My experience with Shoppre was superb. I bought products through Shoppre. They were responsive, efficient, and quick to act. I wont give a second thought to go back to Shoppre when I need to buy anything from India. The only concern is- when you are planning to buy, you need to spend a good amount so that the shipping cost + custom charge covers up (for international shipping). Also, a buyer should check before placing an order that the product is in stock with the retailers (to avoid delay) and is not a prohibited/ restricted item ( list provided on the Shoppre website).

Hi, this was my first experience of purchasing via Shoppre-online shopping platform and I must say that it was a very pleasant one. The whole team is quite professional and gave prompt reply to all my queries. Loved the option of viewing the items at arrival to their address before being finally dispatched to us. The transparency in the cost bearing of the packaging and shipping was also good. Overall I had a lovely experience and would definitely use their service in future. I recommend their service to others especially for those who are unable to make it to India and wish to buy things from Indian online shopping websites. I though wish their prohibited items list was shorter.

All good and easy before you sign up and once you are Shoppre customer than your suffering will start. Now, I wonder how they manage to get all these 5 star review. Are they even real????Before signing for Shoppre locker, I checked the process to get the item shipped from India to USA through Shoppre team including specifics items that can or cannot be shipped and the details provided to me made it seems like a straight forward task. The real struggle started after I begin to get the items shipped from Shoppre locker to USA.1- First they asked for invoice even though the MRP was printed on all the items. Still I agreed to provide invoice, it would have been easier if was informed of this requirement before hand. After I provided invoice to Shoppre it took 24 hours for moving items from in review --> ready for shipping status.2- After the item was marked ready for ship then I again had to wait and follow up from my side to get the payment link for making payment for shipping to US.3- After payment was made then again wait for 24 hours for items to be dispatched.Later, I got informed that my package contain food item and it requires FDA approval before it can be shipped. No specifics details what so ever about how or from where to get it.And on top of all these, none of the above status were pro-actively communicated to me instead I had to wait for 24 hour and call to get the process moving.Finally, I have decided and not to get the package shipped(to US) and eat up all the charges that I had to pay for purchasing and shipping for items in my locker(Shoppre).

Shoppre is an excellent service to get items from India. so far I have used their service 5 times. I have purchased items from amazon. Only the first time I got a strange experience as they have delivered to their own address. Other than this I have nothing to complain about. costs are transparent. Items are packed in very good boxes. Shipping costs are very affordable and are delivered within 2 or 3 days. I really love this service and I highly recommend it to others. The only disappointment for me is with their huge prohibited item list.

*** Beware of Volumetric Calculation ****We have shipped in the Past and every time we ship noted that the Package weight goes up by 2 kilos, and this time as usual it went up again however this time due to this the price of shipping also went up by approx INR6,000. When we contacted, they advised that it could be due to Volumetric Weight, my Box was 60x40x40 which gives a Volumetric Weight of 19.2Kilo and my product weight is 20.5kilo however the system says 22.5 kilos. Not sure how the numbers work for this company.As it was not worth to spend that 6k more we have asked them to reduce the items and split the package to send some items back home.Surprisingly every step they started charging and even after accepting the charges no action over 3 days now..You will get good service as long as you pay them blindly..

It is awesome service. Works flawlessly. I ordered some some items recently and received it nicely repackaged. The website i easy to use. Since it was my first time, I had made a mistake, but it could be rectified within 8-12 hours just be communicating via their website.

Worst service ever. Even if i saw some bad reviews, i thought i will give a try to use their service. They will be very responsive before they get your items in their locker. Once you choose shipping option they will go non responsive. For me my total weight is 19.8kg and they are charging for 31.5kg. I tried to contact them but no response for 4 days. Still i havent got response from them. Estimated shipping was showing 19.8kg and once start shipping process they changed it to 31.5kg. After 7days you get charged 100rs per day. In estimated shipping they show 10000 for 19.8kg and endup paying 23000 including there hidden service and getway charges. Thank you shoppre for your service. Not a trustworthy service.

I have been using shoppre service for quite a while, I am quite happy with the service they are providing. I have got delivery of multiple orders from India, they provide free locker service of 20 days for non-member and 30 days for members which is great. Pros are fast delivery, fast response time, free locker period, safe delivery and some cons are consolidation charges per order for non members, they did not remove all the boxes while consolidating which increased the weight, some items are not allowed to ship because of custom regulations, express delivery service is actually not useful.

Edit: After seeing my Google review someone reached out to apologise and it turns out that they apparently just found out today that the item was cancelled by the shop. While I appreciate that someone reached out to see how they can help..once it was resolved, the person requested that I remove my Google review. This is unethical. They should improve their communication and service experience instead. Consumers deserve to know the truth and then decide for themselves if they want to use their services!It was my first time shipping using them and after reading the reviews I decided to trust that they would be professional. But unfortunately..I have a missing item in the package received and every time I contacted Shoppre they wouldnt understand what I was saying and just kept answering that the order is ready for shipment. I even took a screen shot of the order that was placed and tried to explain myself. This was a very frustrating experience and I paid for the item that wasnt delivered but it says that the item was placed in the invoice. To prevent further stress to myself I shipped all the items that had arrived and decided to just lose that one item. What to do? Ordered 6 items and only received 5 with no explanation as to where the missing item went..Please do not use their services and waste your time!

I must start with saying I was very hesitant to use this service living in BC, Canada. Although I wanted to give it a shot and Im very glad I did. I bought everything this time from Amazon India and every step of the way, I was clearly notified by Shoppre. I was a little disappointed on the face creams i bought which seemed to incur exorbitant prices for sending to me so I reshipped them to a friend who lives domestically. Also the incense sticks i bought were prohibited items. which was a shame as I had to discard the items and again incur a cost. But the rest of my items were well recd and in prefect timing.One word of caution to those in Canada, there is duties to be paid on delivery to you plus the shipping costs can get expensive unless you have a coupon (like i did this time).Would I use Shoppre again? Yes but only if I have another shipping discount coupon or else, it will not be worth it as the items are cheaper than the shipping cost.thanks for a seamless transaction and hopefully we get to do business again.

Just recieved my package today which took a week to reach South Africa. The customer service from start to end was top notch,5 stars for that. My goods were packed well and I would definitely use their service again,no doubt. Just one thing which may not be the fault of Shoppre is that after I paid for the courier,I get sent a message that i must pay more money in as the town I live in is an Out of Delivery Area otherwise 100% satisfied with the service.

After paying INR 4908 for a 0.90 Kg package 10 days back, Im still waiting for the package (shipment id: 18189) to be shipped. Created 3 support tickets for the shipment already, but they keeps closing my tickets saying that theres delay right now. I know there is delay then how theyre able to ship the other package?The package waiting for 2 weeks now contains expensive mobile phone, which I can not return now, thanks to shoppre process, dont know in which condition it is right now!They dont answer to my questions properly, cant confirm a date when the shipment will be shipped, but will charge you in every step! I dont recommend.

The platform was a little difficult to navigate but the customer service was very efficient. Keeping me in the loop via email, whatsapp and text. The order shipped quickly and arrived in 2 days. The refund to my card was also very efficient for a cancelled order due to delay in shipment from the seller to my locker. I did have to check on a refund for a couple of rejected items which were promptly refunded to my shoppre wallet. The downside is the various fees (e.g. viewing a photo, paypal) which I thought should have been included in the personal shopper fee. Overall, Im impressed with the service and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Update as of 08/25 : Head of personal shopper team contacted me and helped me in getting my order issues resolved. She dealt with everything from there on. Finally, I got my order and gave my direct feedback to her on improving customer support and giving her staff proper training.Status as of 06/30:I tried using Shoppre for the first time and need to tell you all that experience is horrible. I placed an order using Self Service. I made the payment as well. Its been 15 days and there was no update on my order status. I tried asking Shoppre support on the status of my order.The support is useless. The chat support person knows nothing and kept saying he is unable to help. I tried sending emails to their support as well - no one bothered to reply. I have paid for the order raised by Shoppre on Myntra on my behalf and i am asking how do i track it. The support people say they dont have any information of tracking and we have to track ourself. How are we supposed to track when we know nothing about the order and Shoppre placed it on my behalf.At this point, it seems i have just lost a lot of money with no support or apology from the company. It has been horrible experience and i would not recommend anyone using this.

Shoppre has made sourcing items (clothes/shoes etc) from India a charm. I can buy from any online store in India, have it delivered to them. They carefully packed my items and we had the items delivered in USA in less than 5 days from shipping. Besides great customer service. Appreciate it and would recommend it to any one.. The cost to ship was less than what I would have paid FedEx to ship2USA. This is the first shipping company Ive seen that DOESNT KNOW HOW TO SHIP ANYTHING. I made a shipment from Bangalore to Dubai. My experience with them is...Firstly, take my word for it, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES FOR RELOCATION OR COURIER SERVICES. They have ZERO experience.The CUSTOMER SERVICE does not know what the company deals with and make FALSE PROMISES. The customer service is absolutely clueless.They take their sweet time to revert back. I had to wait for 3 days for someone to come and pick up my goods even though I had clearly mentioned my situation to them. There is ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.After 3 days when someone came to pick up the goods, They didnt even bring their own vehicle, they bagged all the things and carried it in an auto rickshaw. I was CHARGED 700rs for an AUTO RICKSHAW that costs 200Rs max from my location. FALSE CHARGING.They TOOK 5 DAYS TO PACK stating they will package properly and with foam and everything. FALSE. They threw all my good in a CHEAP BOX that could barely hold itself together. My goods were basically CARRIED IN TAPE. EVERYTHING WAS TAPED TOGETHER.FALSE PROMISE WAS MADE that they are experts at international shipping. Believe me they are NOWHERE CLOSE.MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED AND BROKEN, PACKAGING IS PATHETIC. SERVICE IS BAD.THEY HAVE USED the BOXES in which my electronics were kept as a part of their box.3rd CLASS SERVICE and OVERCHARGED. They said they take of shipping internationally from pickup till destination, i give zero credit to that.I messaged them back regarding this, nothing was done. Instead they put the blame on the customer.THEY WRAPPED MY ITEMS IN MY BEDSHEETS AND THREW THEM IN A CHEAP BOX.You can now decided whether you would trust a company such as this. Beware using this cheap courier service. They are one of the cheapest on the Internet on searching but will end up being costly in the end. They do not clear customs, and most of our goods usually get stuck and we will end up paying a huge import duty. They dont take any liability for this payment. Will probably not use their service again.I got a delivery of 23kg from Bangalore to Germany, costed around 140 Eur. Arrived by Fedx in 5 days, but have to pay a customs duty of 127 Euros.There are other couriers which are a bit expensive but declare that they will clear customs and they pay freight charges beforehand.They have ridiculous prices to pick up goods locally. Good support in whats app, thats the only positive side.

Pathetic Experience !! I wanted to deliver medicine to melbourne from Ajmer.. Before scheduling pick up, I have confirmed with them if they will be able to deliver ..They said yes, and I need to just schedule the pick up on their website.. I did that on Sunday and pick up was confirmed on Monday between 3 to 8 PM.. but not picked up . I have called and they said we will reschedule it for Tuesday .. I said ok but please make sure it is done on Tuesday because it is medicine and someones health is dependent on that. But it was not picked up on tuesday as well. I was bit annoyed. I called their support center after 8 PM. Now, you listen the responses.Guy(Suresh) - You please deliver it to Bangalore address and then it will be faster. I argued with him that you should have informed me before scheduling, or you are telling me after 2 days and Now, first i deliver it to bangalore which will take time and money both. He said simply , I could have also given the same answer that we will reschedule it .But I did not Wow!! thanks for so much help Sir.Had a chat on their messanger with a person, and he had put the screen shot of fedex request. As If I was not believing, thanks for that as well. But I was more interested in some work done.It is companys duty to look into any hurdles if there are , not of any customers. Customer can only feel helpless.And amazing thing happened at the end, pick was still not done but in my dashboard they displayed the message that pick up is done and they will start charging after 7 days if package remains in storage. Very matured and a systematic approach throughout the life cycle of delivering the product to the international destination. I will use this service again and also recommend. I felt that it is somewhat expensive in terms of shipping. I understand it could be because it was an express delivery. However you could also offer standard delivery option and leave it to the customer to choose between express vs standard at the time of shipping.
