Pathetic customer care service, over priced in courier services. never to send with this courier service. not happy at all

We have tried to send a package(majority homemade baby food)from Bengaluru,India to Adelaide,Australia. These people are so careless and irresponsible,they dont answer the calls on the given office number nor respond to emails. The tracking on their website is still showing the parcel is forwarded to Mumbai Hub even after a week. If you contact the agent they reply harshly saying we have told you it will take 10 days so dont call us till then.God knows how the parcel will grow its own wings fly by itself and reach Australia in next 2 days.If they cant respond or reply why on earth do these guys still want to promise people and cheat.Definitely these guys dont deserve a Single star rating, people please avoid this service. India post is far better than these people.
