This shop has got everything you want related to music instruments and music production. I purchased my music production material from here, got some discounts as well, however there were few things for which the shopkeeper told me to purchase it from the nearby shop which I couldnt get it here because it was not in stock with them, also the shopkeeper told me that you will get cheaper rates over the there, sounds funny isnt. I could have easily given this a 5 star, it is just the experience which I felt lacks here, I had to go to the other shop were they too didnt had the item, however they advised me to wait for sometime so that he can get it arranged and I got it finally. I still recommend people to look for other places nearby to get best deal on what you are purchasing, you will get lot many shops nearby.

The staffs behaviour wasnt at all good. They were very rude. They didnt allow me to play a 60k guitar because my budget was 25k. Otherwise the instruments were preety expensive. They were demanding 26k for a 21k guitar. Bt the quality of the instruments were preety good

I purchased a Yamaha digital piano from SoundGlitz. A member of the sales team, Ms. Shanthi, is a gem. She put so much dedication into her work. In India, many of the latest musical instruments are hard to find because of the global chip shortage. But SoundGlitz will help you find what you need. I recommend you go to the store; in India, unfortunately, sales people tend not to spend much phone time! Ms Shanthi is an exception! And oh, how are the prices at this store? Very fair and in fact lower than many others.

A very good place to buy musical instruments. I bought a guitar and a Cajon box from here. I was a beginner when I went to this shop I had no idea about the instruments on what to look while buying, the staff over there were very friendly they explained the importance of each things in the instrument and helped me buy the product which was suitable for me. I would definitely recommend to buy it from them.

Not customer friendly, unresponsive in solving wrong bill issue.I purchased my first guitar from here on a neighbours recommendation, and so I was excited to use Soundglitz for all my future musical needs, as their products are of good quality. Unfortunately, their service leaves a lot to be desired.On my next visit there, they wrongly billed me a higher amount for an adapter I purchased. The issue being small, and having been a business owner myself, I have empathy for such mistakes that happen.On reaching out to them however, they did not take any accountability despite multiple follow ups. It is disappointing that it took this Google review for them to finally respond, after a week, and they have now gpayed me the difference amount which couldve been resolved in 5mins in the first place and they would have retained a customer.They called and asked me to cancel my review, but I feel it would not be honest for me to completely remove it, therefore I have updated it. Based on my poor experience, I request the management to really reflect on how as a business they treat their customers, and not to stop at mere words of caring for customer satisfaction. Good luck to Soundglitz, and I really hope you improve, and prevent future customers feeling the way I did.

Its a wellknown place on brigade road. This establishment has been there for a long time. I had recently bought a Electronic Drum kit. They have most of the latest musical gadgets.For all your guitar, keyboards, acoustic drum kits and other audio requirements, head to this place for a reasonable bargain.You have limited parking lot at the basement of the shop.Road side parking a little risky though.
