Mistake. Ordering from them was a mistake. The sales promised a same day delivery within Bangalore. Three days, multiple calls, no sign of the shipment. Each time they promised immediate delivery, attributing it to non-availability of a component.And the customer service is totally non-committal and refuses to escalate the call.

A very horrible company. Not only do they NOT accept that the components they stock are absolute duplicates, but also refuse to process a refund.The images uploaded on their website are wrong and deceptive.I ordered two components. Both of them turned out to be fakes.When I contacted support for help, they straightaway refused to refund.This is professional theft at best.Attaching images of the components (HM10 and HC05) I received (which are obvious fakes.

I purchased three times from this company. Most of the products are cheap compared to Robu.in . You will get an average quality products. All though I like this store there are some cons also. Main thing is their customer service is pathetic. They will never pick your call. And their refund policy is also not at all good. Once I got a broken Servo motor from this store but they did not provide any refund or replace. If you are lucky you will get some reply. I will only recommend this site if you want a cheap product with an average quality .

I would have given 4 stars or more. But I have ordered from your website twice , different products. Your delivery time is almost 1 week 2- 3 days+ or more each time. Now who in this world expects so much delay from any e-com store. It should be standard - 2-5 days not more than that. Also you don`t even give hint of delivery delay to the customer. VERY BAD ON DELIVERY PERIOD.

Regarding my order #2387848 dated 12 June 2021, I am struggling since the day I placed this order. First shipment was delayed. When I received it, a component was received broken. They arranged for a pickup and I promptly handed-over the damaged good and have been following up with them for a week for the replacement but did not receive a single response. I called their support line also and was told by a representative called Tanu that I am wasting her time. She was horribly rude and also disconnected my call while I was still trying to talk to her. No sign of replacement being shipped till date.

I bought electronic components seeing more than average reviews. The product was received in time and packaging was good. Price was good. The services and follow up after the delivery was very poor. I got an issue with the products. I sent them email. They ask for a short video. I sent them , and no acknowledgement for the receipt of video. 2 weeks passed by and I contacted them. This time another person and I had to explain from the start all the discussions (They do not know about my previous complaint emails) and again I sent them test video. The service person told me that he have forwarded my request to technical team. 10days passed. No information from them yet and since already I passed my project deadlines I called them to see what happened. The service person said, we have requested you to send test video sir and you did not send them until now. I had an issue with the products bought from them. I spoke to four service persons and I had to explain same things patiently from the beginning three times. After doing all these, when I called them today, they tell me I did not send test video. Though the delivery and price was good, the product and service was absolute NO for me. If the product works fine you are good, otherwise your money is wasted. At least this was my experience.

Worst experience. First impression looks good as all items are way cheaper than others. But then after placing the order, you will see the consequences. No proper response from customer service. Products are low grade quality.

Placed an order on 25th of June but was not shipped even five days after that. When I tried to contact about the delay, they did not respond for more than three business days. Then, when I tried to call them at 10:15am on a weekday, I get a record saying please call us within our business hours from 10am to 6pm. It is super hard to get in touch with the customer service. Eventually I had to procure the parts from somewhere else and I tried to cancel my order because I could not keep the project waiting anymore. There was no response from them for more than four business days and then I get an email on 9th July (14 days after placing the order) saying they dispatched the parts. When after multiple tries, I get through to the customer service, they say that I must accept the parts since its already been shipped (even though I had told them to cancel well in advance). I am utterly disappointed with their service. And now I am stuck with parts that I don’t need. It was a complete waste of money and time. I had an absolute nightmare with this company and will not recommend it to anyone. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Amazing site seriously.I was very skeptical reading about the accusations of fake reviews and bad shipping. Let me refrain from commenting on them and just share my experience.It took them 6 days to ship everything. It reached me in just 1 day after that, thanks to Bluedart. The entire order had about 107 individual components and every single one of them arrived. Each component was labeled and was put inside a resealable cover. The switches, small ICs were generally very good. I agree the shipping time is comparatively slow but the end experience is just mind blowing. I used to go to my nearby electronics market and used to spend half a day scouting for stuff and now I no longer need to.Of course most components I feel are priced cheaper than other sites and that makes this now my Go-to place.To the site owners- Its a delight that you are doing this and please do continue this service. Will be ordering way more next time.

Electronics Comp is not a trustworthy website. I didnt recieved all the items in of my order as few items were not available in stock. How can this be possible?! If the items are not in stock it should show on the website! Furthermore, my order detials shows DELIVERED. Also, they told me that the order can be edited if it not shipped. They sent me a new payment link for new items which didnt worked. After two days got a reply that concerned dept. is off due to covid.

Orders needed follow up to ship. Once received had Missing parts, when called customer support, they were scrambling and later came back saying the part was not available when they were shipping and will be dispatched later although they had accepted the order and it was indicated in stock. Few weeks of follow up and then they give up and was ready to refund. Further follow ups needed to get refund. And still waiting for the refund !

I palced an order on 21 and didnt get any info about it. When i called them after on 8 after 17 days about my order they told me that the product is out of stock. Then i asked for refund as the order was prepaid. They my refund will be initiated. But when I did not receive any info about my refund to next 5 days i again called them. Then they told me that i have to wait for 1month then they will initiate the refund. If you dont have the product in stock why dont you take prepaid orders from customers. They are holding my mom for indefinite time. I have to complete my college project and the deadline also passed.

I ordered 15 components from them. The order was delivered in a week (not as fast as they tell but it is okay). The packing was okay. I got problem with the products. I sent them test videos, no response after 15 days. I called them again as to see what making the delay. To my surprise they told that they did not receive the test video. As they requested again, I sent them another test video. No response after 9 days. I would suggest if you are planning to buy high price components please buy as it will be NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy. It is high gamble because if it do not work then you can forget and buy new genuine component from other place.

I had placed an order with an order note that was not read. I sent a follow-up email. No response. I called and spoke to a representative. He tells me that since it is a prepaid order it cannot be cancelled though it has not been shipped. I have not heard of ANY company which will not cancel an order that has not been shipped. Clearly this company which has no idea of ethical business practices needs to have a chargeback issued to teach them a lesson. Buyer beware.

Disappointing service.One of ordered item was not delivered, instead they supplied an item, which was not in my ordered items, whose price is just half of the missing item. After mooting this issue, they are willing to return the item with hectic procedures, not flexible, creating lot of inconvenience to the customers. It was their mistake due to which, they delivered wrong item, then too, only after reverse pickup, which require print out , packing the item by the customer, they will arrange for pick-up.Infact customers are opting online purchase for convenience and easy in operation. My personal experience revealed, this is not a customer friendly platform to proceed with though, they have reasonably good amount of components in their store.Pricing is moderate.. I strongly advice not to place any order with such firms. You can also see, similar reviews/ experience of other customers too in Google map.

Many fault products. Most of them are cloned version of chinese made ics. Its better to stick with digikey for reliability. Electron component website not allowing any negative feedback about their products. We can find only a fake positive review for all the products listed in their websites.

I ordered one component they shipped the same without some important additional component (Even though it was mentioned in item description, picture, and billing names). I mailed them and called them no proper reply received from them. Waste of money and time.

Its my first time bought Electronics from Electronicscomp. Im in tamilnadu and I see most of reviews negative based on delivery and return policy so I scared to order products. But after I confirmed purchase within 6 days package delivered I know they delayed in shipping (it tooks 3 days to ship). And I didnt get any fault items & works fine. One more information they need to improve their software in both user experience and delivery tracking.

Unfortunately there is no Zero or negative Star.Ordered from Australia for my niece in India.Placed an ordder for as set of components and within 15 mins of first order realised a missed component and ordered again in the next 15 mins . Emailed them to combine both orders to save postage and they say its not possible and after calls and emails agreed to cancel the 2nd order and ammend the 1st order . emailed them as discussed and i dont get any responses to email for over a week .I copy the company founder over email to cancel my orders and on the same day i receive an email stating the orders are combined.for the next few days i email them askign for an estimated shippment date and never receive a reply.I call them again (phone rarely gets connected / answered ) , this time im told as the new order was created just 2 days ago, my position in the queue is lost and i will have to wait for my turn.This is RIDICULOUS , do not recomment to anyone . Not worth the frustration and the time
