Very friendly staff, will listen carefully to your problems and suggest respective options.They never forced me to go for the higher, costlier option for no reason like some other companies do, and they respected my decision.Got my lenses replaced with higher power ones for the existing frame. Both received within 2 working days.Service is excellent and I highly recommend trying lenskart out.

I got my eye test and selected the frame but the staff was arrogant. He did not provide me my prescription nor allow me to take a note of the frame selected. He was terribly rude to me and told me NO, I wont give you anything without buying. Other lenkskart branches were good.

Fuss-free, delightful experience.Got my contact lenses fitted for the first time and the staff were very patient and polite. Made the process very stress-free and easy. Much Recommended.Special mention for Mr Vineeth and Mr Banerjee. Great people and do not push unnecessary lenses or specs. Very accommodating and understanding of eye health than just marketing.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced as of now. I tested my eye power from this store yesterday and the lady over there said I will be receiving my power card through message in few minutes but I didnt get any messages from them. So after few hours I contacted the store again and the lady there recieved my call. when I demanded for my power card, she spoke te very rudely and hang up on me. When I called them again today, she does the same thing.Never visit this store cause these people will be very polite to you at first but after you place the order you can see the real face behind them

************ PATHETIC SERVICE **************They have no idea about what they are talking. My spectacle is still within the 1 year warranty period. Just to fix the nose bridge that is loose on one side, the guys over there were talking about risk. They cant assure whether the glass that is supposed to be unbreakable, wont be damaged during repairs, and if there are any damages they wont be changing the glass at all, the senior from their team added.The glasses doesnt even have any damages or scratches, for that they were asking me, how do I wear the spectacles? With 1 or both the hands? But, what difference does it make when its so flexible? And whats the use of buying 5K worth of product from Lenskart? They cant fix a minor problem. I am wearing spectacle since 19 years, and guys there were talking rubbish. What they told looked like, while fixing the pin that connects the watch dial and the strap, they cant guarantee of the dial, it might break or be damaged.***** WILL NEVER USE LENSKART AGAIN ****

Please remove the lady from that outlet , else she will make lenskart in loss.She dont want to sell any products and atleast a greet to customer.I have observed all this activity in half an hour.I wanted to purchase a best spectacles but the behavior of a girl employee in outlet made me to go .
