This store has all the dyson products like Vaccum Cleaner, Air filters, Hair Dryer, etc. for demo and one can book the products as well. The executive on floor was very knowledgeable. He explained every feature of the products in detail. He also asked about our purpose and suggested thr models we should go for. Throughout our conversation, his suggestions were pretty genuine and we never felt he was pushing us to buy. One should definitely visit the store to experience nice products from Dyson.

Very bad experience. I went there to buy TP07. Product was not there in the store but available in Amazon with 2 days delivery. But the store people promised me 1 or 2 days delivery and made to place the order in store. Now it is expected to arrive after 5 days. I called the store multiple times but now they are saying nothing can be done but wait. This is very unprofessional behaviour.

Brilliant technology and innovation! Bought the Vaccum cleaner V8+ online directly from Dyson. Delivery and product demonstration were all good. Yes, it is pricey but the product works great. Em a person who always wants everything to be clean. This machine does the job as described. Picks up minute dust from the floors and carpets which is not possible even through a normal high powered vacuum cleaner. Very much impressed.

I purchased a Dyson air purified for odd 35,000. Ridiculous product and ridiculous customer service. I received a faulty product. after so many escalations and calls, i got a new one delivered and it was faulty again. I ended up wasting my time and money over this ridiculous product.I had severe allergy after I used this product. They never addressed that concern at all. they dint care. they dint have a mechanism even to probe that.Dear friends, if you are planning to buy a purifier, just buy those normal brands which cost 5,000 to 15,000. it serves the purpose really wel and promises peace of mind. Hell Dyson and its products. I even lost money.

Vivek, the store manager gave a call back (as they didnt respond when I called) and helped me out in every step from ordering the product to getting it delivered the next day of my purchase. Bought V10 absolute pro.He also made sure to follow up on the delivery and setting up a video session (covid time so no house visits)on setting it up and usage of tools.Yes, it is expensive but after using it for a few days - 5 stars to the dyson product, technology and Ayyappas team !

My wife introduced me to this brand of vacuum cleaners, and I must say that I was awestruck at the design, but was pondering if it was worth investing in. My wife arranged a demo at our residence which is kept clean by my wife and I (that is what we believed until the demo). Mr. Davis arrived at the location and in under 10 minutes changed our opinion in moving from conventional vacuum cleaners to Dyson. The part that made my wife and I believe that this was the best vacuum cleaner out there was when Mr. Davis conducted a demo on the mattress (which was vacuumed by a conventional vacuum cleaner about 2 weeks ago). I was stunned to see the amount of dirt/dust/dead skin particles that were picked up by the Dyson vacuum cleaner. It took us just a few days to make the decision and purchase the Dyson V8 Absolute+ vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner is not only used in the house, but the balcony and car as well. We were so impressed about owing one that we offered free demos to friends and extended family members. I would certainly recommend investing in Dyson vacuum cleaners. I was very satisfied with the over all service of Bangaluru store staff and also after sale service in Mumbai for installing and demo.
