Worst experience. I have ordered 2 packs of Samathva Tablets. Though payment has been deducted from my Paytm, no order details are showing on their website. No customer support at all. I want my money back.Update: (Updating from 1 star to 5 star) Customer Care Executive contacted me and dispatched the products. Since it was local delivery to Bangalore, it got delivered within 24 hours.

I have ordered a purchase online (order id: EKDETKYUW) and amount is debited but there is no progress on the shipment update and they are not picking up the calls as well.Kindly attend your customer calls and update. Also if you cant provide shipment then please do the refund of the amount for which there is no refund option as well at site. Await your response.EDIT LATEST: Finally after attempting of talking over the phone with the mentioned phone number and watsapp, I have received the shipment. However my attempt of talking to Ayurcentral has not succeeded.

I would like to give 5 star as the Medicines which i have received is all perfect and i was worried as it was my first order and the payment got debited so called customer care and she created the order she sent an email and also whats app...Happy will keep shopping !!!

Very bad experience from this company.. I have ordered medicines 8 days back with the order number BDYROBDNH n the amount has been debited. There is no response from the company. The mobile number which they have given is switched off every time.. Thrs no tracking details, no cancellation of product... Plz do the shipment as soon as possible...

Terrible service from Ayurcentral. I urge people to not use their service. I ordered a medicine on 8th May for which the money was deducted and my order reference ID is VIGJBIOHY. There is no ways to reach out to these people as they dont respond to emails, the no mentioned is forever switched off and to top it you can neither track your order nor cancel your order. Terrible

Wish i would give a negative rating for Ayurcentral online. Due to covid pandemic, i ordered online instead of buying going out. The order was placed on July 11th and been more than 15 days, there is no delivery made. The customer service is pathetic. They dont pick your calls or respond to your messages or emails. There is also no order cancellation option either. So once ordered you are at the pity of ayurcentralonline. This is my 2nd order, both the orders have very bad experience.

I had a very worst experience with this store. My Order ID ECKPTDMCF which was delivered 10 days after I placed the order in Bangalore. In the items delivered 3 items were missing and I wasnt even communicated.You dont get any response on the hotline number, they just fool you. Neither my medicines have been delivered nor my money was refunded for the missing items.Dont but from these guys

I have ordered 3 products on Apr 29, 2020 (order number YBEPFEUOA) and I was told that order will be shipped and tracking number will be shared by May 6, 2020.
