Misleading info on website for E-waste return.Website says that Customers/End users can bring ANY brand Keyboards and Mouses to get discount on Acro product purchase.So sent email and spoke in the phone aswell.But when I went to thier customer service counter, Abhijeet says only brands sold by Acro company will be accepted for e-waste return. Unnecessary time and energy waste for me.

Excellent service. I wanted Antec Cabinet Screws which are very difficult to find. Sent a message on instagram and got in touch with them through message. They managed to arrange screws in time.

One of the employee Mrs. KUMUDHA helped to replace the cooler master liquid cooler. The other employees are too lazy and didnt responded well for me. I really appreciate her effort and reply and kindness are truly appreciable. The north Indian employees are worst and worst worst.

They refused helping me with Soundmagic e10bt headphones at first. The pune based receptionist was laughing on the problem and grinning. They are just Cheats. The guy there calls himself to be product manager Harish is a liar. he has been lying to me since last one year for a spare part of a headphone which their service centre is impotent enough to deal. they redefine patheticISM. He has been telling me he is going china and he will get it for me. wow and i must believe them. after one hear he said send me money 500₹ and he will send me the plastic volume rocker cap of Old headphone via courier. when i asked him for any security or any reference/courier number for it he said its ok leave it lets not talk/deal. he just needed money. i asked him u can send it to centre and i will pay first then collect so he refused to deal after my chaser of 1 year. Middle finger to you Harish. you just was giving Stress and nothing else.
