There is a lot of time lag. Service support staff Mr.Chandru is good and very empathetic as compared to another individual Mr.Vinayak who is right opposite in his approach absolutely non supportive of any regards.Sure can give it a try to have personal experience on the same.Hope it reaches company personals on public domain and such behaviours are curtailed at the outset.Thank You

Just like other Jio centers, useless. For each and every thing theyll do an software update on mobile hang issue. Or will ask you to buy a new phone or component, no matter its in or out of warranty.

Very poor service. They dont have common knowledge on 365 days warranty..I purchase phone on 8th October 2019. Went to service on 7th October 2020. The service person is telling that in system warranty expired on 6th October only..

Worst service center... When my dad gone with mobile which is bought 5-6 months ago.. They refused to repair saying this mobile got died mother board gone nothing can be done.. Actually my mobile is working, only charging point got burnt . When I removed battery n charged, it got started.. It means without checking they came to conclusion that mobile got completely died.. As my dad not much educated they just made fool and sent.. It means no value for basic set phone because they feel its easy to throw n buy new phone.. I want to say u people its not about money its about how u give service.. Really disappointed..

Useless place, unfit professionals for the job. Went there to extend the validity of my sim card with the new visa, provided all the information as requested by the agent...yet the line was still disconnected this week. Dont lose your time here, total waste of time.

Many of the so called technical people there are totally clueless, and I have never had any problem resolved there. Visiting this office is a waste of time & invitation to frustration. Now I have stopped going there (they tried hard to achieve exactly this & succeeded) and I only deal with their Mall offices or call centre.

Nice ambience the office is very neat dont expect to see any receptionist but the security guard there in the office floor is very helpful and does more then his job

I dont wanted to rate. Worst behavior from staff. Takes hell lot of time. Dont have manners to speak. And moreover ppl visit like its an hospital. So many issues with new reliance jio phones. Y dont they stop selling until the issue is resolved.

Pathetic service and the store manager satish is the biggest fraud. Horrible and pathetic service. Had to wait for 2 hours for replacement of a charger and the manager denied giving a bill and the whole money went to his pocket.

The staff are rude. They are completely unprofessional and they refuse to apologise when they make a mistake.
