Read a lot of negative reviews. But visited them as they had an offer running - buy one get one free for Gold Members. For my daughter, I bought one and got one free @ Rs.1500 plus gold membership Rs.500. Got the spectacles on time. Did not find any issue with them as yet. Hope to buy another pair for myself if this lasts at least six months.

Have veen ordering spectacles for a while and one if the most satisfying thing is the customer centric approach. I recently ordered blue cut lenses for a new pair and felt that given the index, thickness was higher than previous lenses. I brought it to the notice of store manager Mr. Santhosh and was ably assisted in getting a replacement. Got the new pair and this time it seems perfect Pretty happy with the service.

But this time had made a bad decision to enter into this store, and really had a very bad experience......... Unprofessional staff.... The lady there ( dont know her name) lied to me..... And she didnt explain things properly and very irresponsible and unprofessional....... ( Putting this review after 1-2 weeks gap of my experience, just waited anyone from the store will contact to rectify.... But no response from there side... Please do purchase in online and call there representative to your home... Hopeless store it is......

Bad experience. I bought 2 pair of glasses 2 months back. I have been having problems since then. I checked my number again with L&M and there is almost .5 difference in power. They did not compute cylindrical power properly. Once i told them and they said its because you are not used to progressive. Finally i have to discard the lenses bought from them and buy a new pair.

I wish I hadnt visited this outlet. Went to buy lenses for the first time after a lot of research but the unprofessional staff there was keen on selling what was in stock and promoting some other brand and insisted on taking the wrong power (even after he did the eye test). Eyes are the most sensitive part of our body. Please keep your business aside and hire trained and knowledgeable staff. Paying for good service and right products is what we expect. Its been weeks now since I bought those lenses and its causing me immense irritation and discomfort. The doctor told me to change these lenses immediately. Never visiting lenskart for lenses.

I got my glasses made from this store a couple of weeks back. I received my glasses within the stipulated period of 5 to 7 business days. Their customer executive Sreenivas guided me through the glasses selection and purchase procedure very systematically and also notified me when my glasses were ready for pickup. I went there to order a pair of glasses. Had my power checked in the store as well. They delivered me a pair, after a week, with the wrong power. After I returned it, I received another pair 2 weeks later. The power was correct but the specifications I requested for (the length of the glasses) were not correct. I finally returned that as well and the store gave me a refund. The store wasnt able to get the most basic things right!! Would advice against ordering from them.

Good quality lenses and frames at very reasonable prices. I tried it for the first time and completely love with the experience.

Place is overcrowded most of the times.Since they dont know how to handle them.They dont maintain a proper queue to get the eye check-up.If you can softly ask the manager to jump you can always, making fool out of people actually sitting and waiting there.There are other good options near by.Better to explore them.

The most negligent staff I have ever come across.I placed an order for two frames, out of which one was a wrong product. I walked into the store to pick up the order and have seen that nobody even bothers or takes a responsibility that a mistake has happened from their side. Instead they were trying to convince me that I have ordered the same product. I had a picture that I took on the day i trailed, which helped me prove it to them. After this, they made me wait for 20 min when they were deciding who to push the blame on. After a very long discussion they finally took the order for replacement. Its been 10 days I have ordered for a replacement and nobody is picking the call at the store.How many times do I have to walk in to the store to get an info on my order when the mistake has been from your side??You should really learn to deal with your customers. Just because the payment is done prior doesnt give you the right to delay the delivery.

The staff here do not seem to know the catalogue or products well. They do not seem to know which sizes are available in what shape, whether power is possible in a specific size etc. Wasted 30 mins selecting a pair of sunglasses with corrective lenses only to be told later by another salesperson that they dont make those with corrective lenses. Please train your sales staff properly.PS: Would suggest going to Titan Eye plus instead which is just a few block down the road and has much better service.

The Worst store i have ever Visited In lenskart. ( review of a 3 year customer with lenskart )1. Unprofessional & untrained eye check up. they dont have a good technician at that store to do an eye check up. I took a spectacle form them caz of frequent headache i visited a doctor the power hsr lenskart given was huge mistake. Guys if possible pls dont do an eye test from them. They dont have a good professional for that2. Absolute arrogant store manager : His name is Abdul,am writing my experience after a very long time caz, even now they havent given a solution. He is rude, unprofessional and bad employee to that store.3. Wrong commitments and Fake product. Took a branded sunglasses with eyeglass but when i showed to a good optical outlet they showed its a fake sun glass. Never buy any branded from them.If they can fill with better professional staff like they used to have before, even i remember their names, (Rajesh,Sanub ) this is the best store in 27th Main. Requesting the onwer to put a trained eye checkup staff atleast. Am a customer since 3 years. But this will be my last visit.

Was skeptical after lot of negative reviews. Walked up to counter folks seemed busy moment I commented Ru folks busy one of them immediately walked up and helped out with selection and answered all questions... Kids options were almost nil yet v managed to find something! Many folks working there so need to work on customer management! Also they seem to have increased the store size from a pigeon hole to a proper setup...

Before going to the store, I planned to find my frame in Lenskart app. Then I went to Lenskart hsr. But the collection in this store is almost. Compared to sunglasses, they have more collection for eyeglasses.If you are new to Lenskart, better you go with their gold membership. It will cost only 600 and you can buy two glasses at the price of one. You can also use your friends gold membership to purchase at Lenskart.

Eye testing professional is not industry trained. Lenskart conducts internal training for those recruits and makes them do what should have been done by a eye specialist. An individual cant change the contact lenses and power glasses after it has been delivered. Be careful before going ahead.

I Purchased two specs and one had a scracth. I noitced it after billing and returned it before leaving the shop. I asked them to replace with new one before my travel date. He assured it will be delivered to my house, but I didnt receive it before travelling. When I came back, he said its not available now and asked me to take refund. I agreed. But I havent received my money back. No Money and No spec. If I call them, no one pic the phone.

Nice place with lots of selection of frame. The service has to be improved. I got a frame and asked him to adjust the nose pads and he just did the adjustments with his hands which was not properly balanced. Lenskart Please keep some professionals in your store.
