Hospital treatment is not good. The laboratorian brother dont know how to give injection. And I have heard that he has 5 years Experience. By he doesnt have any knowledge about that. After injecting so many times in one hand then again going other hand to take blood from patient. Dont know take blood from a vein.But one of the doctors were good.And the laboratorian sister have much experience then the brother, she gives injection very gently.

You will never find worse hospital than this in BTM Bangalore or even in Bangalore.Nurses and receptionist are rude. They wont answer your questions. Even with proper appointment they will make you to wait for Vaccination. They dont treat you as patient, they treat you as burden.Please avoid this one.

Terrible experience. Made a mistake visiting here and got admitted here just because it was the nearest hospital. Its almost empty most of the time no surprise because no one will dare to give a second visit here. The hospital & the rooms are just very dirty & disgusting.They charge very high for an odd looking (private room as per them which costs 4500 rs) after paying so much what you get here is a room which is not better than a local lodge.We had to admit the patient for observation , once after that we were asked to wait untill the senior doctor who will come at 5:30 as per them, who actually came at 8:00 sharp. The doctor behaves as if we are asking him to treat the patient without paying him. Even the nurses are so unprofessional, they opened a siringe and injected half of it to the drip and kept it aside, we had a feeling that it is supposed to be thrown but actually she kept it open in the table to save the remaining to inject it to the next drip...And the nurse who attended us seems like she had a nail cut 2 months back and she had some high fever with some severe runny nose..Cant just beleive the way they treat the patients.We just made our last visit first time to this hospital.. Giving 1 star just because there is no zero here.

We went for dengue thinking it’s nearby and this might be easier to take care for any hospital. But within one day I got to know, why ratings are so poor. Really careless staff. Personal ExperienceWent to his hospital a week back with headache. Wanted have a pain killer injection since it was paining too much. Normally any decent hospital it will cost about 300 to 400. Surprisingly (it was surprising since i did not go through the feedback before visiting) they told no direction injection but only I.V. I asked why. For that they told it their policy. Then got the bill. Consultation + Bed Charges + Nursing Charges - 200+200+100 = 500. Then the medicine another 500. Total 1000. I feared I would get the pain again after seeing it. Anyways I do not recommend this hospital.

PROSVery friendly and good doctors and nurses I took my circumcision here.it is done very safe and painless by doctor shriharsha.CONSCost is high and procedure took too much time.

Here people are not professional , first time if you visit the doctor , doctor will write some medicine based on assumption and if you visit the same doctor again with the same problem . They looted everyone for everything. i had small fracture in my thumb and plastered in rajasthan.so i had visited this hospital for remove plaster first they take x rays after that doc said it is important to do surgery i was shocked after argument the told it was your risk if he will remove.. after all they remove. and charged me 2000/- r u serious guys... after that i check again other hospital they daid dont worry it is not needed any surgery.

This is an extremely disorganized hostipal. I had no choice but to visit this hospital whenever me or my family fell ill since this was the only hospital in vicinity. And everytime I went I have repented to have visited it yet again ! BTM seriously needs a good hospital! However there are a few visiting doctors who are actually good doctors but are available only hourly basis on selected days. I recommend you to avoid this place.

I was suffering from strong fever and so i went to this hospital. After dr examined me and said i might be a patient of dangue disease.I just had some fever and this dr is threatened me of dangue. And told me to make blood test. I was really scared. N gave some high dose tablet and costly tablet. Just for fever i had to pay 500. The tables was so high dosed that i was not able to wake up in the morning. Later i visited some other clinic near by n i got fine. Please stay away from this please go to some other clinic. This is the worst hospital.

If there will be any complain service available I definitely report a case against the service of this hospital. Its true they are not care about patients life. One day I was suffering in infection not able to open my eye high fever and not able to walk either due to weakness. I am staying at BTM layout in a PG far from my home so I went to hospital alone coz none of my friend was in PG that time. Alone I waited there till 10 oclock I was keep asking them when is my number they said after this patient but my number is not came. Nurses are thinking they are docs such a bad service ever I have experienced.

I had been to this hospital cuz I had pain in lower abdomen but the doctor dont know what medicine is required for that. He prescribed an injection which was totally useless. Then I had to run to another hospital . He prescribed an injection(pantop 40) which is for reducing acid in stomach not for reducing pain(hyocimax). What a pity.

The hospitalization facility is too good. More than doctors I say the Nurses there are very caring. The doctor visits twice a day, in case the patient condition is normal, else based on the requirement. My sister got admitted for dengue fever and they solved the case not in a hurry but with a lot of patience, thanks to Dr.Pai and Dr.Gange Gowda

I wanted to mention about Dr.Chethana gynaecologist in Gangotri hospital.My friend had visited this doctor for PCOD problem, the doctor was not having patience to address our queries and she was not providing us a comfort zone to share our problems.She doesnt even listen to patients problem and always in a hurry to complete the check up process [email protected] its not really very easy for us to fix an appointment ,take leave and rush to the hospital on time in banglore traffic. We really understand very well that you guys are always busy with patients and you guys will feel irritated if we dont follow your instruction regarding our next doctor visit, in the same way please do try to understand the patients situation and their needs.we seek doctors to get relieved from our illness and confusions not to get worse more. Show kind attitude with other language people too if thats not possible please mention it to the patients while making appointments so that they will not get hurt.Doctors you are not offering us free service we are paying for your consultation and we respect your doctor degree & experience, in return learn to show some kindness to patients and make them feel comfortable.

Very expensive, unhygienic, unorganized, right on the main road so extremely heavy traffic throughout the night (so be ready to lose your sleep)...and the room I got on day of admission had ants all over the place. Coconut tree branches were right inside the bathroom through open/broken window. The reason I could not change the hospital even after seeing it was because of the severe pain and I had to go through the drain procedure ASAP.Got operated next day morning and after that the doctor did not even come and visit to check how I was doing. Next day morning when he came and I was in bathroom and I still can’t believe that he actually said you are fine and can go home right from outside the bathroom.They do not have cashless facility and said that mediassist (my insurer) does not work on Sunday which was false as mediassist works 24x7, but they did not want to listen to me and I wanted to get out as early as possible, so I didn’t argue for long. BTW they discharged me without discharge summary or any checkups. I found out that it was missing when I went to file my expenses. I was also shocked to know that they had recordings of my BP, temp, etc for every 2 hours or so; and they hardly took it twice or so during the day..Only good part was one of the nurses on duty was quite understanding and was also expert in her field; everything else was pathetic and horrible.

For our surprise Dr K.N.N Pai refused to check him as we didn’t have appointment. i requested them that its urgent as my husband was admitted here only. They said we can check with other doctors if we want. So we checked with general physician there and showed the previous reports. Still they could not find what the problem with Girish is and asked us to do a blood test. Test done in 1 hour and showed some infection. Till that time the doctor (Dr.Rakhi) was gone and other general doctor came (attendant doctor on 13th June night) saw the blood report and told its nothing but throat infection and wrote high power antibiotics and sleeping tablets. I gave him those medicines after dinner but that night Girish could not sleep for a second also. Next day morning i.e 18th June i took him to a private clinic in indira nagar with the help of my brother. There the doctor was shocked to see the ECG report taken on 13th June and asked us why nobody has not seen this ECG report before. It was clearly mentioned there that Girish got his first attack that day. Dr immediately referred us to go to Chinmaya missin hospital and get admitted. In CMH, the doctors told it’s too much delayed but still we will try our best and did angioplasty same day. After 2 hours of operation Girish was fine but suddenly his condition got worst. Doctor called us and told chances of his survival is 1% only god can help him. At 11 pm night Girish left this world leaving us alone.

NO he didnt have ANY bad habits

In a single word. Dr. KNN Pai and Gangotri hospital is murderer of Pallavis Husband. Even when their ECG showed heart attack they didt cared or just ignored the ecg resulting in death of patient. Avoid Dr. KNN Pai and this hospital.

If we consider Treatment as the Primary thing, then Gangothri is Very Good.The Doctors will visit theplace only on Appointment basis. So if you want to step in make sure you have the appointment other wise call and confirm.We would like to thank Dr. Gange Gowda, Dr. Pai, and Dr. Girish Kamat for their efficient treatment all the times when ever we stepped in.But, If you are looking for Service then definitely it is not the place(Ofcourse it is not a Barista or Cafe Coffee day to serve you better)

I visited this hospital for orthopedic doctor, receptionist told to come after an hour as the doctor was not there. When i came back after an hour they told to wait 5 min as the doctor was yet to arrive. Waited there for an hour and the doctor never showed up. I went back expecting them to give a call(as they took my contact), once the doctor arrived but i never got a call. Pathetic management.
