Had an amazing experience in Nethradhama Rajajinagar Branch. I had - 5.0D spherical and cylinder - 3.0D glasses with cataract in both eyes. Optometrist Ms. Sukanya does an excellent job and patiently did the preoperative scanning . I underwent painlesss cataract surgery by Dr. Mithun Pai which was over in a flash, within 7 minutes each time! Immediately I could appreciate my clear vision. Now I can see 6/4! I am ever grateful to this hospital who gave me excellent surgical outcome.

When a patient goes to check his/her power, so that they can buy a new pair of glasses they take Rs. 500/-. The pateint would think they would put eye drops before they check the eyes and then use othamology device to gage the power.But here they just check using the othamology device and send off the patients (which is done for free at a opticians store) when we talk about drops and other things they wrote drops and told us to buy it from their inhouse store which was priced at Rs. 350/-.When a patient goes there he or she expects a prompt service not just doing things for the sake of it.I had been a loyal customer and also got Lasik done at their Jayanagar center but today is the last day and I dont want to go back to them ever. (I had taken my wife as she had issues with her old glasses, and was getting head ache, so thought power would have changed)Think twice before you plan to go to them, be wise.

I am really happy to share that I underwent a cataract surgery performed by Dr. Mithun throughout which I received first class care and he is a good doctor and made sure I felt comfortable during and after the surgery. The staff here is very cooperative and respond very well too. The post op follow up excellent.

Overall a good experience. However card payment is avoided for insurance co-payment. This needs to be improved.

The doctors here at Netradhama (Rajanagar) are very co operative, the entire staff of this hospital are very friendly and helpful.I got DCR surgery for my mother and the doctors have helped a lot and answered all our queries patiently. We are also planning to get cataract surgery for my mother here, as our experience here has been great and all the procedures went without any hassles.

All staff are polite. Dr sowmya madam treating my husband for Glaucoma , suggested good medicine. Response is very good.

I visited Nethradama rajajinagar branch and was very much unhappy and did not feel they have provided me with right eye power but when I shared this with my sister and her son, even they had experienced the same and got to know that they spoke to the doctor, the doctor cross verified and said that the optometrist had provided them with wrong power and the doc supported by saying management will bear the cost for the new optics but when they spoke with the management, they did not agree and spoke rude.I request my student not to visit Rajajinagar branch, please find other good hospitals.

My friend got tested and they gave wrong prescription and his power was increased, when he spoke about this at the hospital, doc suggested to replace the opticals for free but the management person did not allow and he tried to cover this up.Useless management.

Please do not visit Nethradhama rajajinagar branch, worst Optometrist(MUZAMIL SHARIFF) and Doctor(DR. SATHYAM)They have provided me with wrong prescription, they said my power has reduced but after few days of wearing my optics I was not able to see properly, everything seems to look blur and when I enquired about the doc and optometrist both have left there job.Who will take responsibility for the issue???1. I visited the hospital in May 2020 and provided the prescription to your doctor to re-check and they confirmed by saying that my power was 2.75 and the optometric has provided me wrong power (He has provided me 2.00 -which is a huge difference) The doctor agreed that the previous doctor and optometric has done the mistake.2. My tested and prescribed power was 2.50 & 2.25 before coming to your hospital, not in both eyes in which you are mentioning but your optometric has given 2.00, I have the details and photos which I will upload. It is common sense - how can he provide 2.00 to both the eyes when it is already 2.53. Stop speaking nonsense and fooling people, I have never asked for optical or glass change, I am not a beggar to receive it from that old traditional shop ....Once the doctor rechecked he himself said this is a mistake from Optimitrics and doctor, so the management will take responsibility to replace my glasses but since my glasses were pretty expensive your management person did not accept it.You can check with the doctor, the doctor agreed the blunder what has happened and the management person told the doctor not to take any decision in customers complaints and forced doctor to keep shut.Instead of speaking what your management person says, try helping people in providing right prescription and STOP covering it up!!!!!!!The doctor himself said me that I have put review in google and later visited the hospital, so the management person is not keen on taking up the issue.Tell your Management person to resign and sit at home when he cannot solve or provide solution to customers, he might be VP for you and your employees not for customers. he should know how to behave and respect customers.Eyes are very important sight in our life, Should we pay 500 to get wrong prescription and loose our eyesight? Before responding to the review think twice, If the same thing had happened to your family members, would you keep quite???

Very bad experience, they dont test properly and when I spoke about the issue with management person he doesnt know how to solve the issue nor to speak, he talks nonsense.Not at all recommended, I suggest you to try with Vasan or any other eye care speciality hospital in rajajinagar.

Underwent SMILE surgery here, the staff are very friendly and care taking and Doctors are well qualified. Had confusion choosing between SMILE and LASIK surgery, doctors here explained pros and cons of each method nicely which made me choose SMILE surgery over LASIK. The cost here is less comparatively to other hospitals. The hospital is also well equipped and well maintained.

WORST EYE CLINIC..atleast they do not give current eye sight numbers.Even they did not respond properly for my call when I requested them to mail the eye sight numbers to get the spects.Totally Waste of time and money

After researching on the best places to do laser surgery in Bangalore, I came down to Netralaya Narayana and Nethradhama. However for the same SMILE surgery, N Narayana was charging 1 lakh per eye whereas Nethradhama asked for 1 lakh for both eyes. It was a good decision as the service was excellent. At no point did Dr Sanjana tried to sell the SMILE surgery , she was equally objective and factual on the 3 options. All the staffs were extremely friendly. We were even given a nice room to relax on the day of the surgery as I have a 8 months old baby. Thank to the whole team. Will surely recommend your service.

My fathers surgery was performed by Dr. Mithun Pai at Nethradhama, RajajiNagar. From the first consultation, I felt sure my father was in best hands. His support staff is also excellent ( notable are front desk receptionist - Nagarathna, Patient Counselor - Keshav and Nurse - sathyavati). The only glitch I faced was with coordination on Insurance. This is one aspect that I had to drive almost entirely. If Nethradhama is able to fix this cog in the wheel, I think it can ensure very smooth end-to-end experience.

Had a very bad experience at Netradhama Mysore. My father went to the Mysore branch on 27th December 2014, Dr. Chetan Anand prescribed the wrong medicine and my father was in immense pain. He visited again on 31st December 2014 and the medicine was changed by another doctor (as Dr. Chetan was on leave). During the follow up visit on 2nd January 2015, when my father contacted Dr. Chetan and expressed his concern, he was very rude and told if there were no other hospitals or doctors in Mysore, and questioned in a very ireful voice why he is coming to see him again. Such doctors bring shame to a wonderful organisation. If you are going to Netradhama Mysore, avoid going to Dr. Chetan Anand
