Very good service provided by Mr Masood and his team I had a issue in iPhone 12 Pro Max got display replacement done on time very quickly they had done the service in Bangalore I have seen many service Center they won’t respond properly finally there is one service Center they do there work fast and very much satisfied with there service.

Was an average experience...The price of the important accessories were not explained at first go..Only the main product feature is explained and the price quoted. Only while making final payment, the inevitable purchase of related accessories are revealed..... Charger and earphones are charged extra which we were informed only while making the final payment.

These guys are really spoiling the name of Reliance. I will never purchase any more Reliance product. I would request the company to instruct these guys properly to handle the customers.

Pathetic Installation. Very inept technicians. Free installation is equal to pathetic Installation for these guys. Random answers, workmanship is a word these guys not even heard. Water dripping by the buckets here after first rain for AC installation. 3 Rd time I have raised a request. And that too customer care has no ownership, system says standard time in 72 hours, here customer has to stand with bucket for 24 hrs to save his bed mattress. Irresponsible cheats. They are awfully slow at taking the case. I submitted my laptop and was promised that I would get it back in 4-5days but I did not get a call for next 15 days. When I called them, it seems they had forgotten to look into my case and I have to raise another case id.They assured me that this time they would fix it in 2-3 days but as expected neither they called nor they picked up my call. I had to go there and get back my laptop.Really poor communication and professional skills.

Authorized Service centre for Acer laptops. Last week I took my laptop for repair and my hard disk got replaced within 4 days free of cost since it was under warranty. The staff were very polite and explained correctly.

Worst service place ever. Gave my Macbook pro for service there is , they kept it for one month. And then they delivered the laptop with out connecting the cooling fan inside and the display screws were missing. Gave it in ample service. They resolved the issue in no time...

Never ever buy Reliance ResQ service along with product. very rude Customer care and i had bought HUL Pureit Water purifier. to just change SF they are saying it will take 7 to 15 days. with regard to HUL Pureit - never buy this product . when pureit indicated to red light for change SF with in few days it will stop working where as ResQ Reliance team need 7 to 15 days to change SF. they are telling live with out water. Never by ResQ product from Reliance

Terrible Experience. I would have rated negative 10 stars but there is no option here.Never Buy Any Product from Reliance... Never Opt for Resq plan, they are cheaters.My Experience:1. I bought Kent Purifier last year with extended warranty. I called them for replacement of cylinders. Its been nearly a week no one visited yet. Even if I repeatedly give my number, they say incorrect number is recorded hence the request cancelled. There is no escalation point of contact !!! I had to call 100 times but no proper response.2. I had to buy above Kent one because of terrible experience before. Purchased a Reliance Tab (biggest mistake of selection ever by me). Tab didnt respond next day, got it replaced. New one didnt respond...again gave for servicing.... after couple of weeks of visits to the Resq the technician said the tab is fine. I asked him to use in front of me... for his embarrassment it didnt respond. He again took a week to tell that its of no use and one more week to approve a refund.These guys cant refund the amount so had to buy another product. Got it replaced with Kent. The product is good but service is terrible.The manager in Reliance, Orion Mall, said I cant help you this time. But please do buy a Large TV I will give you best deal... What a joke !!!

Worst sercser in the universe!. My laptop was given for service, and they replaced its motherboard. When I went there to pickup the laptop it wasnt turning on, they somegso made it working and assured me it was fine. When I got back home the laptop was not turning on and when I called them back their reply was very dissatisfing and arrogant. Dont ever give your products for service there...

The place is not customersolution oriented. But i like the spokes person patience and customer respectly attitude.Negatives:1.This is the only international warranty Acer official service center.2. But they dont have laptop charger in stock.. Even i an in warranty period and i agreed to pay them after i have the warranty.3. If you want to get serviced your device which is bought our of India, they will only take it into international warranty if the person who bought it out of India himself is asking them to service and that too with visa and passport.(yes weird unknown policies).4. Okay then i agreed to pay but they said that for checking the complaint they will charge 1000rs as service charge on top of component changes.5. Even then i said okay, i knew is only charger problem, so please give me charger adopter directly without any service.6. Then he replied currently its not in stock, for that i have to order now and come after 5 days for pickup.7. I asked them at least if they will ship the charger if i buy it now because I am spending 400rs one side to travel in cab for 35km to reach them. But the answer is No.Yah thats why i said store is no solutions oriented.Positives:1.Original Acer charger @ 1500rs only2. The main person whos communicating things with customer is not reckless or impatient. Hes good. Infact every other men inside were good.But Im shocked to hear that it is the only service center in Bangalore for Acer. This is Acer authorised service center for laptops. My first onsite service warranty experience was awesome.In 24 hrs they took my laptop, repaired it and also delivered it to me on my place which is 20 km far from them.And the person who took my call from there side told me what was the problem with laptop, and what they changed inside laptop.Best service ever.

Good post-sales support from these guys. Noticed water leakage from within the indoor unit of my 1 week old AC. Got in touch with them over mail. The issue was attended with utmost care and at the earliest possible time frame. Thanks to the high level professional approach demonstrated by Mr. Nayan Dalakia of Escalation Team and Mr. Shyamu. However, they need to educate the value of customer care to their field technicians, too.

Very poor service. I had a laptop with Acer with international traveller warranty. They rejected the service to do servicing as the owner was not present. Thats totally fine as their policy says that.The laptop had problem with its GTX 1060 graphics card. Even the basics graphics task was not running(games, media player with nvidia, benchmark tools). I asked them whats the problem the replied its the problem with third party tools. These tools will not work on other laptops.( I had one more laptop of same model and its was working)How on earth can these guys say that. The hardware is designed to run these tools and certified by the nvidia itself. Get some knowledge guys, every customer is not a fool.

Recently my laptop had some internal issues and I was going to and fro contacting Acer customer care and they resq centre executive for a solution.My experience was less than satisfactory...the service men were polite and courteous but the lady who was probably th incharge or manage for Acer related queries really needs to work on her people skills.She is very unprofessional and very condescending when you try to explain your problems to her. She seemed to be well educated with her technical skills but Id severely lacking manners when communicating with the customers .

The worst possible service centre you can imagine. They wont pick up no phone, nor do they provide service at home facility. I had to take my laptop 4 times to get a simple cooling fan replaced, and guess what! those unskilled technicians corrupted my laptops power circuit and the battery wont charge now. Never in a thousand years would I recommend anyone to opt for Reliance ResQ service care :x

Call and verified timegs is 10am to 7pm. Apple repair also diffrent before visite pls call to apple care and conform the time.

I have given my acer laptop for OS reinstallation and when I consulted at store in malleshwaram for the status of the service,It was strange that they couldnt identify my laptop and made me wait for searching and finally the result was null they couldnt identify my lap.It has been 10 days and OS is not yet installed in my lap and i dont even know whether my laptop is in their possession also.

We bought a Sony Laptop in reliance digital with 2 year extended warranty. After one year few of the keys not working in the keyboard. We took it to Resq Malleshwaram, as nearby reliance digital told us it would be faster route.They took the laptop handing over the HD to us, claiming they cant guarantee data. After one week they called us and told that touch pad is not working and it will take one more week. All in all they took 14 days to fix/replace the keyboard!When we went to collect the laptop they fitted the HD and there is no sigh of system booting. We had few conversation, and spoke to manager there as well. But all they ended up saying is we cant guarantee data, without even troubleshooting what was the issue. After heated discussions I asked them to connect any other HD and show the result. They connected other HD and it was working. Then he reconnected mine and we left the place.Later after coming out we checked the laptop and found that system is booting without any issue. The champ at Resq didnt connected the HD properly earlier!Then we checked all the keys and touch pad. But touch pad is not working. Again went there and told that Even working for 7 days you didnt fixed the touch pad. Give clarification for the same?. He didnt asked anything how it is started, but took 30 mins more and fixed the touch pad and handed over the laptop.All in all worst experience with so called technical support. Either buy warranty from manufacturer or just pay to manufacturer service when something goes wrong. Never buy warranty from these unprofessionals!

I must say it has been my worst experience with Reliance ResQ, Bangalore. I had purchased a Home Theatre at Reliance Digital. I noticed a problem after few months of purchase. I made all efforts to inform the manufacturer and Reliance ResQ but in vain. Firstly, ResQ did not have the technical expert who could not just identify the problem, but could not even realize there was a problem with the unit. Post warranty, I had to resort to ResQ and I was misguided several times. Finally a person from ResQ could identify the problem but went back not to be traced again. Then ResQ gives me the number of another person at Banaswadi who asks me to send an sms related to the problem to his mobile and never got back. I have lost hope and am fed up!

They took 2 months to just change the keyboard of my laptop and they dont even inform if there is a delay.
