First of all I would like to say that this is hands down the best TV repair shop in Bangalore.My TV screen was flickering and the official SONY service centre said that it cannot be fixed and we had to buy a new a TV and the service person from SONY was also not skilled.But the employees of rajtronics were very skilled and professional, they knew exactly what the problem was and it was fixed promptly within two days.If your TV has any issues than rajtronics is the place to go.

I had a problem with my Sony Bravia LED TV of six years. I first approached an authorised Sony service centre through Sony. They quoted a very high price. Finally I approached Rajtronics after reading the reviews. I spoke to Mr. Manjunath, the service engineer who came home within an hour, examined the TV and said that it has to be taken to their workshop for further investigation. By noon I got a call from him explaining the problem, the solution and the cost.I immediately accepted as it was reasonable and the TV was home the same day.The TV was installed and he gave useful tips too. Really Good. Samsung LED TV during its barely 5+year life, first gave trouble with speakers. Then now, the motherboard conked off. The Samsung service person said that at 5+ year the replacement part is not supported by the company. He suggested to go for exchange offer with discount. But for next TV I will definitely not go with SAMSUNG.Rajtronics guy came, he took the motherboard, replaced the chip and came back the next day to replace it. Really good service by the friendly staff member Nitesh.
