Hi All,I have got call from danske IT this week, so i am sharing my interview Exp..it is west of Time , Interviewer is not having good skilled, there are doing interview for name sake. after taking 3- 4 round of interview they will say you are not suitable for project .I will recommend dont give any interview this company it is fully Time west...

Not a good place to work anymore... Takes at least 1 hr just to come out of RMZ Eco-World Gate on a weekday...

I am working in DanskeIT from last one year and I can truely say that it has one of the best working environment.Management is trying to improve the experience of the employees and work life balance is one of the best here. We are moving towards the latest market trends and technologies giving great learning opportunities. As the company is sister concern of Danske Bank so major work goes on with Mainframe but rest all are on private cloud with good learning options.I would recommend this company as one of the best to work in Bangalore.

I usually do not write reviews but after attending interview with this company I had to.If you are having any weekend plan do not waste here. You have to wait entire day to meet up some idiot who thinks is very smart and will reject leaving you in frustration.Please attend interview if you have no self respect or no job or want to punish yourself for your sins in life.On serious note companies should not misuse some persons requirement. Please be professional.

They seems to take interview just for fun with no intentions to recruit. I gave written test and two face to face interview and then they came back saying my profile don’t match with the requirement. Why was my resume then shortlisted if it’s not matching. Stop wasting people’s time. You might not be serious about recruiting people but we are serious in spending our time, energy , skills etc in giving interviews. Don’t attend their weekend interview. They simply take it for fun and time pass.

Good place to work but cafeteria services are bad. Management allows to do balance work and personal life.overall it is a good company. People always wants more. Here sometimes fun activites are well organised. To be frank i love working this place. Only problem is employees who always expects from employer. Wealth can be expected from someone but not health. Health is only in our hands to improve or spoil. I would recommend employees to contribute some personal time for minimum walk/ excercise.

In normal world , HR department supports IT in tech company but here it is opposite . Good ambience though , people were responsive and nice facility . All this is useless if you dont get down to business.

Worst. Dont ever think to join.

Good place to work. (depends on the project u work).Good work culture as you get sufficient time for your internal development.Cafeteria services are pretty bad(especially the canteen itself can accommodate very less people).As it is situated in RMZ eco world, it takes minimum 1hr to get out of the techpark entrance during peak hours(4:30 to 6pm) atleast 2-3 days in a week.

Nothing to say, it is a IT company looking good situated in nice place....

Edited 27/12/2017 :I joined on 26th Dec. The fecility inside is colourful and has a hint of startup like settings. There are cozy places to chill out in between. Hot beverages are available. On boarding process is quite fast. Food is good. Both veg and non-veg options are available. Millet food items are also available._----------------Been here to attend interview. Nice cosy place. Friendly people and environment. Icing on the cake is that I got the offer and will be joining there sooner. Not sure about food there as I did not get chance to check that out. Facility wise its good.

Campus is good, but canteen is poor. Lunch has to be had at Andhra messes at the end of the IT park. Fancy restaurants within IT park charge hefty amounts.

Located at Ecoworld in the ANZ Building. In sourcing the Mainframe from IBM. Start3d small now expanded to 2 floors. Is expected to grow big as a Danske Bank owned outsourcing arm.

Subsidiary of Danske Back. Very good company to work in Nordic culture.

Ok infrastructure. Visitors need to roam different branch buildings to make entry.Interviewers are little heavy head and questions are not framed properly due to lack of knowledge.

Worst company to work for.. never ever join this company.. useless management. Brainless people are in manager roles.. they will spoil ur future for no reason...
