My son appointment was at 11:30 and they made us to wait till 3:00 PM. Very bad experience

Happy that I was recommended this place. The doctor and the staff are very very good. Especially Dr. Girish Kamath is very patient and understanding.

Initially I thought its really good clinic... visited once n they dint explain the actual cause for the issue n after a week eye prob became more... morning suddenly eye was swollen very badly...n cald to this reception to give n appointment immediately but they told the consultation doc Wil come on only specified date n another doc cant see the patient...I told them its an emergency ..n till 30 mins was ther to close the clinic but they denied to treat the patient...later m supposed to visit some other clinic due to emergency...so who ever is looking for immediate response for ther emergency medical issues...dont go to this clinic... definitely they dont attend n ask u to come when they fix the appointment if u stil alive.... very bad n pathetic n careless staff n docs...

I went for eye infection (redness) and told them that this is 2nd time Im getting in 2 months. First time I used Betnesol and it got cured in 2 days. Since it came 2nd time so thought of paying visit. Firstly consultation charges are huge Rs 600 and they will give you one ID card... God knows for what that is... secondly doctor (dont want to name) asked me not to use Betnesol as its available publicly. She said you need to use doctor prescribed medicines only so she gave Moxigram, an antibiotic which is very painfully and my eye got more infected and caused redness for 2 more days. Im back to Betnesol and got cured in 1 day.

Rudest front office staff

I highly recommend people not to go here ...it purely differentiates patients . My husband had a serious eye issue regarding attached/detached retina I wanted to discuss few points with the doctor but I wasnt allowed inside his cabin just because receptionist thought I had a simple cold which I actually dint have.

Doctor Girish Kamat performed laser surgery without anesthesia telling it wont hurt , my Grandpa suffered alot . Such an inhuman practice

Girish Kamath an Opthalmologist soft spoken knowledgeable man has an aim of earning keeps on the patient to come more times.

The doctors are good but the front desk ladies are way too rude in their communication be it on phone or face-to-face which makes a person so irritated to visit the hospital again.

I took my daugther who is 5 year old to the hospital ...and Mrs Shetty refused to treat saying it is closing hours i.e 7pm and come back on monday . My daugther was complaining of eye pain and itching ..I requested him since it was saturday and it was difficult for me to get another eye doctor ..but he strongly refused ..saying he cannot see the patient ..I understand all are human being and not machine ..but I have not seen a doctor refusing treatment to a kid without evening checking what went wrong ..I understand it was 7 pm but there where patient waiting ..and i was ready to wait ...Doctor profession is based on humanity ...atleast he could have given some first aid and asked me to come on Monday I would have been glad ...nothing ...strong denial .. Thanks to Mrs Jyoti from Family Physician hospital who attened her on request at around 8 pm with nominal charged ..I hope i dont see doctors like Mr Shetty again ...please teach him ethics of Doctors ...
