Not only did they execute our vision of our wedding perfectly and beautifully, they were with us through the entire process of a cancelled wedding (due to Covid) which was done later on a smaller scale. Ninad always made himself personally available for meetings and discussions, was always willing to listen, and most importantly, frequently went the extra mile just so we would be happy on our special days. Everything was ready before time, and any last minute requirements were also personally and efficiently handled.Ninad is also able to arrange other logistics, such as make-up artists, mehendi artists and so on, for the complete wedding experience. When I started looking for Decorators around 6 months back, I found the reviews for Flinters Management to be too good to be true. And today I am here writing, a well deserved, 5-star review for them.The crucial part for us regarding the decor was for it to match our taste. And Ninad got that correct, right in our first meeting. He gave us beautiful designs to select from and complete flexibility in bringing in our ideas. His attention to detailing is really praiseworthy. He patiently allowed us to modify designs, make additions not once but twice after finalizing everything.When it came to the execution, it was top notch right from Decor to Lighting. Everything that was discussed wasnt just delivered but with additional love and care as could be seen in the finesse.. He remembered the tiniest details from our discussions like keeping a small table next to the stage..Ninad didnt only take care of his part of arrangements but would constantly be in sync with all the vendors and made sure that everything went as per the plan. We could completely rely on him and enjoy our day without worrying about the arrangements!They are a bunch of dedicated professionals, with excellent value for their services. I cant thank their team enough, for making our special day truly SPECIAL.

One of the worst Décorator in the City. They worked with a planner team in Bangalore for my brother’s wedding. We had awful experience with this decoration team. We selected a simple design for sangeet but this team couldn’t do that as well.They just put screen and some lights on it.All decor was so bad that we can’t put pics anywhere. We have pics for the same. We finalised some other designs and they delivered some other design. Even Mando had hardly any hanging .Literally spoiled the whole wedding.Never trust Ninad . He says yes for everything but he is not even capable of doing a small setup. They were behind the payment before starting the setup. Thank got we didn’t pay them the last installment . Don’t get cheated by this team.

For my wedding we got the recommendation of Flinters management from a friend...we spoke about our requirements and discussed things over msgs and phone, but we needed a face behind that name. As we couldnt meet in person due to Lockdown, we connected over a video call. Still they completely understood our requirements and taste very fast.After talking to him, we knew he is the person who should decorate our dream wedding...there wasnt any second thought.As situation improved we decided to visit the venue in person along with them to understand the decor. As my job was impacted due to covid, he was considerate about it and never pushed for add-ons and gave many timely and invaluable suggestions for the overall events. After our discussion, while leaving he said Its a family function for me. I smiled and left.As soon as I reached the venue, I was in awe with the place all decked up for my wedding. As my friends said, every corner was Instagram Ready. Through out the two days of the wedding, their team was on their toes making sure everything goes smooth and kept me worry free. I could see my family keeping their word.They are wonderful positive people, who ensure your day is as beautiful as one could dream of. They know their job the best. They did an aesthetic and beautiful work... In terms of colour combination, decoration, materials, lighting and comfort for everyone. I hired the team for my wedding decoration. Everything was discussed much before the wedding and manager had noted down all the requirements.When I reached the venue nothing was in place and as per the previous discussions.I had to call the manager multiple times and the person did not even come to the venue for face to face discussion.Very bad experience and would not suggest at all.

Ninad is a saviour.We had a Spiritual event in Marriott Whitefield on Sept 28th, 29th, 30th 2018. First we talked with Elements event manager Swathi, whom suggested by Marriott people. She has all the qualities which an event manager shouldnt have, impatience to listen to client requirement, breaking all the promises and so on. At last she ditched us and said she wont take up the event just 5days before the event.Then I started looking for event managers on Google. The very first call I made is to Ninad and explained how everything!Hes like an angel sent by higher beings and by gurus grace.Ninad is an awesome guy with full of passion on what hes working. I got to interact with Mr. Ninad from Flinters an year ago. I was absolutely hopeless as we were a week away from my daughters bday. and we had not decided anything for her first bday. this little man walked in then and created complete magic right from decor till food and photography for the event. My friends and family were mesmerized by the way party was conducted. My little one enjoyed it too. Food was amazing and people still remember it. He infact arranged her second year bday party last month. It was again a great experience full of fun and enjoyed to the core. He is an awesome combination of commitment, fun and entertainment. a full package.
