A pleasant Environment was found in the store.I got in to the store with a query of exchange abs was facing a problem with the iPhone storage.I met this person called jor from the store who quite good at things what he knows about brand and have a beautiful way to keep a customer happy even if you walk out of the store with buying anything and will be always happy to walk in to the store with a trust Of the company and the person whom you interacted with.I was planning to change my iPhone for a only reason that I was facing a storage issue.But Joe guided me to take up the cloud storage and manage the space in the iPhone.Logically it’s like he lost sale.But practically it’s a customer satisfaction for the longer time to do the transaction. They tried at least 3 different brands of screen guards until I found the best one. This kind of service is what sets Apple apart and I’m quite pleased with the store and the guys managing it.Lastly, this good customer experience also means you need to give plenty ofTime when you get to the store. This can particularly be a problem when the store is crowded and the guys have to deal with multiple customers. I’d recommend the store to think of ways to deal with one customer at a time.

Excellent Customer Centric approach shown by this imagine store outlet. In person would like to thank Mr. Kiran who selflessly helped me setup my macbook air, put screen guard even when neither the macbook nor the screen guard I purchased from them. I will be loyal to this outlet for future products. This act of gesture is very small but has a big impact on Customer loyalty. Unfortunately you will not find this in other imagine outlets, atleast where I have visited.

I’ve had to order twice during this ongoing lockdown, once I needed EarPods with lighting connector which I collected from outside the store right on the day lockdown was announced. My second purchase was more recent, just yesterday when they opened up home delivery, so I ordered AirPods Pro. The sales executive Sachin dropped it just within 30 minutes time in an entirely safe way. The customer service was great which is something Apple and Imagine is known for anyway.

I visited this store before lock-down to buy an iPhone, and they clearly explained the features, the differences between the variants etc.As a customer, we often tend to compare different models and variants, and then try to choose the best option among the available ones. These guys are really helpful in choosing that, and they go the extra mile while comparing different models, and understanding my requirements, and explaining the merits/demerits of each model and variant, and suggesting the best model variant for my purpose!!Thats really helpful from a customer experience point of view.Its just not that; the staffs I met, Kiran Acharya, Shekhar Reddy, Bharath, they are so much helpful and they do have very good technical knowledge as well. As I was buying my first Apple product, I had loads of questions and concerns; but hats off to Kiran, he patiently listened and answered to all my questions, and also clearly explained me the cashback and store discounts. He made the entire conversation so ground-to-earth level, and in layman language, it felt like I was discussing with my friend about the product, while he was explaining things very clearly.The product I wanted was not readily available there in the store, and they requested 7 days to get the product. But again Kiran did a phenomenal job, and called me up on the 3rd day itself to collect the product!! Apple gives ₹4000 cash back with HDFC credit card for iPhone XR. When I went to this store, I was told that this franchise doesnt give that offer. I checked in another imagine outlet, it was there. Checked in another iplanet store, it was there. Its a company collaborated offer, they should not deny that.

Fraudulent customer service, So when you take a mobile phone for exchange, they check for a price on Cashify, which is fair. Still, on Cashify they mention wrong details about the mobile phone condition without the customers consent to get a lower price. I hope management looks into this feedback.
