This place has always been bad..service and order-wise. Been constantly telling shabana the same thing over the last few years, but it has clearly been futile. You guys need to understand that theres a reason we come to a restaurant to eat - not so you can take your own cool time to provide an order. You cant tell a customer that he or she wont get the food quickly, but will have to wait. If we did have to wait for eons, wed rather cook food at home, isnt it?

This used to be our usual haunt - its sad that we wont go there anymore, but its simply not worth it. They do not value their customers at all. We just went there a few days back, and the lady took our order 45 mins after us getting there, then she gave us the wrong order. and then the attitude that they throw is unbelievable. It sucks because we have spent close to a lakh there - been going there since 2011 - wont make the mistake of going back there - I should have learnt my lesson long back.A word of advice to jus trufs - if you treat your customers like they are replaceable, you should know that you are replaceable too.

As soon as I sat down I remembered why I dont like this place. The food is meh and the service is bad. And when I say bad service, I mean it in the worst of ways. My grandmother, who is blind of one eye and walks with crutches, could prepare a 5 course meal in the amount of time these folks take to serve an order. But after multiple visits to this place, I realised the problem, the entire staff l, whenever they see a kulfi guy on the street, run outside, leaving the patrons alone. They come back some 15 mins later, smacking their lips, with kulfis in their hands.But thats okay, I understand, it takes time to realise that customers are waiting for their order, and kulfi is important, no doubt. But since, I drove 45 mins to be here, dodging obstacles such as mummies and flying sharks, and laser shooting unicorns, and BANGALORE TRAFFIC, I hate it that I have to wait 45 mins for one simple truffle.... actually, Im still waiting till date. My wife is old, my child has graduated, and I am about to be a grandfather too. I came here when I was 25. Thanks guys.

Great food! Pleasent ambiance! I ordered the smoked chicken burger and the chef recommended the smoked chicken cold wich ( available on request which is yet to be added to the menu) both tasted delicious 😋 and the highlight was ofcourse the obvious Hot Chocolate!!! If you crave something cold then go for dark chocolate fudge milk shake...yam! Its a great place to come for a relaxed brunch or for a late evening dinning. Will definitely visit again.

Then we head upstairs to where Chenddyna the CEO gave us a presentation about the history of chocolate,its origin, geographic favorable conditions etc. It was a great insight to learn about our favourite dessert. Then we move on to how to temper chocolate, making chocolate truffles, strawberry dips, etc and decorating our own chocolate which was so much fun. Learn a lot in this session and we get to eat lots of chocolates 😋 Also, they took around the whole building from their office, kitchen, etc..The Cafe is a very cozy place with lots of natural lights from all sides , great place to hangout, work etc..In their cafe food, I tried the Danddeli chicken curry which comes with rice and this curry was so delicious, love the masalas, just delectable. I also liked their smoked chicken burger which was a good meal with great filling.The whole experience was memorable, fun, knowledgeable, amazing people and amazing chocolates.Would love to go back and taste more of their varieties in food and desserts.

JusTrufs is one of my favourite places for long conversations, quick bites and yummy take aways too😊😊. I have some of the most amazing memories associated with this place, be it the dine-in experience or quick take aways. We ordered a chicken pizza, just truffs special chicken curry and some ice tea. Just trying to keep it simple. So my opinion is that the place has a good ambience but food doesnt live up to the expectations. Pizza was okay. The curry lacked flavour but amongst all ice tea was the saviour. The fresh ice tea made up for it. Is it worth visiting again? Maybe. Because I havent tried the pastas and other deserts yet!!!

The food comes but drinks dont come for ages or the drinks come but no food. The waitstaff cant even answer when the order will be served.We had pasta, sandwiches and burger. All were good. We tried to order a pizza but they were out of sause (??). Avoid the filter coffee, it is too bad. 4* only for the food and ambience.Zomato Gold place !!!

As the place was near my house and rating was good on zomato hence landed in the place on a drooling Monday evening.It looked like a very decent place with warming ambience.Staff was a trainee who checked the order thrice.After ordering the much famous smoked chicken burger loaded with tomatoes which turned up looking like a skinny model and not worth 330 bucks atall.My wife ordered the Bombay street wich which was so hot and spicy that we had to drink glasses of water before we felt betterWe also ordered the chilli cheese toast which was the only dish which tasted good.Overall nothing felt worth the moneys worth.Would sure wont be visiting again.

The coolest cafe in the area, we do not have anything close to it in Jakkur or Amruthahalli. The cakes are awesome, big fan of their cheesecake. They have some pretty good sandwiches and burgers. I ordered half a kg tiramusu cake along with two lemon tarts and two blueberry compote cupcakes. I have been taking cupcakes, tarts, and quiche from just truf from a long time now but never had ordered cake before. This is the first time I ordered and I did that over a phone call to the mentioned nos outside the Cafe. As these are Covid times I didnt mind paying higher but I wanted to order from a trusted place for hygiene sake. So I placed my order with the cafe manager and she was very friendly. I love the vibe of this place and the people who work here but I didnt have d best experience this time. I ordered one day in advance and collected d cake myself as I stay close by. The first concern I had was that the boys on the counter were not wearing mask. The second concern I had was the packaging box was flimsy and when I asked for a bag he had none. I was irritated by then as I was paying a high amount for a good service and product and was not getting any. I did shared my safety concern with the store manager on a chat on watsapp. However, to my dismay the response to my polite feedback was on a defensive side. She informed that they have installed Shycocans and it kills viruses inside the cafe and owing to which no one wears masks inside the cafe working area including her (nearly 35 people work there) because the equipment installed takes care of the covid virus too. I am sorry but I have my concerns owing to two factors here; one I would anyways have the staff wear a mask to be sure as food is being handled and second is that the defence of Shycocans is not fully proven against covid virus so its better to be safe. I cant rely on any questionable hygiene practices specially in covid times. The second part i didnt like is the response to customer feedback. This was less then welcoming specially on a major concern like hygiene. I really didnt feeling like sharing my feedback on packaging to her as it was my moms bday and small happiness these days is what counts. The last feedback I have is for tiramisu. It was having over powering salty notes, much more then the classic coffee notes or mascarpon cheese taste that is expected taste from tiramisu. This cake was lease of my favorites from Just trufs. It was not relished by my family as well and it was not having a good tiramisu taste at all. The cream cheese was dominant and somehow we didnt enjoy it. We also found two strands of hair; one in the cake and second on the side of the inside box. No one in my family had opened d box before so i am sure its not ours. However,a head cap is also something i would recommend to the staff here while handling food. Anyways, I will not order cakes or maybe other items for the time being from just truf mainly because of the hygiene concern and second the taste and third reason would be because of the nonfriendly customer approach to feedback. I personally dont like establishments who dont take customer feedback seriously. Unfortunately very unhappy this time. Specially on a good day.

The cheesecake was traditionally made, it wasnt like the soft and smooth cheesecakes at most cafes and it was tasty(it is a recommended dessert). The pizza was good but the crust was soft and doughy and the cappuccino was as usual soothing.The service was quick and polite.I liked the sitting and the lightings, pretty decent.I have heard that you can make your own chocolate here.

Their truffles have rarely (read never) disappointed me :-) They make for excellent gifts. Really enjoyed their baked cheesecake with blueberry preserve. The apple pie was scrumptious! Pair it with a French press coffee and youre all set.

Very disappointed with the recent visit on Monday..i used to like the food..has the chef changed ? .the service this time was very slow...the food was substandard and lacking in any flavour...the chicken soup was nothing but pumpkin soup with a few shredded chicken pieces tossed in!!! The mac and cheese pasta had under cooked pasta and waterery gravy that was not coating the pasta ...overall a disaster

This place has one of the best ambience among the restaurants that are close by. It hosts weekly music events and also has live music. The furniture is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. They serve good sandwiches and burgers but can do better with their breakfast menu.

Chocolate making tour is pretty informative. Chenddyna explains everything starting from Cocoa history to what it takes to make variety of chocolates. She and colleague Natasha were very patient and kind enough to answer all our trivial questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A cozy place tucked away in Jakkur, popular in the vicinity and definitely the only cafe in that area, which is why weve been here multiple times.The ambience is nice and well lit. They have a wide range of desserts which taste amazing. The sandwiches and burgers taste very good. However, we found that the pastas are a little dry and lack flavour.The owner is very warm and hospitable and always makes sure she stops by to see how youre doing.Although the only down side being, the prices are too high considering the ambience and quantity of the food being served.
