I went to buy a mobile phone and had to wait for long at the counter bill. There were many staffs available at the counter bill but everyone was busy talking and laughing and didnt pay attention to my request. Half an hour I waited for their response and finally I had to leave my item there. Very disappointed to see their service. They were not sorry for their behavior even.

Just went today at non peak hours at 11:30 AM and there were around 10 staff chit chatting and none were ready to help. Walked out.. not sure if staff are interested to work here.

It is very good place for buying electronic goods but they dont have the model I was searching for which was quite disappointing but theirs service is really nice they look into customers problem nd deal with itGood assistance is given by staffs

Yesterday walked to store with objective of buying a laptop and a mobile. Knowing that there is offer from SBI credit card. Different staff attended but none either know about the offer nor ready to offer competitive price. Walked to Lenovo store opposite to Chroma within Meenakshi Mall and got better offer and best service.

The shop is big and have many products in display as well stock. I bought Airpods pro. Got a good amount cashback and discounts. Thanks croma

Had very bad experience in buying laptop..one person name Vignesh needs some training..most of the person are busy on phone..Bajaj loan dept. lady was busy watching serial in phone while customer suffer time and patience.

I went to buy a phone, till the purchase they treat us like guest, once the billing done no body talk to u. Not even thnks fr purchase. And sad that they dont give carry bag also.

We had brought our fridge,washing machine, mixer, laptop mobile phone from there. It is best place. Customer support is too good. We loved that place. Want to buy few more things but its lock down.

He helped us locate a product not available across India (across different chains), got it delivered to the Meenakshi mall for us and even told us about discount options which allowed us the product at 25% lower price than market price. Most pathetic service ever I got.Staffs are in a holiday mood , they are not they to support the customer, please dont disturb them by taking pictures..Staffs including manager will come to you only if you are taking photos of the product.Its common if no one is on the floor to support a customer , customer will take a picture to ask with techy friend or a family member or to go home and to research about the product.

I went to croma specifically for a product. The salesman showed us the wrong item saying it was what Im looking for and made the bill for the same. When I opened the box (in the shop) i found a totally different product in the box. The actual thing that i was supposed to buy was way cheaper and instead of refunding the amount, i was told to buy something else from the store. It was a very unnecessary wastage of money. Thank you for the amazing service. Will definitely never visit this particular store again.

Bought a 32 GB Kindle Paperwhite from here. The experience was good. Only problem was that it took a few days to deliver as they didn’t have it in stock (they had to get it from another warehouse of theirs). The experience was great, they allowed to exchange multiple devices also (which was very good).To add a cherry on top, they also have an eRecycling spot.

One of the worst experience witg Croma meenaxi mall Bangalore.I bought a One Plus cell phone within a day phone had a serious display issue.I requested and waiting for 6 days for replacement. But They have given me the same phone.Very bad experience. Request others to buy from online portals. Atleast they give you 7-10 days replacement guarantee.

Everything is good execpt that they charge too much for everything... Like just for a normal laptop bag... They charged me 1000 rs which is easily available on Amazon and flipkart at very low price

Another branch of Croma, an electronic store located in Royal Meenakshi Mall on Ground Floor. You can get most of the electronics over here. The staff are helpful and help you choose the right budget depending on your budget, preference etc. They also provide warranty for most of the products.

I wanted to buy a oneplus9r, my previous cell OnePlus 6 its back panel had a crack, when asked for a exchange they only offered 2k pressurizing to book by saying this is the best you will ever get. Went to Croma JP Nagar store where they were extremely polite and offered me 6.5k (which is a acceptable price) . Not sure why being the same brand, they are offering two different exchange prices for the same product.

Excellent service. Good collection of products to touch and see. I was pleasantly surprised that they were price matching in real time with Amazon. At least i was not aware of that. The products were quickly delivered and staff is very helpful.

Today had visited the store to purchase a laser printer. One of the reasons to visit the store rather than purchase online is to understand the product and also immediately purchase. On both the fronts I was disappointed. One the staff was not able to guide me to make a decision on the model via explaining the differences and features. And second when I decided to buy HP Laser 136nw, there was no stock available in the store. Only piece available was the display piece. My whole purpose of visiting Croma was defeated. In the store the staff was more than the customers but none really competent to attend the customer.

Before visiting the place, just ensure that you see the online listed price of Croma as it will be easy to negotiate with them. However, if you are a Tata employee, you can avail 2.5% discount but in this store the sale person will tell you that they cant give you discount on the listed price which is after discount, but they will give you on the original mrp price. Suppose, MRP of boat speaker is 2999 but it cost 1099, so you should get discount on 1099 but they will tell you to provide discount on 2999. So, you can check with other Croma store as well like in jp nagar I visited again to confirm it, in jp Nagar Croma store, they said to give discount on 1099. So see the difference. Thus, before finalising the product, make sure to confirm with other store as well, coz prices and discounts may vary.

A big place having the best varieties of tech machines,makes me recall only one name, CROMA. The best to buy a beast machine or not.
