I had consulted Dr Chaya for my eczema which was severe at the time of our initial appointment. She was very hopeful and confident about curing it. During every consultation, she has always been a patient listener. She constantly focused on building a stronger immunity to allow the body to fight the condition by itself rather than prescribing too many medicines. I strictly followed her advice and I noticed my eczema attacks had organically reduced over time. Her medications and advised lifestyle changes were easy to follow yet made a great difference. Consulted Dr. Chaaya for the Ayurveda treatment options for my fatty lever and kidney stone about 3 months ago.It was indeed with great pride am writing this comment to share that both complaints now stand fully cleared from the very safe Ayurveda treatment given by Dr. Chaaya and her team. It’s surely very remarkable as otherwise I was advised by all allopathy doctors to leave it as is since they can’t do any surgery as the stone is very small in size and not fit for surgery. It has taken about 3 months plus taking the treatment but surely the latest U/S report says no fatty lever and no kidney stone. That’s indeed a great saving from the clutches of allopathy doctors and god knows, the umpteen side effects had I not done any treatment.Thanks to Serenity Wellness and Dr. Chaaya for her ultra-patience hearing and treatment plan. After taking treatment of vireachana ( detox treatment) my thyroid level ( TSH) which was 11.5 came down immediately to 5.5 . Later doctor Chaya & doctor Rachana have given me a avurvedic tablet to take & so my (TSH ) level is absolutely normal without any English medicines. Serenity Wellness Institute is a awesome place to be. I had to been for a Weight Loss treatment last month. I lost 5.8 kilos in 10 days. A proper guidance was given to me by Dr.Chaya on weight loss programme.A proper diet programme was fixed. Medicines given and did not have any side effects. Every day the doctor had a brief consultation with me on daily procedure before and after therapy. I had visited Serinity for my skin treatment. Dr. Chaya explained me both about external and internal procedurere and she told me that I will see results within 7 days. I choosed external one as I was worried about my weight loss with internal and it includes very tough diet which was not my expectation.Initially external treatment was good , Ayurveda facial is one of the procedure in external treatment. While doing facial, therapist Mrs Sandhya suggested to go for internal cleansing for effective and permanent results for my skin. Hence, I started with internal again after taking Dr.Chayas opinion as beginning she suggested samething for me.Internal cleansing virechana for a one week, but my skin problems started increasing even after following tough diet and taking medicine as instructed. Dr Rachana was following up for my reaction. I have explained saying my skin is becoming worse (pimples and darkness), she said its all symptoms of treatment and by last (virechana) day everything will be cured.But nothing worked out ,I wasted my money 8K for internal and alomost 5k for other medicines and my time.After waiting their deadlines, again I visited Dr.chaya and Rachana told me that each persons body reaction diffrs (then whats the use of consulting doctors before taking any treatment) and then Dr.Chaya put me into senior doctor Mr.Joshi, his reaction was internal cleansing was not fully effected on me and thus created more issues and he prescribed me with many capsules but never resolved my problem and again waste of money and time.Its been more than 6 months , my skin is worse n started getting pimples n left with scars.Hence, I strongly recommend people not to visit this clinic for skin treatment.

Life changing experience...Well to start with i came to serenity center for basic counselling session with Dr.chaya as i was suffering from depression(as for me). I got to know about the center through google. I had my first appoinment around september of 2017. She made it clear to me in 2 -3 sessions about what was wrong with me. I basically took it into my mind and i can see changes in my life right now. One of the thing which she told me to do was join yoga instructor course as i was doing nothing in my life(nothing in the sense i am a graduate and jobless. And was in bengaluru just for doing gym)So i gave a thought about it and after a week i enrolled myself in yoga instructor course. I was never intrested in yoga as a student of vivekananda school it would seem strange. But in a week or 2 it became a very intresting factor of my life. Because the teachers would give you task to perform at home like raghavendra sir who was head of theory department and sandhya mam(practical). They will never raise their voice even if you ask them some irritable questions. They will always encourage you to perform the asanas(yoga postures) at home. If you are not able to perform certain asanas they will give you alternative postures to make it perfect. It was very hard for me even to perform suryanamaskara but now i can do 90% posture correctly and that too in just 3 months. And regarding the name of postures it took me only 2 months to perfect it( i have never studied hindi in my life) some postures i cant pronunce but i will get to it eventually. It was my hardwork that i managed to learn so much in so less time but the faculty helped alot in my development. And that was just not for me i could see changes in my fellow bacthmates too. Regarding the classes even if 1 student is only there the class wont be cancelled. If u miss its your loss. And regarding teachers absence they will always make arrangement for it as ( jaya mam when sandhya mam woulnt b there Dr. Chaya would take theory classes if raghavendra sir was not present.) the yoga studio is well cleaned n mirrors help you alot to see if your postures are correct or not.Well after 3 months and clearing my externals i have completed my course and going back home with my certificate and soon will be opening a yoga center at my hometown.Thanks alot serenity wellness institue for changing my life in a better way.

Centre is really good... the moment yu enter mind becomes peaceful and tries to acquire the positivity hidden there.. i had consulted thr doctor for my respiratory and allergic issues... medicines and therapies were planned accordingly and i was given a very good service and follow ups ... dr chaya is really good and greatly responding to queries of mine ... finally i had got rid of my 10 yr old chronic respiratory problems ...Not to be forgotten ambience of the place is really marvellous... Thank you for a great service ..
