on floors bcuz cockroaches got spreaded everywhere. Then I called other Pest Control Company then those guys informed nothing is herbal based its totally a bluff and trick of making sales by telling its safe. Then I got know that this a Boric acid which is mixed with some powder and pasted all around my kitchen and got to know this paste is available in local medical stores for Rs. 40/- in the name ’ NO ENTRY’ and we verified it was true.After consulting other pest control I came to know usage of this boric acid paste will make cockroaches resistive and hence they are increasing….. Hence I suggest kindly verify with others before getting fooled ourselves by believing Herbal and also verify reviews on this Image pest control on other sites they have bad service comments on other blogs. I really don’t believe this all reviews here are true.Totally service is bad and these guys are Bluff Masters & cheaters they are fooling people by telling its herbal treatment…… will also write on consumer forum.
