Horribble experience. Their support is non-existant and will ignore customers. No one answers calls or responds to emails. Never buy any products(SAPPHIRE graphics card in my case) distributed via Supertron.

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 Mini (6GB) - RMA (Oct 1, 2018):Location: Gooddown-3 is the RMA zone. The service center person collected the card and gave me receipt and ask me to come after 1 week. I called after 1 week, new card was ready and went there and collected. Due to server down, he could not able to give a delivery receipt. But as agreed, he mailed me the soft copy the same day. The delivery receipt indicates the transition from old serial number to new number. So that it can be used for next RMA.So, overall experience is good.

Any Samsung devices related problems / for sales visit this place. Supertron is a wholesaler for Samsung.

Bad experience

I have got my router replaced here and it was quick,The service centre is in back side of the building and its a bit difficult to find the shop

1st of all the whole place is actually a godown and you have to find your way through mazes of crates, boxes and junk.. Secondly the service engineers will 50% of the time say your product is not genuine and refuse to give you any service for that product. Other 50% of the time they will say that the replacement product is not in stock and you have to visit again next wk. And next wk the whole story starts from the scratch. What a service!!P.S.: One of the service engineer is very rude and has a habit of throw away items(bills, documents etc).

Its not a service centre. Its a godown, situated in what looks like an abandoned building. Youll be lucky to find anyone to listen to your service compliant.

Fast service and good service. Mr. Santosh from the sapphire / zotak RMA team was really friendly. Initially he told me it would take 15days but he gave me a call on the 5th day and told me the card was ready. He went beyond expectations while he waited past the closing time of supertron as I was stuck in traffic. Keep it up team!6months later the refurbished card dies again, which only shows the quality of the product and their service. Im really disappointed that the card only lasted so long keep in mind that it was not used for mining but only for gaming at 1080p. They better give me a new card or a free upgrade as this is ridiculous.

Good service. I got the replacement for defected Samsung SD card within few minutes.

I went for service of my tplink router, the service engineer is kind, and he concerns about customer, but the service station location is bit uncomfortable & place isnt clean, they have separate member for PC related items, I found someone having issues over his smps, even he has as 3 years of warranty, he cannot claim.Conclusion: engineer related to router(tplink)is awesome, he understands customer needs.Service people Related to other product as of my experience it was worst.Location and cleanliness affected a single star.

For the replacement of power bank, they took around 15 days.Place is also very dirty, TP link should change there seevice center with some decent place.
