I gave order for opticals for my son. They said 2 days but they are taking 5-7 days to get the opticals. The worst thing is they dont even bother to inform customer. I had to go 3 times to come back empty handed. They are too pricey when compared to other spec makers..

Regret for having chosen this place. No parking although there is a large basement. Have to park atleast 1.5km away. How does this place even qualify as hospital I wonder. We end up walking In this dusty atmosphere outside hospital after an eye surgery. Good business as we end up again going back with more problems.

My left eye was operated on Tenth March for Cataract. The Doctor has conducted painless operation for me. Hospitality of the entire satff is found to be excellent. Congratulation.

Took my dad here. Needs an operation done for cataract. Total cost approx is 40000 for single eye. Attended by Jr. Consultant, not by any senior doctors. Later Dr Harsha checked the reports and then he did the surgery. It was quick and painless. Everything pre and post surgery went on smooth. After the surgery they explained everything very nicely and all medicines provided. Surgery and lens cost me 34000 and then tests and medicines cost another 5k. I opted for tecnis 1 lens, there is auro lens also available which costs 24000. Its was a pleasant experience. Lets wait for another 15,days.

My Mom had got the surgery done by Dr.Harsha and it went on perfectly fine and they took care of the patient well and the supporting staff too was very helpful at the reception by name Supriya.

No parking space for this place, even when they have a basement. So doing surgery willl require you to park your vehicle atleast 1km away in some residential area and walking down the dusty road. An hospital without parking space for customers, biggest joke!!

Good service and maintained covid regulations

Please change the receptionist. Rude. Consultantation charges 400, no change, atleast she could have sent the change to the first floor. After the eye drops could not concentrate. Forgot. Very cleverly she operates.

Opening time for Sunday says 1PM. Howeverby noon the receptionist wants to wind down and refused to give me an appointment, she told me to return on Monday.Consider this place open only until 11-30AM on Sundays

Courteous and helpful staff. Visited through CGHS so consultation was free. Better to visit on weekdays as there are fewer people.

Pathetic reception came at 9am as per hospital time no one was there inside asked security he says team will come by 9.30.When I came again at 10 reception asked to wait after waiting 20min. They says need to take prior appointment.i said I came before one patient and they allowed them without attending me who came prior to other staff. And also asked me to wait further. When we expect good service in such a big hospital this was not kind.

Best eye hospital Ive visited till now.Were consulting for my fathers eyes with Dr. Pankaja - Ratina specialist from 2 years; and shes the best.Staff is also good and helpful and they have nominal consultation charges. We had a very pleasant experience.

Your people are efficient like machines but are not effective human beings. A good hospital trains its people to relate to patients at all levels. Espescially in a eye hospital the anxiety levels of patients are high and if your people dont recognise this regardless how ggood you are otherwise people wont comeback for follow ups

Only money minded. 7 month back I had the consultation at Jayanagar and took lenses. Now I have shifted to Indiranagar so I went to Indiranagar Branch and asked for the lense they said you should consult the doctor once more, the prescription is valid for 3 months only. SO I came to Jayanagar Branch they took the order without dr consultation.

No proper info. Having good smile n saying doctor is not available or will come late today n so many nonsenses.... Absolutely shittty once they make money they forget patients need..

I have been visiting Nethradhama (Jayanagar) for a while now. And had to visit the Indiranagar branch for an emergency check-up. I must say the staff and the doctors are the most polite people I have ever met. Just like the parent branch, they make sure that even the most anxious of patients calm. Dr.Walvekar who on duty that particular day explained the problem I had with my eye in detail. The medicines responded quickly and my eye was back to normalcy soon. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in this area.

This is the most horrible experience ever had in a hospital.. been waiting to see the doctor for over 45mins.. there are 3 doctors present and only 3 patients before us!! The staff obviously is chilling and doesnt bother..Theres a separate room for everything, still cant fathom why it takes so much time.. 💰 money is charged beforehand, so we cannot even return!!! Wow.. what a waste of time.. and still no doctor yet.. waiting.. waiting..

This is an eye speciality hospital. They have an eye specialist for many eye deformities and respective specialization. Catract, retina, glucoma, optomery and more. They have many eye testing facilities including retina scan.They have an pharmacy and an eye spectacle store.There is an operation theatre.

Had the most horrible experience at this place. Run by a bunch of frauds and you would be better off than going here.

Unprofessional staff, i was made to wait for more than half an hour and then told they cannot take my registration as it was a saturday!!! Being in service industry and working with such constraints doesnt speak good about the hospital.

Horrible experience, visited 1st time 12th may after 5o clock. eye test and consulting was over. doctor told me after 4 days u need to come and take more tests. visited yesterday same time. receptionist behaviour like mental patients. she told me u cant see doctor. doctor time 5o clock. ur 5 minute late. Doctor is there, But she didnt allow me for consult. coming from long. 5 minute late was common in Bangalore traffic.Very very very bad experience. I will not even rate it 1

Good efficient hospital for a regular eye checkup. the only thing I found odd is they are unwilling to provide the contact lens prescription, and will only provide the spectacle prescription.

Consultation fee 400. quite high compare to sankara and other eye hospital in bangalore.

First visit - reached 7:45pm and they said we need more time for eye check up. Please come next day.Second visit-reached 7:25 and still same word.. Dont know how much time they need and why they cant extend some more time when required. Dont like this approach.
