Horrible company is an understatement, i fell for their false promises and paid money. Its impossible to get hold of them after payment. Mr Sanath never answers calls nor keeps up his promises for site visits. An absolute mess of a company they are. All the reviews are fake at best.

Please Do not trust on these peoples especially to sales person Mr.sanat. The reviews are given by themselves and their by teams. they will sit one day to give reviews and all the customers will not give in same week.they will take advance and never bothered to complete the project on time. in our busy time we forcefully came here to give the review so that no one can blindly trust on them. no proper coordination, after sales support is zero, we need to beg with them to complete the project after advance payment. Go with some reputed companies rather to suffer with these peoples.

Do not trust any reviews that have been written earlier by people. Looks like this person has paid some money for those reviews. A complete fraud company. If I had the chance to give minus 5 star review I would have done that.We were constructing our new house at No.5/10, PID No.84-73-5/10 situated at 3rd Cross , Sadananda Nagar, NGEF Layout Bangalore - 560038. In the architectural design, we have skylight doom in the 3rd floor of the building. For this purpose, we consulted Mr. Sanath from Securetronix sales team to provide a viable solution. The company was consulted based on the great google reviews online. They provided the worst kind of service and experience anybody can have. This is my very first google review. I am forced to write this review with evidence to make sure that other people shall not experience the same issues as me. Be very careful with entrusting any kind of money or work to this company.The alleged people Mr. Sanath and Mr. Suresh of Securetronix have taken Rs. 36k advance and not completed the work since almost 6 months. The team is unnecessarily stressing and burdening my aging parents in India who must chase them to do this work. The work was handed over on June 4th 2020 and finish the work in 15 days as per agreement. Today, it is almost 6 months time, yet he has not installed the Skydoom shutter. The technical team and Sanath told me very confidently that they have done such work in the past, so they were confident to finish the work before the deadline. However, I regret to inform that Securetronix has lost all the trust from my side. First, Suresh and team visited the site and did a trial installation. That installation was not conducive for our false ceiling requirements. We had mentioned to the Securetronix team before handing over the work that we want the installation to agree with the false ceiling installation under the doom. The first installation of the GI shutter did not meet our requirements. The installed motor was not capable to roll the GI shutters. After this I communicated to them and they mentioned that they will fix the issue within a week’s time. almost 45 days has passed since that commitment and nothing has changed ever since. the shutter was never working with the motor fitted. the team behaves in irresponsible manner and is careless about the owner’s property and belongings. They damaged the brand-new Scaffolding by welding the beams together. Later, they have also just carelessly left the wood scaffolding structure as it is without completion of the work. My Father had to pay the masons separate money to just clean the mess that Suresh and team had done. Mind you, they were visiting the site, erecting the scaffolding, leaving the work incomplete, promising to finish the work next day and in the end never show up to the site! We had to pay extra fees and remove the scaffolding and clean the mess because it was obstructing other labor work on the floor. On failure of first project, they later told me that they will install the sectional garage door to compensate for the loss. This 2nd contract was given to them middle of July, they played with my patience, time and energy and told me that they will finally refund. In the end, I have had to file a police complaint to get my money back. I dont recommend this company to anybody. Evidences are attached. since they had taken Rs. 36,000 advance which they were not willing to return. So, they offered to make the remote controlled sliding garage door as compensation. After much circus, they finally managed to finish the garage door manufacturing, which took 3 months. Then, they delivered the gate at our premises at 10 p.m in the night. The gate is just lying there at the entrance of our building like an abandoned piece of waste garbage. they have still not installed it. So, there is no worth ethics, integrity and authenticity from this team of people and the company they run. They don’t care about the customer’s needs and are a bunch of incompetent idiots who will waste your/your family’s time!
